I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

My CR-V EXL is outstanding overall. It was a little pricy but worth it so far. I have over 11,000 miles on it in a little over a year.

We have owned the car for a month and have put on 3,000 miles. Its a lot of fun to drive but the passenger side is really lacking in leg room and the center console controls are difficult to get to. Its a real head turner!

I worked online with Ricardo Mendoza for a few days via email, he was always prompt and courteous. I wasn't called multiple times a day or pressured to come in, because the car might not be there long. Ya know like you get from most dealerships. When I was able to make it in, he had the car detailed and ready in the event I purchased it. He was very friendly and helpful and worked very hard to make sure I was happy before I left, with a price I felt was reasonable. He even put my license plate holders on my new vehicle. It's simple things and the respect of my time, and no-pressure engagement that will cause me to return to Huffines. Also, when my blue link didn't work I texted him and he responded right back, saying I'd need to return, when I jokingly replied 'ugh' I gotta come back-he had the tech who handles it call me and get me set up and walked through using the app. It was handled within minutes. I can't tell you how happy I am with this truck! In fact, out of all the new cars I've ever bought, this is my favorite. I wanted a truck, girlfriend wanted an SUV, then we found this and we both love it. Honestly, we were initially attracted to the styling -- it's a bad**s looking truck, and very unique. We love the way it drives, which is like a small performance SUV, and not at all truck-like. The interior is not plush, but very comfortable. The displays and controls aren't cluttered, with everything well designed and easy to find. It's packed with very useful features for an extremely reasonable price, and so far I haven't found anything I don't like.

I saw a 2014 Silverado LTZ that had all the features I had been looking for. I set my mind to drive up and look at the truck (I opted not to transfer as I had family in the area I intended to visit). The hold process is GREAT. It's a quick click and I knew the vehicle was going to be there after I drove the 3 hours to look at it. I worked with Chris Biggs and he was great. We talked options on the truck and for financing (they beat my credit union's offer). He was incredibly friendly to be around and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed talking to him as we waited on our financing offers. He was thorough in making sure we had all the facts and options. I am enjoying my 2022 trailblazer. The only problem of concern is the chip painting on the hood and the cost of repair for the chip painting.

The 2024 BMW X1 is nimble and responsive. It has an excellent memory for self-driving the car to back out of tight parking spots along the path the driver used to get into it. The car feels spacious inside and is easy to get into. My observed hwy mileage is 36mpg @ 75mph and 22mpg in suburban driving. It’s defects are: 1) the driver must learn how to start from a stop to avoid a sluggish pick-up or a sudden forward jerk; 2) the owner’s manual does not include directions for setting up the electronics, so the owner must resort to a complex cryptic in-car system that is difficult to sort through; 3) the built-in navigation system's is hard to use; the owner will resort to Waze or Car Play; 4) the car is bumpy on rough surfaces, and vibrates like a massage unit on washboard.

I've had an awesome experience with this dealership such an easy and amazing transaction. We were in and out with a new Volkswagen in an hour and 20 minutes. They have an awesome staff and accommodated us with impeccable service and a great deal.

I bought my LTZ as a Certified Pre Owned, already 5 Years old. I have driven it for 3.5 years and just had to pay for my first Repair - a broken motor mount. It is quiet, smooth and comfortable. I am 6' 4" and go 250 lbs so space and comfort are paramount for me, and I could not be happier.

This car was bought to replace a 2017 Toyota Camry that was totaled in an accident. After much searching we found the interior/exterior color combo we wanted. This is our first hybrid ,and while it takes a little time to get used to the feel of a hybrid, we were very happy with the drivability and overall feel of the car.Honda claims up to 48 MPG city. We've achieved low 40's since our current commute is very short. That will most likely change once I start driving for Uber again, so I'm confident that the MPG figure will reach Honda's claim.

Style, comfort, safety and performance - great vehicle. Receive many compliments on the vehicle, but safety and performance are even more important. Great vehicle for the price.

Generally the styling is nice, you really can see where the older Escape was used as the basis for this vehicle. The interior is nice and comfortable. Ford missed the mark on storage. The dead space behind the screen, as one example. You can buy a bin that will fit very nicely in that spot. Mileage has been good. Road noise can be a little much as times, and the ride can get a little jittery at speed. There is an odd shudder between 35 and 40mph, that the service tech said is from "cylinder deactivation". Ford and other manufacturers have had this technology for a long time. Seems hard to believe that Ford would screw it up. Was told that it happens in Eco or Normal mode. In Sport mode it's less noticeable, and doesn't really effect the mileage that much. Tried it, didn't see much of a difference. Other issue is legroom in the back seat. I'm 6'4" (and it's surprisingly easy for me to get in and out), but I need to have the seat back a bit. Leaves very little room for a back seat passenger. Overall, pretty good vehicle. Hopefully in the next gen, they'll correct some of these issues.

The best purchase so far. It meets and exceeds all I need it to do. The only issues I have had is the APIM and starter having to be replaced. But Ford replaced them under warranty.

My i4 eDrive 40 is a great car. Plenty of pep. Comfortable interior. Quality construction. GPS/Radio Controls/various interfaces ... not so good. You have to know what you are looking for, and ofter, go down too many levels to get to the proper input/output. More switches and dials would be better.
