My family and I first met Esteban D. a month ago, we stopped in to take a look at what 4Runners were on the lot. The moment we arrived and I went to search for a sales man (it was raining so they were not outside) Esteban was already making his way out of the dealership. We cross paths and I was thrilled to see him again. He remembered us, and we remembered him. He remembered our sons name, and that alone spoke volumes to us as parents. With his help we worked out a deal that fit our budget. Usually by this time the happy and sweet sales men change their character. But he didn’t once. Even while negotiating numbers, he didn’t turn on us. He still went above and beyond to genuinely help us. We left that day with our dream family car. We can’t thank Esteban enough for the positive impact he made throughout this entire car buying experience. Keep up the great work Esteban! Stay true to your character, for that will take you far.

I purchased a used Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG from the Carmax in Costa Mesa, CA about a month ago. I started out by calling the Carmax and reaching a sales agent. She worked with me by setting aside the car so that I could fly down to pick it up. She picked me up from the airport about 15 miles away from their dealership. When I saw the car, I found some minor cosmetic issues with the car and Carmax assured me that they would repair them at my local Carmax in Roseville, CA. I will be writing a review about that Carmax as well. They issued me a form stating repairs to be done at my local dealership. I informed the salesperson that I would be pushing the car a bit and she was fine with it. After the test drive, the car seemed to be in great condition, so we headed in for the paperwork. The appearance inside of the dealership building did not convey a welcoming feeling though. It felt like a warehouse with desks in it. The people within the building were nice and friendly though. The paperwork was pretty quick as I already had a loan check from the credit union. It took about 30 minutes and then I was on my way. Overall, I would say the experience was positive.

2023 Nissan Rogue review
I’m surprised, the reviews are so low honestly. I have put 6,000 miles on my 2023 Nissan rogue so far and I have not had any issues. I know a recall came out but I got it fixed. I honestly really like my rogue. I know not everyone will have a perfect experience but it’s a great car. I got the base trim, and was a little skeptical especially looking at the SV’s but if your looking for a car with just the perfect amount of tech I recommend buying the base model because you get a bang for your buck. Gas mileage is amazing! I have been averaging 36/37mpg. Coming from a 2015 Altima that got worse gas mileage it’s amazing. The only negative is that the seats really attract pet hair so make sure to have a lint roller in your car, but the car is perfect!

I have a 2009 VW CC which recently had the EPC light turn on/off randomly during times of idle. I called VW Cerrritos and spoke with Spencer who explained what could be the possible causes for the light turning on. He recommended I try to replicate the problem before bringing the car in if it was safe to do so, this would prevent me from losing money if the problem didn't show up during the diagnostic. I decided to purchase an affordable OBDII reader that worked through an app on my phone and was able to retrieve a code for a camshaft sensor. I told Spencer my findings and got an appointment set up for the next day at 8am. The car was diagnosed quickly and was back to me the same day of drop off. This process included diagnosing the problem, calling the warranty service for an "OK", repairs, and waiting for the warranty to send payment after the repair was done. I'm not sure were the Camshaft sensor in my car is but that is a quick turn around considering all parties involved. I was provided with a ride home after drop off and a ride to pick up my vehicle which really made things so much more convenient. If a 6th star was possible I would just for the customer service alone. I thank you again Spencer and all the service members involved for taking care of my VW and giving me peace of mind.
