Noah came through with our selling deal. He coordinated some service work promised in my deal of my used vehicle purchase. Service dept needs some better human interaction. (mostly in driving up to the doors). Today's keys are a pain. Dealerships should supply 2 sets of keys. Putting a car up for sale should be looked at closer by the techs. My idling issue had to be dealt with after purchase. A bit inconvenient, but Noah gave us a loaner.
Our sales person, Noah, was very personable. We had some concerns about the vehicle that were properly and logically taken care of. Overall, it was a great process. I would highly recommend this dealership.
Chris and josh were amazing. They got a deal done that couldn't be done at other chevy dealers. There goal is to make sure the customer leaves satisfied. My wife was overcome with joy when they said we're going to make sure you leave here with what you want. As a businessman I understand that when a customer comes into your establishment to do business make sure you do everything "within reason" to get the deal done because when they leave, your competitor will do everything they can not let them walk ot the door without a deal and what would have been your review and referrals.
It was a pleasure working with the Carriage Nissan crew in Gainesville! From the sweet young lady (Hanna) who answered my call and questions to the salesman (Michael) who started the sale process but had to leave and the sales manager (Apollo) who brought it all together and made the deal happen.
Special props to my salesman (Dezmond) who helped fight to get me the absolute best deal possible, was more than happy to show me the cars I was interested in and didn't try to waste my time on vehicles I had no interest in. Thanks guys!
So there I was on the phone with a dealer telling me it would be 3 wks to get this recall issue fixed on my 2018 Charger. When I decided to look for another dealer I found Banks Crossing and gave them a call. When I spoke with John on the phone he said he could get me taken care of in just a few days! My experience today was awsome with John and JB. Not ONLY did they get me in sooner but in and out in less than an hour. Thanks for stepping above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of! I will surely be back and recommend family and friends here!

I only shop at Carfax dealers. Sam is a great guy. I picked a car with low miles, clean Carfax report, and priced well under average retail price. When I returned from a short test drive, I made an offer and he accepted. The whole process took less than forty five minutes. Sam even referred me to a low interest credit union for financing well under that of my regular megabank. I'd do business with these guys again in a heartbeat.
Certainly not the level of service you'd expect from any 'typical' dealership, but prices are decent if you're informed and very diligent. I used Arian after dismissing another agent who was abysmal, and Arian himself was great. If the they were in the 21st century (digital age) and provided some basic customer service and car preparation, the experience could easily have been 5 stars, but it was not. All cars are sold "as-is" with zero reconditioning or pointing out any defects (it's entirely up to you to inspect thoroughly and get a mechanic to inspect). Since I buy lots of cars and had confidence I could spot any issues and keep any typical "used car salesman" tactics at bay, I was fine buying through them for the slightly better price. If you don't have such familiarity or confidence in the process, then this is not the type of place for you.
If you're skeptical about dealerships, concerned about surprising issues, or don't know where to start.. Gemar is the salesperson you want! We just purchased our 3rd vehicle and Gemar helped us with all 3. We didn't have to sit in the dealership over an hour, the finance process was simple, and Gemar didn't rush us into a deal. He thoroughly explained our options, checked for understanding, and kept in touch after each purchase. Gemar is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely wants to help. If he can't help, he'll tell you upfront, but will find option for you or someone who can help.
My experience would have received 5 stars, unfortunately my Internet Sales Associate was the reason it only received 4 stars. I travelled almost 2 hrs to see, test drive and ask questions about the Nissan Altima I purchased. Upon arrival the sales associate was friendly, firm handshake and all. After speaking with the Financial Manager and discussing my plans of making a cash payment but needed to take a few days to think about the purchase, the sales associate's entire demeanor changed. He had no words for me as I was leaving and barely wanted to shake my hand. He acted as if I were nothing and because I did not make the purchase on that day he had nothing else to offer me as for RESPECT. I decided the next day to make the purchase. I dealt with the financial manager instead of the sales associate and stated that if I could have my way the associate WOULD NOT RECEIVE ANY COMMISSION off the purchase. Thank You D. Minyard(Financial Manager) for your professionalism as for your Internet Sales Associate I would not recommend anyone to make a purchase through him. Thank You.
I had a great experience at this dealership! We called to make sure they had the car i wanted, made the trip there, filled out paper work and i was in my car pulling out if the dealership the same day! Everyone was very professional and committed to getting me in the car I specifically wanted. I'm so happy with my C300 Mercedes!! It's beautiful. Martin was very professional and made sure I was happy!
