Well organized operation - quality cars - excellent sales person - hassle free process - Don't offer great deals however. If you go to a another dealer, you can do better but you will have to work hard to get the better deal and probably put up with irritating car dealer tricks.

I bought mine used in 2019 with 22,000 miles on it. I'm now over 107,000 miles with no real problems. I've only done routine maintenance and it still drives a smooth gist as it did when I bought it and wouldn't have one hesitation driving it long distance anywhere. I've recently had the check engine light come on and it shows trac off, but I don't believe it's anything more than a sensor. Overall it holds up to the Toyota reputation of reliability, so much so that my wife winded up trading her dream Jeep Gladiator in for a Toyota 4Runner and hasn't looked back.

My experience of having Kerry for my sales person was 10+++. He was much more like a consultant, always working to get the vehicle I desired in the color, the features, and at a price I could afford (even when I made last minute changes -his answer `we will make it happen?. This is the 3rd car we have purchased from this dealership in the last 4 years. Kerry will definitely keep us coming back. He answered all my questions and always with a smile even if I had ask it 3x before. With our other vehicles, I have always used Roberts at Platte ity and will continue. Great mileage n planning on Toyota long term reliability. Plenty of power, even for light towing. Very spacious inside. AWD with electric motor is clever n works well. Suspension is great (rough roads feel smooth). But some negatives. We have LE n jumping to next trim levels is expensive unlike Kia. Folding seats are not nearly as smooth as with Chrysler. Also, our old Chrysler van drives like a smooth car but Sienna steers more like a van/truck...not bad per se, but different.

I bought a 2007 chevy silverado and I love the truck . I have already have had many people who have seen it give me compliments on how nice it is and asked me where I got it from . Awesome car almost at the moon 🌝 (402000 km away from earth). I am the third or fourth owner, OG engine, OG trans. Has been from Ontario to the Canada's East coast and back along with many many trips to and from Mississippi by the previous owners. Pick it up for 6 hundred and over the last 10000 have only replaced the fuel pump, shocks, breaks and basic regular maintenance. Super comfy for car camping with the seats out, smooth drive, great A to B, speakers rock, the sub booms, manual base and treble controls are a dream to have. Love my big Burtha.

Toyota Sienna is a nice vehicle to own and drive. Seats 8 people and we need every seat. Weekend trips summer driving vacations are a pleasure. Plenty of power smooth quiet ride and most of all dependable

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

The sliding doors stop locking and are very expensive to fix; otherwise, our Town and Country Touring van has provided a safecand very comfortable ride.

Bought my T&C 2014 used in 2016 with 110K miles or maybe less. I still have my T&C in great condition. I thought of exchanging it for the new Pacifica. But, no comperising to the T&C, roomy, comfort seats and smooth ride. Yes, you got to maintain the car in order to function great. No major, issues and I'll keep it until gives it's all. I have driving it to LV, San Diego, Santa Barbara and still going. ❤️ my T&C

I walked in and was immediately greeted. The guy that helped me had very great customer service skills and was very friendly. I have a crystler 300 and the oil needed changed and transmission fluid checked. I was expecting to pay around $250-300 bucks but got a discounted price and only paid $165. I definitely will be going back when service to my vehicle is needed again

I’ve had 4 different minivans over the last 2 decades, 2 Mazda MPV’s, 1 Dodge Caravan and the 2009 Chrysler T&C that I bought used in 2013. The T&C wins hands down…I absolutely love it, comfortable, super sound system, Bluetooth compatibility with my cell phone, great on gas and holds a ton of stuff. Have taken it from Canada through the US and, knock on wood, I have had 0 issues with it and hope it lasts as long as I do being a senior! Wish Chrysler had not discontinued it!

I have enjoyed this car very much. It has 105000 miles and hasn't given me any problems. This is my fourth Chrysler van. The first one got 300,00 miles before I junked it. It was still running very good, but it was over 20 years old.

My 2001 caravan has 160,000 mi on it regular maintenance I don't have any major problems it's very reliable really comfortable and there's plenty of room parts and reasonable you do have to watch for rust underneath especially if it's not been taken care of

The 3.3 liter V6 is under powered especially if you carry six passengers. Had to replace a catalytic converter at 132,000 miles code po420 bank 2. a disappointment. The engine is basically a Camry engine. Toyota should of put a larger displacement engine in this van.

CarMax is nice except that they do the "No-Haggle Price" thing, which is lame. It was nice though and the man who helped me test drive the car I'm looking at was really nice.

HUGE selection of cars. They have a row of just luxury and sport cars. The prices may be a little bit on the upper end, but overall a great dealership.

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

No one looks forward to purchasing a car but I will say that the entire team at Hendrick made it easy, comfortable, fair, and dare I even say lovely. Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

They were able to get me in quickly did quality repairs and I was out the door at a reasonable price within an hour. Couldn?t ask for more.

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

We have owned a 2022 Kia Carnival for 4 years and currently have 92,000+ miles on it. We purchased the vehicle new and we have been very happy with our choice. There is plenty of room for all passengers and cargo associated. The variable modes give a piece of mind when entering highway or when acceleration is needed. The ECO mode allows for great gas mileage on highway and in the city. The convenience of technology within reach of the driver without having to move hands away from the steering wheel makes for a safe ride. If I had to make any improvements it would be allowing for aftermarket top rails for cargo on the roof (which was currently only offered on the Prestige model), and decrease the highway road noise. This noise is far superior to other makes and models, however, does present a distraction when traveling long distances. Overall, a great choice in an alternative to a mini van. It allows for the convenience of a minivan with the power and accessibility of a crossover SUV.
