2024 Chevrolet Equinox review
I've had my fwd lt for a few months now. Great car. At first I thought it was a bit underpowered, but it more than makes up for it in fuel economy. Clean interior, not too many buttons and the standard screen is small but really intuitive to use. Overall an excellent vehicle that fully meets my needs

1991 Toyota Cressida review
Purchased the car nearly 4 years ago in 2010 with only 56,000 miles. Still had excellent original paint & interior. It now has 86,000 miles and has performed flawlessly. Every option still works even at age 23 years. It handles solid as a rock. Production was only 9,400 units so recommend jumping on one if you can find it.

2007 Mercedes-Benz CL-Class review
Great driver's car. Excellent handling. 145,000 miles. Expensive new, but still a great pleasure. Smooth on the freeways, like a big cat on the curves. Gets great mileage with a powerful engine. Driving it, it doesn't feel like the big, heavy car it is. Just great engineering, and MPG that makes you wonder why the US was so far behind in engine efficiency.

2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
This is my first Jeep I have ever owned. I always liked the looks of the Grand Cherokee. I’m happy with the vehicle. No complaints except it does like to drink gasoline. My previous 4 vehicles were all 8 cylinder full size pickup trucks. The Jeep being a 6 cylinder eats more gas. The Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Good looks, drives well, comfortable and safe.

2023 Hyundai ELANTRA review
After getting 284K from our 2003 Elantra GLS and Currently 108K trouble free miles from our 2019 Elantra SEL so far, I just bought a Certified (Passed 173 Point Inspection) 2023 Elantra Limited (Scarlet Red) with 19K miles. It is the most beautiful and Safety Rich (Accident Avoidance) "High Tech" Computer on Wheels Car I ever bought (I'm 65 Years Young!). The Tesla Phase 2 "Highway Driving Assistance" is "Best in Class". Also, The 46-48 MPG average per TANK full (Non Hybrid) is simply amazing! I like the 8 Speed Manual Performance Mode when I want a more spirited FUN to drive ride! Infotainment system and Bose sound system is also very good. The only nice feature NOT including until 2024 Elantra is 360 degree camera monitoring. I might purchase & install an aftermarket 360 camera setup from a Stereo shop in a couple years if I really need it?

2018 Chevrolet Malibu review
This Malibu 1.5 handles better than any car I've ever have even when in heavy rain. The turbo engine takes off like a rocket to get away from terrible drivers on toll roads. I have extra trunk capacity, leg room, super comfortable. The batteries need to be replaced about every 3 years though. There was a recall on the fuel injection modulator for this year. I had to order the replacement part from a private part store due to a shortage of that replacement part. The dealership installed it for me since they had no part to offer. I have had no other problems with this car, very low maintenance required. It is absolutely beautiful, fantastic, and fun to drive!

2020 Kia Sorento review
6cyl has good power and acceleration. Sun roof motor failed on me even though I barely used it. Costly to replace. Oil pressure switch failed on me. About a $30 part but $1400 to replace because it’s difficult and time consuming to replace. Third seat not really usable but I only needed the space for hauling. Overall a decent vehicle.

2021 Toyota RAV4 review
I purchased a 2021 RAV4 LE used in 2024 from Eco Park. Every time I take it to the dealership they offer to buy it from me. They stated " that this vehicle is in high demand." My personal opinion is as follows: Pros: High resale value when well maintained. Toyota's reliability. It has adequate cargo space. The exterior is attractive. Cons: The front seats are not very comfortable. It has no fog lights. It displays"maintenance required" then "take to dealership"sometimes prematurely, when an oil change is required.

2007 Chrysler Crossfire review
I've owned my 2007 Crossfire since 2009, and I've never fallen out of love with it. I have the roadster in cherry red, and the car's looks still take my breath away. I particularly like the styling of the rear end; curvaceous and muscular at the same time. To be honest, there are some issues a prospective owner should consider, the major one being running costs. Unlike the visually-similar Pontiac Solstice and Saturn Sky (which are basic family sedans with stylish bodies attached) the Crossfire is a real sports car with both looks and performance: however, that means the equipment is of a higher grade. For example, you can expect to pay around $250-$350 for a new battery; the tires need to be high speed-rated, low-profile run-flats, which means a basic set of new ones will probably set you back around $3,500 to $4,000; and an oil change will leave relieve you of $120. However, ownership of this beautiful car will make you completely forget about the hole in your wallet. I bought mine in Colorado, but drove it in Wyoming. While I lived there I believe I owned the only Crossfire in that state, which is really cool. It constantly received admiring looks and comments because most people have never seen one before. Believe me, wherever you drive it, if you meet another Crossfire on the road it's time for flashing lights, horns, and frantic waving! My time with the Crossfire in Wyoming was truly wonderful: swooping across that magnificent landscape, no other cars within 50 miles and prairie roads like smooth ribbons stretching out to the horizon and beyond... well, that's why we own Crossfires. In fact, one other slight drawback of the car is that it seems happiest cruising along at around 80 mph, which can be a problem if you encounter a highway patrol officer who doesn't share your love of the Crossfire!

