We recently purchased a new 2018 Countryman, ordering a new 2018 model in June of this year. The total experience was great as the model ordered is just what was wanted and was delivered as expected. Our sales advisor (Creed Cate) was excellent in explaining all issues when special ordering and had great follow up with the process as the new car progressed in manufacturing.

My husband and I came to the lot about an hour before they closed up and they were super cool about us staying an hour after they closed! We didn’t decide to buy the car the first night but we’re so glad we took the time to check them out. We ended up coming back two days later and bought our 07 Jeep SRT-8. We couldn’t have been happier with the service from Irfan and Rehan. There is definitely scratches and small dents on our Jeep but it’s understandable being an 11 year old Jeep. 1 owner SRT 8 for under 16k. SO HAPPY!
The service advisor Matthew was very polite, patient, helpful, knowledgeable and answered lots of my questions very well.
During the 30000 mile maintenance, he and his crew found and root caused a rear brake issue and fixed it. It was because some parts were not lubricated well enough, the rear brake pads were worn unevenly, and the inner pad was gone while the outer one still had half thickness left, he helped contacted volvo to take care of the charges to replace the rear brakes pads and routers and lubricated the part well to prevent this from happening.
The renovated dealership building is very beautiful, the seats were comfortable and wifi was fast, I like the area with 2 cubes where people can carry on their work while waiting.
Absolutely incredible experience!!! Love my new California Special Mustang!!! The whole team is there to help and we all had a lot of fun during the time we were there. Customers for life!! Thank you all!!
I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. JamarBatista. He made me feel like a friend and he was able to give me the deal I needed that abled me to purchase my Honda Accord. Never once did I ever feel pressured by the staff to buy. I left feeling good about my purchase.
My service guy was great, I only bring my prius here they are great most of the time if you have any issues let someone know if they can't help talk to someone else you will probably get to the 1 that will help you, I just wish they had more affordable prices and improved wait time hopefully the new service build will help with that. Oh and they come out to your car when you pull up and ask if you want something to drink or a snack who else does that? Great people
BEST customer service ever! Todd Ritter and his team are the best. Treated me and my Mom the best out of multiple dealerships. No pressure and very knowledgeable of product. The other dealerships did not take us seriously because we were women and did not know their product or didn't have a lot of inventory on the lot. I will definitely be referring them and go back when I need to upgrade. :-)
Our interactions with your sales team were the best car buying experience we???ve ever had. Connor was very knowledgeable and showed us numerous vehicles. We found the vehicle that we wanted and went on a test drive. We were sold by at the point we sat down to talk numbers. Within 10 minutes of talking we had settled on pricing we thought was great. The rest of the process took very little time. We left the dealership with the car we wanted, at the price we wanted, and having had a very positive experience.
