Purchased a certified GMC Sierra. Staff was great and love the truck. The only negative was that the truck only had 1 key / key fob. Sales staff said they would look for 2nd key but eventually sent me to parts to buy another key and was quoted $160... Would have been nice for the staff to pick that up since we just spent a ton on a nearly new truck.
I only go to this location because of Mitchell. I have struggled in the past with communication and thoroughness of work. Mitchell takes the time to ensure I understand, delivers on what he promises and reads me as a customer. If and when you lose him you will lose me!!
My Canyon broke down 700+ miles from home. Dealership went out of their way to fix and return my truck so that I didnt have to extend my stay including staying late on a Friday to complete repairs. Thus, I was able to pick up my truck early Saturday AM. I am very grateful for and appreciative of their efforts.

My positive experience was due to working with Nigel Erickson, the salesman. I spent weeks deciding, and trying cars. I purchased a car and decided to upgrade and he took the time to find me the car I wanted buried behind others cars, in a storm, at night and at a different location. He was always positive, helpful and professional . I got to know him a bit over time and found he has big heart. The dealership is quite lucky to have him. He has worked in a caring profession in the past, taking care of others, but now he is a salesman. The skills carried over because his big heart is obvious. I felt appreciated as a customer and a person. I wasn't treated as less because I am a female purchasing a car. I felt valued and it made me want to continue working with CARR in the future. Without a doubt, Gary has been the best sales person I have dealt with in many years. From my first call with him, he was professional regarding a truck I was interested in. He worked well with me to discuss all the different options and very quickly followed through with a truck that was in stock at the dealership immediately. Everything he did was honest, straight forward and he delivered beyond my expectations, right through to the delivery of my shiny, new Nissan Frontier Truck. I also want say to thank you to the Carr Nissan of Beaverton dealerships owners, managers and all the other staff that work to to get this me this great deal, so quickly and so easily. Vanessa Gomes went above and beyond what I thought a car dealership representative could do. We called gave her a description of what we were looking for and she did the rest. She found the car that would fit us she worked with banks and everything to get us financed. All we had to do was bring proof of income and sign the papers. I have never had an experience of buying a car like this before. I would do it all again if I could have the same experience. I absolutely love our new car it fits my family safely. And as a mom of 4 that is the most important thing for me.
Helpful, attentive and friendly staff. I had called ahead and gave a time that I would be there. The vehicle was pulled up and ready for us to test drive when we arrived. They made the whole process effortless on our part.
Our sales associate was very friendly and helpful. It was my first time buying through a dealership and he made it very easy. The car was in very good condition and the miles were excellent. They wouldn???t lower the price any, or remove the anti-theft code fee, but I feel like we still got a great deal, and they were pleasant to work with. We were able to drive the car off the lot that night and it???s been a great car so far!
Unless, apparently, you go to the right dealer! We found Dick Hannah Nissan to be courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Danny listened to us and found us the right vehicle for our needs. I would recommend this dealership without hesitation!
Completed online application. Car was ready and detailed by the time we arrived for our test drive. Everyone we worked with were awesome. Jared, Jason and Rachel were fantastic. Didn???t try to sell me anything we didn???t want. One of the best car buying experiences we???ve ever had. Everyone was very nice and friendly, a very welcome feeling.
