Universal Nissan review
Words like amazing, easy, honest, friendly, and helpful perfectly describe our experience with Universal Nissan and Prosper, our sales representative. I had initially worked out a deal with Sutherlin Nissan, but unfortunately, they proved to be dishonest, trying to change the terms at the last minute after everything had already been agreed upon. Frustrated, I reached out to Universal Nissan and shared the details of what happened at Sutherlin, along with the deal we had negotiated. Right away, Prosper was eager to match the deal and earn our business. I sent him a photo of the original offer, and he went into action. It was effortless—just a few phone calls and texts, and they matched the deal without any hassle in about 30 minutes. This truly was the smoothest and best car-buying experience we've ever had. By 11:00 pm that same night, we drove home in our brand-new 2024 Nissan Sentra SR, complete with not just the new car warranty but also a year of free maintenance and a lifetime warranty on the engine and powertrain. We couldn't be happier! If you're in the market for a car, definitely ask for Prosper. He’ll treat you with respect and take great care of you. Tell him Mike and Viki sent you! Thank you Prosper for going above and beyond for your customers

2020 Nissan Versa review
If you have a child in car seat, know that when you use key faub to unlock car the doors automatically lock once you open the door after like 30 seconds. I set keys down next to car seat and closed door. I had to call fire department because I locked son in car. Just a heads up. I thought door beeped and stayed unlocked if you left you keys in car but not in this situation.

Joe was an amazing car sales man. He was true to what he said and if he didn?t know the answer he found it out for you. Every time I called Hertz Joe would answer it was like he was running the place. Anytime I went to the dealership Joe was out in the heat showing a customer a car. He is just so great. When we went inside the other car sales men were just sitting around eating or chitchatting. Joe was an amazing experience just in himself I have never felt so confident in buying a car and not feeling preassured or stressed. I?m sending all my friends to hertz but not for just hertz but to speak with Joe because he is truly amazing.

On 11/2/2021-I took my car to have the recall for my hood serviced. Cynthia took care of me in the service department. She was friendly and kept letting me know how much longer is was going to be. I was serviced in the time she had told me. I had forgotten to ask them to look and a piece of rubber that was hanging down. She quickly had someone fix it for me. Very pleased with southern Nissan of Orlando.

CarMax Orlando review
I traded in a 6 month old Lexus hybrid for a Mitsibushi lancer. I paid $20k for the lexus and my 16 year old pretended to like it but he hated it. It was a lame hybrid and his friends laughed at him. So before he even got his license and had only added 400 miles to the car I took it back. Eliot got me a deal on a Mitsibushi with 19,000 miles. The trade in came back at $14,000. Eliot WENT BACK AND GOT ME A BETTER DEAL! because I was a previous Carmax customer. I ended up with a 5 year warranty on the Mitsubishi and a $700 refund... You cannot beat Carmax. If you buy cars from this dealership THEY LOOK AFTER YOU. Genuine customer.

Our salesman Dalip, was friendly and helpful, the purchase process was smooth and streamlined ! Took the vehicle home on Friday , we noticed an oil leak under the car where the oil filter is! Called Dalip who advised to bring it in on Monday , at Hertz I met salesman Richard, who advised that the on site technician will take a look , he advised that the gasket for the oil filter was loose which led to the leak. Richard advised that the technician did fix it and drove test the vehicle and no more leaks! So far so good no more oil spots on my driveway ! I hope it stays leak free since my wife love that car.

Hertz Car Sales OrlandoReviews
Hertz Car Sales Orlando review
I bought a car from Hertz Orlando Car Sales last August. I brought it to Arizona where it developed a problem. My salesman, Adrian Perez, went out of his way and brought the mfg and Hertz together to solve the problem. This is way beyond what an average salesperson would ever do. Great result by a great sales person. Thank you. Craig Z

Efficient service, smooth transaction. Car was as described and they reupholstered a seat in the car at no cost so that was nice!
2018 Nissan Versa review
The car has pluses and a few minuses. First the good things. It is by far one of the smoothest vehicles I've ever driven, especially highway driving. You barely feel the road. Breaking is quick and responsive which adds to the smooth driving experience. The car is agile and has a impressive turning radius. Engine performance is adequate but acceleration is a bit weak especially taking it from 0 to 60. so you will not be passing every car on the road with this. Also the car sways a bit in high winds so it feels like you have to fine tune the steering at highway speeds to stay in lane. Exterior stying of car is also a bit unorthodox with it's small 15 inch wheels and oversized headlights. Interior is very comfortable for most people seats are comfortable with good back support. The rear seating is large for a subcompact with excellent legroom . The dash is not terribly impressive though cheap plastic is used and the glove compartment is too small . Also audio system is subpar and basic. What I love about the car is the price, the gas mileage and the comfort and reliability. If your looking for fancy or fast look elsewhere.

2019 Nissan Versa review
I purchased used 2019 Nissan Versa from Hosick motors in Vandalia IL. Customer service was great no complaints they treat you like family. I've only had the vehicle a day, no complaints so far. If you are looking for fast acceleration this vehicle is a four cylinder and drives accordingly.
