2023 Kia Carnival review
We have had our Carnival for about 6 months. I love it!! It is my favorite car ever and I was a Ford Explorer fan before. It is so comfortable and rides like a dream. We can comfortably carry 8 adults with no problems. It has plenty of power and still gets 25-27 MPG around town. The seating configuration is amazing the way they lay down or come out. Being able to see the back while driving is a definite plus, carrying grand babies. And it even becomes its own WiFi spot! The warranty is unbeatable and the service is so good. Highly recommend!!!

2018 Toyota Sienna review
Have owned the 2018 Toyota Sienna Zoe since 2019 (used) and have put 55k miles on it. Currently at 99k miles and looking to drive for another 50k miles atleast. Great in every aspect including space, safety, comfort, sound insulation, efficiency. Have gone on road trips with three generations of family with no complaints. Not fun to drive but gets the job done - probably the only thing my Honda odyssey was better at, just replaced front brakes for the first time at 99k miles. Eats tires because it’s heavy - expect about 35-40k in primarily hot weather driving. Look forward to many more years of driving

I have a 2021 Kia Sedona EX I bought new just went over 28000 miles first oil change did mobil 1 synthetic and drove to Florida and NC coastal multiple times decent gas mileage plenty of room I don't have a problem with the rear seats but my sister has an Odyssey and the rear seats are a little easier but if you want to spend 20 grand extra for some better folding rear seats you got it better than me 5 out of 5 stars for this guy thanks 👍

2025 Kia Carnival review
I traded a 2021 Telluride for the Carnival because it was more practical and versatile for transporting young children. Although they had the same trim levels, the quality of interior materials - seats, door panels, etc. - in the Telluride were superior to the Carnival. The "ride," handling and comfort of the Telluride also far exceeded that of the Carnival. I miss the Telluride but appreciate the functionally of the Carnival.

2024 Kia Carnival review
Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

This is an outstanding used car dealership. I just cannot say enough good things about them! I have owned many cars and have dealt with many dealerships, but the owner of Excellent Motor Group is by far the very best person I have ever purchased from. He is the most knowledgeable, has the most integrity and honesty, works unbelievably hard, and is the most kind used auto dealer I have ever seen. This is what he did for me: I went down to buy a Ram Promaster cargo van. He worked very hard for me, making calls for about 3 hours to find a lender for me, but my credit wasn't good enough to qualify for the loan. So he showed me a Ford Transit cargo van he had on the lot which was a little older. I still couldn't qualify, so he dropped the price so I could qualify for the loan. Then I tried to pay the down payment with my debit card but couldn't pay the whole amount because of the limit on my card. I called my bank on the mainland to increase the limit, but it still didn't work. Then because of the time difference, my bank closed for the day and I couldn't call back. Then he let me use his computer to login to my insurance carrier's website, but I had trouble getting the lienholder's name and address to show on the insurance binder, so he sat down with me and helped me very patiently to solve the issue and get the insurance binder and my insurance cards and documents printed out. Then he drove me all the way across town to the lender's office, introduced me to the lender and explained the process, then waited for me while I set up my account and got my documents. Then even after the exhausting day, and even with my down payment only partially paid, he graciously let me to pay the remainder the next day, and he even drove me all the way back across town to my apartment. The next day he picked me up at my workplace and drove me to his lot, where I was able to finally pay the remainder of my down payment. He had already finished all of the documents and paperwork, and had also gone down to the dmv to do the temp registration. He also had done the safety and emission inspection, had the oil changed, and filled up the gas tank. Then after he had done all of this for me, he offered to hold the van at his lot until I could find a monthly parking place for it near my apartment. Then the next day after I found a monthly parking spot, I noticed that my name was slightly misspelled on a few of the documents. So I went down to his lot and he got all of the documents corrected very quickly, even while he was in the process of working with another customer. He had the keys ready plus a spare key, and the van was ready for me to drive home. And he did all of this over three days in the rain while major street work was being done right next to his lot. Wow! I recommend this dealer very very highly. I have never seen anyone so knowledgeable, so hard working, so honest and patient as him. The week I was at his lot, he sold 4 cars to customers who had purchased from him over 15 years ago, and now I understand why. When you find a dealer this good, you go back decade after decade. 2004 Toyota Sienna review
All seats are comfortable, middle seats are foldable and removable. 3rd row seat folds into the floor. After 20 years, Ive just replaced the starter. 200, 000 miles and still runs like new. I really enjoy the 7, yes 7 drinkholders available for the front occupants. Also The 3 gloveboxes and the hidden storage under the armrests. No other van can compare. Best van Ive ever owned!

2011 Nissan Quest review
Excellent Quality and Reliable Minivan. We bought our Quest new in 2011, and 12 years later still running like new. Only issues have been front hub bearings and Toyo tires installed for delivery. The SL version we have is very comfortable with a very quiet ride, everything is holding up inside and outside. I know that one weak point is transmission, so what I have done is to replace transmission fluid every 20k miles. Interior is still looking like new, paint is also beautiful and all the outside moulding are stil in place.

I don't know what the fuss is in some of the reviews. As a customer, you must practice due diligence. Hindsight is 20/20. Bought 2 trucks from them and will probably go back when I need another. 2025 Toyota Sienna review
The center console is too high and big. I can hardly reach the glove compartment from driver’s seat and I have long arms. The second row seats do not lay flat, so they obstruct trying to look backwards. Cruise control with radar is nice. The fact that a gear shift is still present and headlight and windshield wipers haven’t changed much is great.
