Meet the sales person-polite,courteous, respectful-Imade my intentions clear on the reason for my visit. No pressure to buy right then and there. Was seen right away, and within a few minutes, went for a test drive. Salesman experienced and knowledgeable about the car. Gave me a copy of a hand written price, which I told him I would look over and possibly consider. Policy is to meet the manager, who I found to be pleasant, polite, and respectful; no pressure to buy the car. More managers could learn from him. If I do purchase this vehicle, I'll update my review on my total experience. At this time, things have gone well.
Very good experience. Pricing was great. Spoke with a few other dealerships about where I wanted to be on price and they practically laughed at me. Kenny was awesome and I'm so pleased with my new Optima.
Fantastic dealership! Everyone was so helpful and I loved the fun and up-beat atmosphere! Ask for DAVE; he sat us down and found the exact car we were looking for! We wanted a smaller all-wheel-drive vehicle and Dave showed us the new Nissan Rogue Sport. We love it!
So I went to Healey Kia yesterday, 7/21. Looking for a pre-owned vehicle. I had already contacted Pete Finkel (Sales) the day before and basically emailed him what I wanted, what I needed, what my budget was and that was that. Pete really listened to me and did his best to make sure I got everything I asked for. Not only did he stay way under my budget......he got me great financing (with not so great credit) and got me a car that I thought wasn't possible. I walked out of there with a brand new 2019 Kia Sorento! Not only is it gorgeous and comes with all the bells and whistles....like I said, it was totally affordable. I was more than a sale to Pete. Brandon in Finance was also patient and unbelievably helpful. He broke down everything for me so that there was no surprises. And once again, thank you Brandon for serving our country. The whole dealership is really fantastic. I 200% recommend Healey Kia and especially Pete. If you need a car....go there ASAP
I had gone to a previous Jeep dealership and was misinformed and deliberately mislead. I tried Healy and had a completely different experience. The salesperson (Nick) was understating and authentic. He empathized with my previous feelings of frustration and was up front the entire time. I can’t say enough positive things about Nick’s approach to selling cars. He was not pushy and very supportive with a passive approach which is appreciated in a field of aggressive salespeople. Finance (Anthony) was also very accommodating and genuinely friendly.
This is my first time writing a review on anything so if you are in need of a new car try Healy first.

Just bought my second Mini Cooper from this dealer. From the time I walked in till the time I left everything was perfect. The sales associate Spiro Borgris is the best...knowledgeable, patient, caring, and so willing to assist me and make sure that I am totally happy and satisfied with my purchase. I purchased 2 cars and leased 1 from Nissan of Middletown. The finance manager was able to get me an awesome rate. My car salesman Andrew M. is amazing. He may look young but he has old fashion values that put the customer ahead of the almighty buck. He made sure I was completely satisfied with the numbers even though he wasn't getting a commission on the deal. He went above and beyond for me to make the transaction smooth and easy. I highly recommend seeing him if you are shopping for a vehicle.
I recently was in the market for a Ram truck, after a short conversation about what I wanted, the salesman and general manager found me exactly what I was asking for and gave me the best deal I could find in the tri-state area. They were upfront and honest about the offer and didn't try to stretch my budget. I was super happy and will purchase all future cars/trucks through this dealership. Recently leased a 2019 RDX with Artie Nevruzian. He was a great salesperson. I would definitely recommended him as well as this dealership. Artie is very accommodating and efficient. He was able to get us a good deal even though our original plan was to shop around and see what other car dealers were offering. Thanks to Artie we stayed with Ramsey Acura. We would like to also mention that David Schnapper in Finance was efficient and understanding as well. He was helpful in understanding the problems I encountered with returning my previous Acura lease.
