Aubrie, my Service Rep, is great at her job. Let's admit it... the unplanned expense of car repair sucks. As my link to the auto techs, she is friendly, knowledgable and communicates issues and solutions very well. As the face of the service team, she is a pro -- forthright, honest and friendly. Even with bad news, I feel she is on my side. It makes that moment of payment with the cashier so much easier to take.
Plus, they were ready for me at both drop off and pick up. My total time at the dealership, including getting the free loaner, was less than 10 minutes. Seriously?!? Nice work.
