What a great experience! We were able to speak with a salesperson right away. He took us on a pre-planned test drive with a variety of roads. After agreeing to purchase the car, it was only a short time to get all the paperwork in order. Our experience was seamless, and would definitely recommend. A positive side note is that building is new and just improves the experience.

Janssen Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAMReviews
Janssen Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
As stated in the May 2, 2019 review, Jorge was amazing to work with. I was not actually in the market to buy a new car, but accidentally ran across one they had, contacted the dealership to inquire and ended up being glad I did. Jorge and sales manager, Rick did everything to make a trade easy and convenient and I received a fair deal. Working in the industry I do, taking lengthy phone calls during the day are not the easiest. We negotiated the deal mostly, not all, but mostly, electronically through text and email which I greatly appreciated. I was able to get to their dealership on a Saturday morning, sign all documents, and get back on the road quickly. (We live 4 1/2 hours away.). Again, they did all they could to make the transaction easy and convenient. Would definitely do business with them again.

Choice AutoReviews
Choice Auto review
Buying a vehicle from Choice was a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish—no typical big-dealer pressure. Didn't take forever to complete the transaction as the paperwork was completed ahead of time. The team is friendly, honest, trustworthy, and genuinely helpful. I’d recommend them anytime and would shop there again for another used vehicle. Great people, great selection, and an overall great place to buy a car.

Well I never bought anything from another state especially 8 hours away. I dealt with Matt and everything went pretty smooth. Waiting to see vehicle is a new experience for me i hope everything is as discussed. Good experience though and would recommend them . I was looking for a vehicle from a state that doesn't use road treatments like Minnesota and they had what I was looking for.

We have always had our ‘17 Cherokee serviced at Findlay. There was only one problem with charges, and that was taken care of in a timely manner. Garrett is great! He’s very anxious to help and keeps us informed and updated. He has the ability to remain calm in stressful situations. Definitely a positive asset to the company. Kudos! RAVMOTORSReviews
RAVMOTORS review
Bought a 2021 Honda Pilot EX-L yesterday 10-7-26 from sales rep David and it was an absolute great process all around. Eazy peazy. I am an elderly and disabled big guy and needed a vehicle that can accommodate those disabilities and my Yeti size. The Pilot was the 2nd car I looked at and it was exactly what I needed. I looked at a Toyota 4Runner first but it was too tall for me to slide in and out and I'm 6' 1". David was so nice to help me with my needs. They gave me a fair price for my 2006 Toyota Sienna minivan on trade in that was time to part with and I am greatly pleased. The mileage was fine, the Pilot was immaculate, I paid a fair price for it and I couldn't be happier. I just drove it for about 120 miles this afternoon 10-8-26 and it was perfect. Great comfort for my disabilities, silky smooth ride, powerful 3.5L v6, immaculate leather interior, 3rd row seating that I folded down to so I can fit my big walker in it with no space problems whatsoever. I highly recommend Rav Motors of Crystal and go see my man David. Thank you.

The wait was short and the devices was efficient. The inspection showed recommended repairs and included an estimate for each one. That is the end!
2016 RAM 1500 review
This truck was what I needed at a price I could live with. Very comfortable, decent ride, we will see about fuel consumption. Big V8 with plenty of power.
