I searched the Ron Lewis Automotive website and after contacting Gayle the sales woman it was a great process from there on. I wanted to go up to see Gayle and even though she was scheduled off she met me there . She is the best by far. I also met scott the general manager which was extremely nice to make everything work out . Betty in finance was so awesome to deal with to finalize it all . I am very glad I drove 90 minutes to deal with them because we are so happy with them and how nice they treated us . Thanks For Everything Folks . The Cross’S
I found a one owner 2008 RL at Spitzer to replace my 2008 that was totaled. This was the best dealer experience I have ever had. Jeremy Benson was fantastic, - the dealership treated me as though I was buying a $60,000 RLX Hybrid. Benita in finance was especially helpful, having changed my mind at the last minute about a service contract. Could not have asked for a better experience.
Mark was so helpful in finding me the Compass Sport I wanted. He always kept me updated on the progress and made the process go very smoothly. I would recommend both Mark ans South Hills Chrysler to all my friends.
Mark Edwards went out of his way to help us get a good deal! Since we weren???t sure what we wanted, Mark was patient and knowledgeable in helping us look at what options would be best for us! We didn???t purchase the first trip in, but Mark kept in contact with us, as promised, and a few days later, we Purchased our Grand Cherokee. Joey, in finance, and Mark, salesman, made the deal work. We couldn???t be more pleased. They were honest and up front about our choices right from the beginning.
Talked about it for months, researched and then went on Life Mart. John contacted me shortly thereafter, of course I didn't answer right away but he kept trying and said they had what I wanted and would I like to stop in and see it. He was great, not pushy but informative and really worked with my budget and trade in.

NICK was my salesman. I would recommend him all the time. Work with me taking the time to explain everything also going over all the tricks and new stuff the vehicle is capable of doing with it being a new 19 tundra.
Traveled 340 miles round trip and glad I did. The guys are great at Pinnacle, no pressure and very knowledgeable about their products. Big thanks to Bernie and Lou for putting this deal together for me.
The staff at Pinnacle of Greensburg made shopping for a car pressure free. We don’t have the best credit and we got a 2017 we never that we could do that. We signed the papers pretty late so it was dark out.
The morning after the purchase we noticed a small crack in the windshield and a frame piece missing. I contacted Lou and he has me come right in. The windshield was replaced within 72 hours and they ordered the piece that was missing.
We will return to Pinnavle for all our car buying needs.
