We have had our Carnival for about 6 months. I love it!! It is my favorite car ever and I was a Ford Explorer fan before. It is so comfortable and rides like a dream. We can comfortably carry 8 adults with no problems. It has plenty of power and still gets 25-27 MPG around town. The seating configuration is amazing the way they lay down or come out. Being able to see the back while driving is a definite plus, carrying grand babies. And it even becomes its own WiFi spot! The warranty is unbeatable and the service is so good. Highly recommend!!!

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

Came in and was greeted right away, they showed me quiet a few options and went with the one I liked the best. They even put the plates on my car for me, no temp tags or anything! They made it very straight forward and simple. Will definitely be coming back.

Wasn't too ecstatic about the sales person that helped me. There were times that he clearly became irritated with me,after proclaiming TWICE that there was a strict "no hassle" policy at Hertz. I love my new car, but the salesmans' attitude was quite unnerving. He even had a few sexist remarks to spew at me while I was test driving the car! Work on those salesman skills sir....

An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

This is our fourth and couldn't think of riding in anything other. Have spent ZERO on anything other than normal maintenance. Oil change, Tires, Battery. Love HONDA!

Love the heated front seats. Do not like access to rear seats past seats at doors. Has great pick up. Drives thru anything. Quiet. Great sound system. Cools and Heats entire van. Large windshield must have sunscreen or summers heat blisters interior.. A/C works great

Many years ago there was a movie called It's a Wonderful Life with the infamous character "George Bailey", for those of us who know of the movie I must say that if you are afforded the opportunity to purchase anew or used vehicle and you have any worries or concerns go to Hyman because they represent the "Its a wonderful Life" and GQ is definitely the George Bailey. This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

We have only owned the vehicle for 3 days. But so far it seems like a great vehicle! Lots of room, comfortable, easy driving, lots of features including back up camera, passenger side cameras, and land departure warning system.

Worked with Chris on purchasing the new Honda Passport Trailsport - Chris was not the typical sales person. He came out, greeted us and left us to roam the lot. When ready, we came back to speak with him and test drove the car - no high pressure sales approach or shady sales tactics. Chris is great to work with through the whole process. Definitely ask for Chris when purchasing a car from Pearson Honda!

Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

Dana and Kenny were very helpful. Spent time with my wife and I to test drive 3 vehicles in the cold and walking all over the lot. We are checking their website for transfer vehicles as the cars we wanted were all marked sold already. Thanks guys!

My car needs and life changed suddenly and a rethink of what I was driving made me choose a used Sienna with the idea of needing more room for camping, camping gear and possabilities of cargo hauling.

I checked out their inventory online and called to confirm if the vehicle was still available. When it was I drove down, test drove the car, and was in and out with my new vehicle in under an hour!! The entire crew, Ron, Marie, and Chris were outstanding to work with. I even got a warranty. Kind of hard to come by with used vehicles these days. The van has good gas mileage. Its very reliable. It has good running a/c in front and back. Has a rear DVD entertainment for children.
