So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.

The 2017 Titan is a really nice truck my husband is so in love with it. It has power of any F250 and it will get up and go.
Our salesmen, Miguel and Oscar were very helpful as we went thru this car-buying process, Miguel even helped me set up my bluetooth before I left for home .......... I would recommend Car Max- this is our 2nd vehicle purchase at this location.

The ride is quiet and the truck is more than capable. I have the 6.5' bed, much more useful, yet not too long to park. I love the look of the truck.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Great features on the Platinum Reserve package... Surround view parking camera, two tone leather interior, 4x4, towing package, remote auto start, cooling & heated seats, rear heated seats, upgraded audio system that sounds great.... a well rounded package far cheaper than what you would spend on any other truck lineup.
Well for starts it's been two years and not one thing has ever gone wrong. So used to dodge, Chevy and Ford trucks where I was constantly back to the dealership to work all the bugs out. Dodge was the worst.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

This truck is beautiful. My husband is 6'8 and he has plenty of leg room to drive or sit in the passenger seat. The cab doesnt make you feel like everything is right on top.of you either. My husband also has plenty of head room so hes not hitting his head on the ceiling of the cab. The ride is smooth and it's very comfortable.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.

I asked for quotes from local dealers from this site and didn't get one response !!!
And I know 3 nissan dealers near me with a bunch of 2017s went to dealers sites for quotes and no response from them also ??? Guess Nissan doesn't want to sell a titan ?? I didn't drive one yet seeing I couldn't get info on line what's it going to be like at the dealerships ? I did go to a local Nissan dealer by me and was there for over 45 minutes and couldn't find anyone to help me!!
I've owned a total of three Nissan Titan's (2005, 2012 and Now 2017). The new design of my Titan is awesome. Cargo space is great, passenger space is awesome. A perfect all around full size truck with excellent power (5.7 V8) and towing capabilities. The factory warranty is 5yr/100,000miles bumper to bumper (that's unheard of without buying it from a third party warranty provider). BTW... more of my truck was manufactured and assembled in the USA than the competition. I get tired of people ragging on my "foreign" truck. Do your research. These trucks are made in the USA by talented engineers and they out perform the rest. If I needed a 3/4 ton or 1 ton I would buy RAM- they are the best in that class from my personal experience. I've also owner Chevy, GMC and FORD. None of them performed up to my standards and they all had problems within the first few years of ownership.
I've owned a 2004 SE, a 2008 LE, and now a 2015 SL. This one is my favorite. All of my Titans have been dependable, and never left me stranded. I keep on coming back, and I'm not letting this one go. I considered the new body style, but didn't much care for it. I purchased mine used with 18,000 miles on it 3 months ago. Even has a sunroof. Get one.....
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. I have been a Chevy man for years 6 silverados the quality isn’t there anymore 3 year 36000 vs a 5 year 100000 I researched chose the Titan very smooth ride comfortable interior and plenty of power 5 ⭐️ All the way I am sold the Titan is an awesome ride !!!
