What can I say, the benchmark of sports cars. I have a 4S Cabrio. I chose the 4 as I like all-wheel-drive, even in Florida. Better grip. The S also has more horsepower. Build quality and fit and finish our superb. The ultimate sports car without all the problems of the Italian cars. You’d be hard to find a car with better handling and Performance. The look is timeless. There’s no mistake at what you’re looking at when you see a Porsche. Great car.

Samuel Chocholac is the best sales person I have dealt with in my many years of buying and selling cars. Love Love Love my 2021 Macan Turbo - It tracked almost as good as my 2019 Boxster GTS. (Within a couple seconds). Tech features are great - love the PCM (Radio Module - easy carplay and works well). Very comfortable suv smooth riding. Seems very reliable so far. 15k miles so far.

Well, our experience with Tony was Fantastic! We found a car on the internet that we wanted and proceeded to go out there to purchase. Upon our arrival, Tony greeted us without delay and processed our request. We were out of the dealership within 1.5 hours, now that's a record! He got us our approval in a timely manner and it was all good!!! I would definitely work with them again. Now about the markup, it seems all the dealerships mark up and in order to stay in business so I don't worry too much. Plus the fact the car we purchased was in pristine condition with low miles it was worth the markup and the drive. I am a satisified!

Driving where speed limits are not really important ,having owned 928 ,turbo,gt3,this car is perfect for everyday driving FAST! I like to compare to a nice pair of Italian shoes… Fyi 150 kmh is normal driving and not just in highways !

We had a great experience with Pacific BMW. The car we purchased was beautiful and we got a great deal for it. The only negative part of the purchase was the actual buying process. It took a little longer than we expected and maybe it could have been a bit more streamlined. But in the end, the car was worth the wait.

This is my first experience with Fletcher Jones and it has been a good one so far. Buying a car long distance, sight unseen is always a bit of a challenge and potentially a risk. I feel very good about the responsiveness and customer care provided by Fletcher Jones staff. As car delivery is still in front of us, the jury is out on this experience, but I anticipate a very positive outcome. Fletcher Jones reputation provided a lot of confidence.

This Macan S model car has all of the bells and whistles: navigation, power everything, integrated phone, voice control, paddle shifters, heated and air conditioned seats, cruise control, leather, smart headlights that turn into curves, and rain sensing wipers. The car has the six cylinder turbo 348 HP engine with 414 lf-ft of torque. Very quick and responsive. The ride is smooth, and the car handles great. The only con is the sun visors are too short.

Quiet ride, better fuel economy than on window sticker. Center console controls are mind boggling. More storage nooks would be helpful. Owner's manual in 8 point type not very helpful.

Recently purchased the 2020 Macan GTS, so still in 'honeymoon' phase. That said, no issues to report. Pretty amazing how the vehicle can change personalities. Can be Dr. Jeckyl - smooth, quiet, refined touring car. Click a few buttons and its Mr. Hyde - growling, fast, quick steering tall hatchback that is ready for twisting roads or highway blast. Not encountered a vehicle that does this touring/sport change as well. Another standout for the 2020 is ability to go 'old school' buttons/analog - or modern digital interfaces. Like all the buttons, once you get to know them. Quick and less distraction from road. Rear seat is snug for anyone over 6 foot. Chose this over the Audi SQ5 - but it was a close contest. GTS wins on driving dynamics, but SQ5 is a wonderful luxury experience. Hard to resist the Porsche once you drive it. Does the luxury part pretty darn well too. Wow.

The Staff at Porsche Long Beach replied promptly and answered all the questions that I needed answered. Maybe I'll have a chance to do business there another time.

Bought 2023 Macan T. I traded in my aging 911 for it. I did not buy another 911 because they have become too big and expensive. The Macan T is a fun car to drive if you are actively trying to drive it. The back seats are tight. The PCM is frequently confounding or crashes and won’t play any media unless you stop the car, turn it off then open the door close the door and restart it. The fit and finish is excellent. The upgraded seats are good. I can’t activate the around view monitor unless I put it into reverse. The dealer wants 300.00 to connect the my Porsche app on iPhone to the car. Porsche corporate is helpful and has normal humans that answer the phone. The PDK is fun and the exhaust has some fun subtle sounding pops. It’s like a refined hot hatch car but not really a great highway car. The base stereo is plenty good enough. Styling is top notch. Adaptive cruise works but needs supervision while using. The rear wiper appears cheap and flimsy. Should have been mounted from the top of the rear glass. The guages in the day are too dark not lit up and hard to see. The back up camera has poor resolution and has a strange perspective making it less useful. It’s a fun, clever designed expensive car with tech flaws that you have to overlook to enjoy the car. If you buy a slightly used one from a Porsche dealer you can get your warranty close to 6 years. Service is expensive probably to pay for giving you a loaner.

As a resultI am rewarding myself and I driving a new Porsche now. Overall time spend is around 2.25 hours including test driving, finance... High five to Jason and his team, cheer up. Coming from a background in sales, upper management, and customer relations, I know how to treat people and how I expect to be treated…and from my experience, so do the gentleman at this fine establishment. I have been looking for a car with seat massagers for months. Several salesmen wasted my time at various lots throughout Southern California telling me what I wanted to hear (having a car on the lot with that feature) but when asked to doublecheck before I drive out to test drive it, they suddenly were too busy to go look but continued to pressure me to come by anyway and/or I’d get down there and the car did NOT have that feature after all. Maddening! However, upon finding a car online at this dealership, Kevin doublechecked and even sent me proof with pictures. I drove out there (fingers crossed that the massage seats would live up to the hype) and was greeted by Pasha. He explained all of the cool features and we went for a test drive. It was refreshing to work with someone who knew the car and could answer all of my questions. I went home and told my husband about the experience and enlisted him to go back with me a few days later to check it out. He loved it as well. That is when I met Kevin in person because we had only corresponded through daily texts. Afterwards, we met with Neil to discuss numbers/payment etc. He could not have been more lovely. These guys were warm, honest, super friendly, and very professional. It paid off because I bought the Range Rover. If you are looking to buy a car, start here!!!
