Completed online application. Car was ready and detailed by the time we arrived for our test drive. Everyone we worked with were awesome. Jared, Jason and Rachel were fantastic. Didn???t try to sell me anything we didn???t want. One of the best car buying experiences we???ve ever had. Everyone was very nice and friendly, a very welcome feeling.

This 5 stars in for one employee in particular. Tim Gardner in the service dept. My little story... I had recently purchased my vehicle on April 1 & had to return it on April 4th due to the speakers, window and a little idle. It was now 4/16/2018 and my car was still not finished because the speakers were missing a part that need to come from Korea, they told me my car would be finished no later than Monday and that was a promise...So long story short everyone I spoke with said they would call me back and help me figure this out and no one did, they called with the same info about waiting for a part but no new news. Thankfully I called in 4/17/18 to check on my vehicle on when the part will be in and Tim (which was my first time speaking with i'm through these couple of weeks.) and he said the part was scheduled to arrive on 4/24/18 I was furious. Here I am driving loaner cars and not even able to enjoy my new car for a whole month. He listened to me and quickly went into action and said I am going to help you, we are going to fix this. Literally in 2 hours he called back said that they can get my car to a certain place and they can do it if I agree and also offered me a couple of other things and said I will get your car to you by today or tomorrow after he explained this to a manager. All in two hours! and I couldn't get a straight answer for two weeks! Tim called me when it left car max and when it came back and tested the stereo for me himself! He completely turned my whole experience back to a positive one again and now I am truly happy he went above and beyond and keep his word! He was very kind and put actions to his words! He is definitely the highlight of my week! now I can drive my new car thanks to TIM Gardner.! Thank you TIM! You don't know how happy we are!
I called and got salesperson Robert. I told him what I wanted to look at. When I got there I was pleasantly surprised the vehicle I wanted to look at was inside all shined, and waiting for me. Robert was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. Because if Roberts professional manner and what I feel is a great product, my wife and I purchased the pickup.
Troy was super helpful and kind when I purchased my new Corolla. Car buying can be stressful, but with Troy it was easy and fun! His knowledge and enthusiasm for Toyota made the process go very smooth.

My positive experience was due to working with Nigel Erickson, the salesman. I spent weeks deciding, and trying cars. I purchased a car and decided to upgrade and he took the time to find me the car I wanted buried behind others cars, in a storm, at night and at a different location. He was always positive, helpful and professional . I got to know him a bit over time and found he has big heart. The dealership is quite lucky to have him. He has worked in a caring profession in the past, taking care of others, but now he is a salesman. The skills carried over because his big heart is obvious. I felt appreciated as a customer and a person. I wasn't treated as less because I am a female purchasing a car. I felt valued and it made me want to continue working with CARR in the future. What an easy way to buy a car! I was shocked it was so quick and simple. Got a volvo we where looking at locally for about $28k, Brand new was about $36k... we did not want to pay that much... but found Hertz Car sales had one in beaverton? Went to check it at and how low miles, was basicly new and we only paid $22k out that door!!! More then that it was super straight forward and upfront about what to expect and was in and out in like 45 mins. We did set an apt, they have a small staff and from the looks of it they just move these cars along, there where maybe 6 or 7 other ppl also buying cars and looking, they had to send a few away even that did not have a apt. I was very impressed! Thank you for the Great deal on my BEAUTIFUL white Volvo Josh... oh and ask for Josh he was Great, funny dude!
This was my first buying experience. I had sat through an all day process with my husband before at another car dealership and it was tiring. In this case, Garth had us in and out of there with a new car before lunch - and this was on a Saturday! They were upfront and honest. Made the car buying experience super easy and straightforward.
I recently purchased a 2014 Nissan Altima and received great customer service and follow up from Garth and the whole service team at the Beaverton, Oregon location. They were courteous; and the buying process was relatively haggle free from price of car, answering questions, and explaining details related to the final car sale. This is my third Nissan Altima that I purchased from Hertz due to car prices and positive buying experience.
Walking in, I was unsure of what my outcome of my goal would be. I've been searching for a new upgrade for a few months prior to purchase to make sure I would have a good deal. When I met Jeremy and Jeff, they made us feel welcome. My parents like the way the car was described anlong with all the safety features. When the negotation began, we were very pleased in the professional way that Jeff spoke to us and showed us the information. We were very pleased with all they way they answered our concerns and our questions. Especially when Jeff said he would call and check in with me a few days after the purchase. Forever in eternity, I was pleased, amazed and felt confident with this purchase. I am still however, still in a sticker shock of mind that I rolled off the lot with the car having it all in my name!
