David Tranchilla was excellent! He really worked hard to get me in the car I wanted, but unfortunately was not able to match the price of another dealership. However, I would not hesitate to contact them again for any future vehicle purchase.
I have had nothing but a great experience each time I visit Mungenast Lexus. Everyone is wonderful and willing to help. I recently was able to work with Nate Hopson-in sales-what a great experience. He went out of his way to help us with the purchase of a car. He was so kind-in fact we went to a different dealerships and did not experience the time and patience of other sales personnel. I would definitely deal with Nate again. I just want to thank him for his time and great follow up with us. He is knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. While driving to St Louis for a 2 day meeting meeting, I got a diagnostic warning on the car. Made it (in panic mode) the last 12 miles to my hotel and called the closest BMW dealer just before closing time. I wanted to have the car towed over to the service dept. I was told the service dept was really backed up and to call back when they opened tomorrow morning. When I called back at 7AM, I got Patti Kupfer. She said send it on over and she'd get it looked at and see what they could do. She called back later that day and told me the problem and said the parts were in stock and she thought they could get it finished by the time my meeting was over. True to her word the car was ready as promised! Great service!

We had a tough situation with our current vehicle. We know another employee of Bommarito at another site, and he put us in touch with Matt McManus. Matt worked with us for over a week to help us find the best possible solution. As such, we only were at the dealership for about two hours, at a time when we were very busy. I have actually referred both of my kids to Matt for help with their vehicle purchases. Ian worked diligently to find us the best possible financing solution for the new car purchase. He was courteous and personable and helped us understand our financing options and terms. Also, I wanted to mention Randy Graves. Randy works in internet sales at a different location. We have known Randy for many years, and he was the first person we contacted when we decided to look for a new vehicle. He referred us to Matt, and it was a good experience for us.
I went during the busy end of month in November. Matt met me at the front door within a few minutes upon arrival. He took down my information and quickly took me to the car I came to see. At the car Matt explained the unique features about the Rogue and the differences in trim levels. After the test drive we went to his office to go over the carfax and so he answer my other questions. Straight away was given the best price. I immediately put a deposit down, they were closing and I needed some paperwork, and came back the next day to finish signing papers. Great Service. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
