Went in just to browse and see what they had. Didn’t buy anything this time, but the salesman was friendly and easy to talk to. No pushy sales stuff, which I really appreciate. Might swing back when I’m ready for a car.

Did everything they promised and on the timetable given in the beginning. Attention was given to reviewing all the car needed. The work was high quality.

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

My experience was very pleasant. I was able make a same day appointment. I was given a complimentary ride to the mall while I waited for the service to be completed. I’m extremely satisfied with the service here.

Is good but I believe that thevprove is a little high not crazy high but a little to much for what a can offer but great!

After spending 2 frustrating weeks looking for both a new Chevy Colorado and a Nissan Kicks - FINALLY found a HONEST dealership whom worked with me exactly the way car buying is intended to be. This car is wider than other minivans, providing more space and legroom for the kids. It drives ultra smooth and is super comfortable. Only complaint is that there is only 1 built in USB port and is located in the glove compartment.

Juan Feliciano, Assistant Service Manager, made my first experience with Mercedes-Benz Grapevine a very pleasant one. I took my car in for recall repair, although I did not purchase it there. Customer service was top notch from everyone I encountered there. Will definitely not be my last visit and would definitely recommend them!

I’m not easy to please, I will state that right up front. It may be because I spent 30 years as a Naval Intelligence Officer, so my expectations are normally hard to please/reach. I have to say, hands down… this was the best car shopping experience I have ever had; and at 53, I have had quite a lot. 

 I was so impressed with my first online contact with the dealership in asking about a particular Mercedes vehicle pretty late at night… it was around 9pm. Someone actually responded letting me know they were closed, but would assign me to someone. I was like wow… and it was not a bot. That was impressive. The icing on the cake and the reason for this 5-star review was because of one of their Sales Experience Managers by the name of Shara Freeman and her boss (not sure his title), but his name is Dereck. Both great personalities without the “sleezy” sales person vibes. I was in shock (because I have never seen this kind of personality with a sales person before) in how non pushy and down to earth they both were. It was because of her and Dereck I purchased the vehicle that I did. I felt like Shara really pushed for me to get the price I wanted and make the deal work, either that or she deserves an Oscar. I expect Shara will be moving on up their corporate chain in to time, they would be crazy to let this one get away. Also, be aware they do not add any additonal fees minus the ones you are accustomed to (Taxes, Tags, Title, etc.). No crazy 4k dealer fees or asking 10k over MSRP here. I also appreciated they are people of their word. I asked for something to be repaired on the vehicle that I wanted, and they kept their word in getting it fixed even though I already signed the papers and took the car home. How many times were you promised something, only to try and get that something done and they act like you never discussed it with them… not Shara and Dereck, they got fixed what I asked the very next week in one day. If you read most of their negative reviews, it’s from the service side and not the sales side, so keep that in mind.

 In closing, I can see why as a car dealership they are rated so high, which is a feat in and of itself. This place is the real deal and if you want the ultimate car shopping experience without the uncomfortable push... ask for Shara, you will be glad you did. — No hype.

Grubbs Acura in Grapevine, Texas, is an excellent dealership to purchase a fabulous Acura. I bought my 2nd Acura from Grubbs. Amira (Liz) Romero was great to work with. I initially walked in late in the evening with no appointment with my 88 y/o Mom who I wanted to make sure she could get in and out of the MDX I had my eye on. Liz was kind enough to bring the MDX next to our car to see if Mom could get in and out with her walker. Liz was patient and friendly with my Mom and knew it was important to me to have her comfortable and safe. I made an appointment for the next day to properly test-drive various MDXs. Liz listened to my preferences and concerns then remembered a specific MDX they had on the lot, so she brought it over for me to see. She warned me as she wasn't sure if I'd like the interior color...I took one look and said “I love it” - Red Italian leather! The 3rd MDX we test drove was the charm! Next, I talked to the finance manager, Mandy Matanga. Mandy was friendly and fantastic to work with as she gave me the best deal to fit my budget. Not a big fan of the breaking system which wears out the brakes if you follow vehicles close. Interior storage spaces are much smaller or non existent. Interior much more cheaply made and does not last nearly as long.

We have only owned the vehicle for 3 days. But so far it seems like a great vehicle! Lots of room, comfortable, easy driving, lots of features including back up camera, passenger side cameras, and land departure warning system.

Everyone in the triad that helped us locate what we were wanting at a price point we were comfortable with made the process smooth & easy. Truly thankful for all of them & their patience with our indecisiveness and choppy weekend plans to finish the deal. We have had our Carnival for about 6 months. I love it!! It is my favorite car ever and I was a Ford Explorer fan before. It is so comfortable and rides like a dream. We can comfortably carry 8 adults with no problems. It has plenty of power and still gets 25-27 MPG around town. The seating configuration is amazing the way they lay down or come out. Being able to see the back while driving is a definite plus, carrying grand babies. And it even becomes its own WiFi spot! The warranty is unbeatable and the service is so good. Highly recommend!!!

15k miles so far and the Carnival has performed great. We purchased the LX model with cloth seats and without the seat package. We prefer cloth over leather. The engine is very powerful and smooth. Tons of space in all three rows. My neice who is "too cool for minivans" dropped her jaw when she saw all the space when the third row folded into the floor. She has one child now but I think I converted her to a minivan(MPV) fan! We have a 2004 Odyssey as well with 185k miles. Minivans for life! That's how we roll.

We have had our Carnival for a few weeks now and we are loving it! The only complaint i have is we have the seat package and the middle seats are a little hard for the kids to slide up and back into position. The new stile of the dash and controls is very user friendly.

This is the best family car I’ve owned. The kids have their own entertainment while I can listen to my own music. Accessing the third row is no problem as the seat in the middle is removable and the pilot seats slide to the side, making it easy to get to the third row even when the pilot seats have car seats. It’s a wonderful car!

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

This experience has been nothing short a miracle for me. Trey and Chris are definitely a valuable asset to this Dealership. Customer Service and hospitality is AAA. My car needs and life changed suddenly and a rethink of what I was driving made me choose a used Sienna with the idea of needing more room for camping, camping gear and possabilities of cargo hauling.

I was skeptical of purchasing a vehicle across the country sight unseen but Rami did a great job providing video walkthroughs and pointing out any imperfections. Rami was quick to reply to text messages and phone calls making the process seamless. The vehicle was shipped across country and dropped off in my driveway within three day. The entire process and the condition of the vehicle exceeded my expectation.

Have owned the 2018 Toyota Sienna Zoe since 2019 (used) and have put 55k miles on it. Currently at 99k miles and looking to drive for another 50k miles atleast. Great in every aspect including space, safety, comfort, sound insulation, efficiency. Have gone on road trips with three generations of family with no complaints. Not fun to drive but gets the job done - probably the only thing my Honda odyssey was better at, just replaced front brakes for the first time at 99k miles. Eats tires because it’s heavy - expect about 35-40k in primarily hot weather driving. Look forward to many more years of driving

We love our minivan. Just make sure you get a mechanic to check it out before you but it and negotiate the price. 2 more words
