AutoNation Toyota White Marsh review
Was Told the recall work may take up to 3 1/2 hours with the oil change included. It took 3 hours total. I also ask the to check on a front passenger mirror to see if a reasonable fix was possible. I saw a $925 charge was necessary. This was on the paperwork I got. I would have rejected it at that price and checked other sites. Never got that chance. Good clean service operation
2024 Toyota Sienna review
The van is very practical and has been awesome for road trips. We can easily fit two car seats and 6 adults with plenty of leg room. It is very practical especially with the lower ride height that allows my parents to get in and out with ease and also the sliding doors that makes putting the kids in their car seats easy. MPG is excellent. We averaged between 35-37 mpg with the van loaded with 6 adults, 2 kids in car seats, and all of our luggage. We were set on getting an SUV before we came across the Sienna. The Sienna just made more sense for our family. It can comfortably seat 8 people, makes getting in and out easier with the sliding doors and low ride height, excellent MPG, reliable, great resale resale value. It does not require premium fuel. With the gas prices around $3.25-$3.50, fill ups are around $40. We plan to keep the van around for a long time!

Couldn?t have asked for a better experience! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The car is superb and drives like a dream! Thanks to everyone at Annapolis Koons for making this happen for me!!
2023 Honda Odyssey review
This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Koons Ford of Baltimore review
Went to Koons ford in Baltimore to buy a truck, was fortunate enough to meet salesman Robert Young who listened to my needs and had the innate ability to find a solution. Steven Ageloff also did a great job of making the financial process a snap, all and all a great team effort, would definitely use them again. Thank You Team Koons of Baltimore!!
2024 Kia Carnival review
Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

Antwerpen Hyundai of BaltimoreReviews
Antwerpen Hyundai of Baltimore review
This dealership makes the cut for the honesty of their sales staff and ability to tell you the true price of an online sales item. The new age of online auto sales makes dealers compete in ways hitherto not explored. The tendency too often is to disguise the price by adding in all incentives offered by Corporate Has. When the customer arrives and find a they only qualify for one or two out of the six, and the price is $2000 to $3000 more than expected, they have you onsite and will start the negotiation process of 'good cop' (sales agent) and 'bad copy (sales manager). Antwerpen did not do this. The sales agent, Al Russell (shout out to my man Al), was honest and clear warning me upfrontg how dealerships 'bait and switch' through incentive price reductions. Shop these guys online and then go for the visit once you hav e set on a priced with which you can accept. Go also and buy at the veryg end of the month since monthly corporate quotas force them to reduce prices.

J.B.A. Kia review
I went in last week to check out a 2019 Honda Accord EX-L, only because it was close to another car I was scheduled to test down the road in Pasadena. May sales rep was Mark and he's awesome. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and even better, showed me with minimal research that the other car I was going to see had TWO previous accidents (shame on me for not seeing that) and they met me at the price I needed. So I ended up buying the Accord (very low mileage) at a great price. The best part was how easy Mark made the experience. My wife is on the loan but she didn't even have to be there. I drove the car off the lot about 2 hours after I arrived. They let me keep my old Honda in the lot until we were able to return that afternoon to pick it up. Overall the best car buying experience we've ever had. Thanks Mark and JBA Auto!
2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

Overall a great experience. Friendly staff, no pressure and smooth purchase. Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

Group 1 Toyota Bowie review
My husband and I stopped by some dealers including Group 1 Toyota. Marcel Greene greet us and helped us. His customer services was very good and he followed up by email, as I requested it. Other dealers have text messaged me. We exchanged some more information which let us returned to Group 1 and they worked with us to get the vehicle we wanted. I thanked them and will return to them for other purchases.
2018 Toyota Sienna review
I’ve owned a Sienna for 12 years. It is very reliable and very comfortable. It is also exceptionally roomy. It has all the comfort of a sedan, plus it has the convenience of having so much more room than a sedan.

2025 Kia Carnival Hybrid review
Bought in Dec 2024 with a great deal. We needed a new car to support 3 car seats. The two choices in the category are mainly between the Sienna and the Carnival. Why we chose the Carnival: Availability: You had to pre-order a Sienna or wait 6-9 months to get one. Pricing: The Sienna was on average $10k higher with comparable features and no ability to negotiate down the pricing. Driving: The Carnival is quite speedy off the line given it is a hybrid. We live in a very hilly area (Colorado). The Sienna really struggled and was very loud going up normal hills. Looks: The Carnival looks like an SUV (Chevy Traverse). The Sienna looks like your typical minivan. The Pearl white color is especially beautiful up close. Tech: Large entertainment screen makes reading text / maps very easy. Rear seat camera is nice to see what the kids are doing. Wireless charger, bluetooth CarPlay work great. Expanded rear view camera. Things we wish the Carnival had: AWD: The Sienna is available with AWD (although no models on the lot had it). Instead of AWD we spent $1700 on snow tires, which typically perform better than AWD and all-seasons tires. Auto-dimming mirror / Homelink in the EX trim. I purchased an OEM and installed it myself for ~$275. The dealer price was around $800. Sure wish a $40k car came with an auto dimming mirror when it comes with a rear seat camera! Concerns: Kia has that nice 10 year warranty, but I'm not sure how well the interior will hold up to 3 kids under 5. The Kia connect app also did not work upon purchase and it requires a factory reset at the dealer Overall: Happy with our purchase. It looks like an SUV but has the space and maneuverability of a minivan. It's fast off the line for a car that gets 36 MPG. It's got the tech of more expensive car. Given Toyota's significant number of recalls, I wouldn't default to Toyota as being the safer / nicer option. I don't think it is worth the extra $.

2025 Toyota Sienna review
The center console is too high and big. I can hardly reach the glove compartment from driver’s seat and I have long arms. The second row seats do not lay flat, so they obstruct trying to look backwards. Cruise control with radar is nice. The fact that a gear shift is still present and headlight and windshield wipers haven’t changed much is great.

CarMax Grand Rapids (Kentwood) review
The 24 test drive experience was good. The person who helped us (Spencer I think) was very helpful. Non pushy sales made it easy to talk to everyone I met with Ultimately, the car smelled like cigarette smoke deeply and wasn’t for us. I do wish that would have been mentioned to us before driving

Kudos to Carmax of Norwood!!
2018 Toyota Sienna review
Have owned the 2018 Toyota Sienna Zoe since 2019 (used) and have put 55k miles on it. Currently at 99k miles and looking to drive for another 50k miles atleast. Great in every aspect including space, safety, comfort, sound insulation, efficiency. Have gone on road trips with three generations of family with no complaints. Not fun to drive but gets the job done - probably the only thing my Honda odyssey was better at, just replaced front brakes for the first time at 99k miles. Eats tires because it’s heavy - expect about 35-40k in primarily hot weather driving. Look forward to many more years of driving
