Bought my 2022 RAM Limited in November of 2021. It currently has 15,450K miles so far. Had it into the shop 3 times for the back window leaking and open-close window not operating. U-connect issues is every time it updates OTA, some of the profile functions reset (like keeping the radio on after key-off). Nothing else were issues, and my mentality is every mechanical machine has quirks and if RAM only has this after 3 years, I can accept that better than having transmission/engine issues in this timeline. The ride is comfortable and having a good set of tires on it makes the ride so much better. I think any of the big three truck companies makes a great product, as I have had all of them plus a few imports. Keep up on the maintenance and it will be reliable for as long as you need it.

Manny is AMAZING! Zero pressure, very informative and knowledgeable. Told him what I was looking for and he said, just a minute - we got one in yesterday that hasn't been inspected or detailed. He brought the car around to the front. Hooked! Bought last October, 2,300 mile on this 2024 Grand Cherokee Summit. They decided the vehicle was too big. Their loss my gain!! More bells and whistles than I'm used to but drives like a dream, ride is so smooth and quiet. Manny I will refer anyone seeking a new or used car your way! Jacob was awesome with the paperwork. Bought this truck brand new, got the Big Horn with the 5.7L Hemi (which is now extinct) and I cannot say enough on how much this vehicle wowed me. The pickup and power are great, the 4wd auto is very responsive and has been very useful in wet, and off road conditions. We stay in cabins in the mountains and the truck has no issues getting up hard to climb hills and racks terrain. I drive it daily to work and although I have had a few issues with the uconnect, nothing that has required dealership trips. I've had the truck 2 years now and 20000 miles with no problems. The interior is comfortable although I wish I would have sprung for the leather. The large screen is great and the interior design is the best of the big 3 American brands in comparable models. Also the price while too high, was still better than Chevy and most Fords. I'm a Ram guy now. Hopefully it stays this reliable for the price I paid.

First day of owning the 12 inch screen went dark and I useable. Became intermittent. Took just over a year for the dealership to fix with multiple trips. 11000 miles now and appears ok. Now I love the truck. .

Just want to comment on the outstanding effort & style of salesman Mike Pehl. Spends whatever time & effort needed to make things happen. This is a late review as I leased a 2015 LTZ Equinox. Just wanted to him an atta boy. Thanks again Mike.

The sales team did a good job, Dan did a great job showing us vehicles and was knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to find us a vehicle from another dealer after the car we selected was sold the same day. The unpleasant part was working with the finance guy, who overall seemed like a nice guy, but was unrelenting, almost obnoxious on pushing for the service contracts, after multiple "no's". My wife and I were being patient and considerate, but it did leave a bad taste, on what was a pretty positive experience. Ashley was also very helpful and prompt communicating and Justin was always proffesional. We would return, but not put up with the stuff outlined above.
