Best experience I ever had buying a car. They get a 10 out of 10. My salesman John W. was a pleasure to work with before , during and after the sale.
2023 RAM 1500 review
Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

Serra Honda O'FallonReviews
Serra Honda O'Fallon review
I am 67 years old and I have purchased many cars in the past. Moreover, I think Honda Civic is one of best cars to own. In 2008 I purchased a new Honda Civic LX Now in 2022 it still runs like a new one with 258804 miles on it. Remember, take care of your new car and your car will take care of many miles of care free happy miles. Change your oil and air filter often. Good dealership and maintenance department. Good luck with your new HONDA.
2018 RAM 1500 review
I bought my 2017 Ecodiesel in April of 2018 at a significant discount from MSRP due to "Dieselgate" with VW and then modified software on these. They were held up for months so that the software could be corrected, so by the time they were available for purchase there was a massive overstock on them. With the complete re-design for the 2019 models, dealers were looking to get these moved out and offered big incentives to do so (up to $20,000 off). There have also been some recalls for a few things, but nothing that has seemed to go wrong on my vehicle, but I took it in to get everything addressed for the recalls. That being said, I haven't had any issues with the truck not working at any time and it is one of the most comfortable riding vehicles I've owned, especially on longer trips. The little diesel engine gets excellent milage on the freeway (about 28 mpg) and about 20 around town. Seats have coolers and heaters, the steering wheel also has a heater, auto start, good lumbar support, a nice sound system, "Millenium Falcon" style ice boxes under the rear passenger floor spots, and a lot of other features that even new trucks don't have. Plus I am not having to "rent" services that came in my truck like a lot of new vehicles force people into. It hauls what I need it to haul, tows what I need it to tow, and drives where I need it to go. Does what a truck should and with comfort to boot.

Napleton's St. Louis Nissan review
I bought my car at Napleton Nissan in 2018, and I’ve been coming to them for my oil change, tire rotation, and maintenance since. Everyone is very nice and very helpful. They explain things very well. I won’t go anywhere else.
2019 RAM 1500 review
The best truck I’ve ever owned! I’ve been a proud owner of five Ram 1500s over the years — a 1998, a 2005, a 2009, and two 2019s. It has always been a pleasure owning a Ram truck. They’ve been reliable, powerful, and just an overall great truck. I’ll always be a Ram fan!

We purchased a used vehicle from Vogue Motor Sales. Our salesman, Paul Gaudette was very helpful in giving us all the details and information about the car we were interested in. No sales pressure involved, Paul was professional and polite. Would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a high quality used vehicle.

Mathis Motors LLCReviews
Mathis Motors LLC review
My experience was outstanding with Mathis Motors and their sales team. The salesman Jacob was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. He responded nearly immediately and was able to work the deal in the moment. We were able to set it all up in 30 minutes or less. The SUV is exactly as described and was cleaner than any used vehicle and most new vehicles I’ve ever bought. I appreciate all they did. I would and will give them my business again.
2022 RAM 1500 review
Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

to: Campmeat from Arizona Someone told me my lifters were going bad because when I first started my truck I heard ticking noise until the engine got warm. I took my truck to a honest very hard to find mechanic and he told me I had a hole in my exhaust manifold. I paid $800 and 195,000 miles later still no ticking.

Pundmann FordReviews
Pundmann Ford review
I have bought 6 new vehicles from Pundmann Ford starting in 2012. The reason was their service. I compared Pundmann to the others by what I read and decided to purchase from Pundmann and have my vehicle service from where I bought it. My experience has been the same over the years. They listen, they make you feel valued, and they get a good job done in a timely manner.
2017 RAM 1500 review
My only problem is changing a headlight bulb you need to be a mechanic. Probably one of the hardest to replace on any vehicle. Half to take apart a lot just to get to it. Completely ridiculous.

Bought my 2013 Ram 1500 Express regular cab 4X4 with 5.7 Hemi new in 2013 and it now has 207,500 miles! I did replace a lifter and cam at 187,000 miles last July which does happen with the 5.7 but I did the repairs myself so cost was minimal with just parts. Since I had to do that why not go bigger!!! Bigger cam, eliminate VVT and MDS, headers, Hi flow oil pump, etc and a custom tune!!! Replace brakes every 70,000 miles and on my third set of tires but I now switch between summer and winter tires. Just put new shocks and struts on this last fall. Only has one small rust spot on right rear wheel opening which is really good for NW Ohio! I plan to keep this truck running and on the road at least another 200,000 and ten more years.

