Used 2018 RAM 1500 trucks for sale in Burley, WA

Today 6/25/17 My wife & I purchased a car from these guys. To be honest I was a little concerned as I have always bought our vehicles from dealerships (Ford, Kia etc) But We are so glad We gave our business to these guys It was without a doubt the best car buying experience EVER!! Our salesman name is Roy, (I feel like a idiots because I kept calling him Ray & he was such a good sport about it) Anyway Roy wanted to put our intrest before anything.. I have many times been at dealerships feeling pressured & uneasy.. not here the handful of workers here were great to do business with, even the guy Branden who did the finalizing paperwork was great to do business with.. I will not hesitate to do business there again & would highly recomend anybody wanting stress free car buying experience this is the place to go.. Thank you again first national.. I have about 75K miles on my 2018 RAM SLT FWD, 3.6L V6. It's the first truck I've ever owned, and I'm a big fan now. I've had a couple of very minor issues with the truck but nothing major. The first issue is the backup camera when haywire on me about 50K miles in. It turns out that it wasn't properly affixed in the factory, and I was able to fix this myself by taking off a few screws to remove the tailgate cover and then using a zip tie to hold the connection together. It's been perfect since then. The only other issue was the windshield washer fluid tube disconnected from the sprayer nozzle. I fixed that as well. Again, it was no big deal and it hasn't been a problem since. Everything else has been perfect on the truck. It's either purring like a kitten or roaring like a lion.

So far it’s been a good dependable truck! The truck drives well around turns and really sticks to the road. Inside is very comfortable and roomy.

Meets all our needs. Safe, Reliable, Performance and Value for the money are top par. But less stars for styling, etc. but that was out of my choice for this truck to not have all the bells and whistles. NOT reflecting the condition or anything of that matter of the truck I purchased. It is clean as a whistle, with low miles, and purchased a 6 year newer truck with 60,000 less miles, and make the same payment I do on my previously owned 2013 with 92,000 miles.

The costumer service was great. I brought my car in and my rental car was ordered. It was big enough to serve my needs. The next morning, my car was done. Everything went smoothly. The bestseller, nothing extra in repairs was pushed on me, I was just advised to have my brakes checked.

I traded in my 4Runner on this Ram. The 4Runner was great I just missed having a truck. I love the low price with all of the features that come with it. When compared to the other trucks that you pay more and get less with you can't go wrong. I got the 5.7L Hemi and love it!

My car went into the shop with a competitor and they had a lot of fees scheduled with chevy and Rob told me it was a coolant leak and parts are on a backorder but he could fix it today and I thought it was a head gasket and thanks to chevy I am safely on the road!!

Always a Cadillac lover, but mountain terrain requires a little more grit. Needed a vehicle that could traverse the mountain roads but allow clients to still enjoy the Cadillac feel. Works on all levels!

I bought my car here a few years ago and have been coming back to get it serviced ever since. I have never had a Service Agent more helpful than Natashia Wilson. She really went above and beyond to help me resolve all my issues, and she deserves to be recognized for amazing customer service at this dealership. Natashia will always be my go to for all my future appointments in the service department.

Justin White was great to work with! I called several dealerships nationwide looking for a 2014 FJ Cruiser Trail Teams edition, and he was the only person who sounded like he actually enjoys his job on the phone. He sent me a virtual tour within an hour and we talked quite late several evenings trying to figure out the logistics for getting the truck to me halfway across the country. No high pressure tactics from Justin nor his finance manager (Marty), just good, sound business. Tiffany with the administration was very helpful and kind, too. I'd buy a truck again from Northwest Motorsports!