2020 Toyota RAV4 review
I've had my 2020 rav4 le for several months & bought it used with 1 owner. Absolutely love it. Only complaint is 2 tiny copper clips fell out of drivers side mirror & now whenever I go to the carwash, the mirror buckles all the way fwd, then all the way backwards. It's a common problem. Other than that, beautiful car inside/out.

2026 Subaru Outback review
This is my third Subaru but my first Outback. I loved my Legacy and my Forester but this vehicle is overall better in most ways. The ride and comfort is outstanding and the performance is adequate for my needs. The Infotainment system and climate controls are perfect. The built-in navigation needs lots of changes and I wouldn't recommend it right now as it tells me to turn left when you need to turn right. It even sometimes shows the opposite direction on the map. The speed limits shown is often wrong as well like the maps are out of date. Wireless Android Auto doesn't work well either and often blanks out. I hope that these items will be fixed via updates. This vehicle is a pleasure to drive.

2025 Land Rover Defender review
I purchase my 2025 Land Rover Defender 110 in December of 2025 and absolutely love the vehicle. It is a solid vehicle and has a high quality build. I have yet to find a flaw in the craftsmanship. I believe these are all built in a new highly automated factory and it definitely shows. I absolutely love the Air Purification feature which I believe included an Air Quality Sensor ($100 option) and Cabin Air Purification Plus ($375 option). Well worth this additional spend as we have experienced Canadian wildfire smoke in Illinois. These features clean the interior air. And this is in addition to the filter cartridge that the Defender has as do many newer vehicles. Took the Defender on a road trip to Atlanta Georgia and to the North Carolina coast in May. The Defender was absolutely wonderful to drive on this road trip which had many detours off of interstate roads. I have the inline-4 and had no issues merging into city traffic, ascending the Smokey Mountains or navigating through curves on secondary highways. Extremely competent and well-mannered. I traded my 2019 Mustang GT and even though the Defender is NOT a sports car it is an excellent SUV for handling, Not to be negative on other 'popular' American SUVs, but there is no comparison. The Defender is 'ALL THAT'. For those people that want a 'cushy, plush' ride, the Defender might not work for you, It is a more stiff ride, but I appreciate the excellent road feel. The only negative comment I will make on the Defender is the headlight high-beam indicator. Normal beams show a green outlined icon; high beam changes to blue. Being slightly green/blue color blind makes this dash display a bit of an issue. Otherwise, the Defenders controls and displays were easy to learn and use.

2025 Jeep Wrangler review
Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.

2025 Toyota RAV4 review
Bought my XLE premium FWD RAV4 towards the end of 2025 before non-hybrid powertrains were discontinued. I’m old school and didn’t want the hybrid driving experience or system. Couldn’t be more pleased with the vehicle after a year of ownership and look forward to many years of driving pleasure. Interior & Comfort – A Luxurious Haven Stepping inside, I was greeted by an exquisitely designed, driver-focused cabin. The materials, fit, and finish exude true luxury, and the beautifully isolated interior creates an oasis of comfort. The seating is exceptionally adjustable, allowing me to fine-tune my position for maximum support, making long commutes an absolute pleasure. Driving Dynamics – Performance Meets Refinement Having previously owned a BMW M850, I had concerns about switching brands, fearing that nothing would come close to the driving experience I was used to. However, Lucid exceeded my expectations. The three driving modes provide the perfect balance between efficiency, comfort, and exhilaration. The 819 horsepower is nothing short of breathtaking, delivering instantaneous acceleration that never fails to put a smile on my face. The handling is precise and confidence-inspiring, with steering sensitivity adjusting seamlessly based on the driving mode. Whether taking tight corners or cruising at high speeds, the car goes exactly where I want it to. Ride Comfort – Designed for Long Journeys Beyond its thrilling performance, the ride comfort is exceptional. The adaptive cruise control, whisper-quiet cabin, and premium sound system elevate every drive. Even with my daily long commute, I step out of the car feeling refreshed. Range & Charging – Living Up to Expectations The real-world range has been close to the advertised numbers, which is impressive given my driving habits. Charging speeds vary depending on the station and how I’ve been driving, but overall, I am very pleased with the efficiency and ease of recharging. Standout Features – More Than Just a Car The generous legroom in both front and rear, the stunning exterior design, and the ample trunk and frunk space make this car as practical as it is beautiful. Opting for the 21-inch wheels was the right decision—they enhance handling, road feel, and overall driving dynamics while also elevating the car’s appearance. Areas for Improvement – A Work in Progress Some people mention ease of entry and exit, but I personally have had no issues. The AI Voice Assistant could integrate better, but I know Lucid is actively improving it and will push updates over the air, so I have no concerns there. Final Verdict – A Game-Changer After owning Mercedes and multiple BMW models (M550, M850, 330, i4), I can confidently say that switching to Lucid was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