2013 RAM 1500 review
Outdoorsman Trim, 4x4, 5.7 and 6 speed. I bought this truck used in 2020 with 76,000 miles. It looked new and had excellent fit and finish. Car Fax showed 1 owner and well maintained. I always want to drive it everywhere as it is comfortable and smooth. Many modern features in an older truck. Gets about 17 mpg at 65 mph. I tow a travel trailer occassionally. Fitted RAM with E rated tires, Bilsteins and Tuff Truk springs. Great match for my trailer. Engine failed at 132,000 miles due to poorly designed rollers seizing. Do i replace engine or buy new Truck? Love the truck too much. Still in incredibly nice condition so a new engine for $8700 dollars was the decision. Plan to keep the truck as long as possible.

Bought it at 40k miles no issues so far. Over 100k now. I have the ram boxes on the sides for my everyday tools, spacey crew cab seats. 4wd, loud alpine speakers. I average 17 mpg. I recently had a base model 2014 ram that went over 170k miles and all I ever did was change the oil (synthetic) every 5k miles. Not 1 issue. Never had any problems with my ram trucks.

2017 RAM 1500 review
I purchased a 2017 Rebel from the show room floor and haven't been disappointed. We've put 115k miles on it in 7 years and have no issues or complaints. I use it for light towing at times and have had no issues but mostly it's a daily driver. Great power, spacious and comfortable interior. Only a couple things I don't like, 1. the door hinges are junk and squeak most all the time. 2. the tiny led light that shines down on the center console cannot be turned off or dimmed. 3. Mopar service departments are the worst!! I can tell SOOO many stories of how our local Mopar service department in Brownsburg, Indiana should be run out of business!! Estes Dodge...don't waste your time!

Honest dealer with no games. Trade in value over the phone and agreed advertised price was good. Drove over 6 hours to complete the buying process. Saved $3000 on trade value compared to my local dealer who I have purchased a truck twice from and over $8500 on new truck price. Less then 2 hours to complete everything. Thanks
2020 RAM 1500 review
Beautiful, reliable, one of the best looking trucks on the road today. 5 years of ownership. Had no mechanical or any other issues, just your regular oil changes. RAM had a couple of recalls, but those always have bee taken care of by RAM. I do recommend this truck.

Great experience with the Salesman, but the van was disgustingly filthy. Smelled of grease and headliner was heavily stained with something. Of the 5 identical vans we were looking at, it was the most expensive and not even the lowest mileage. This vehicle was not ready to be seen by potential buyers.

Bought my 19 Rebel new. Been thinking of getting a new one. I can't trade it in. Still love it. Plus I love the 5.7. My wife says it's paid for keep it. She may be right for once. :)

Recently had brakes done on my Canyon. Haley was service under writer. Was extremely happy with how she handled everything, very polite and professional. Noted on paper work of an oil leak, already had extended warranty approval and loaner arranged, just needed to make the appointment. Thanks to everyone

John and his staff are always above and beyond when it comes to getting my truck the service it needs and advising me about future needs. He let me know my battery was in need of replacing and saved me a trip and took care of it while he had it. I really appreciate how they look out for my interest!
2021 RAM 1500 review
I bought the 2021 Ram with an 5.7 Hemi new and I have never experienced any issues with the Ram. 2 recalls witch were taken care of while I waited. I have owned Chevy and Ford pickups in the past 50 years and I have had issues with the Fords and will not buy another Ford truck again. I would buy a Ram again as long as it has a V8 engine.

I purchased many different trucks over the years and landed recently on my new to me 2017 Ram Laramie 4x4. It does everything well and tows like a semi 5.7 Hemi with 3.92 rear gear and the 8-speed transmission.

INFINITI of Clarendon HillsReviews
INFINITI of Clarendon Hills review
After visiting a different dealership where we felt completely overlooked, working with Ali was a breath of fresh air. From the moment we pulled into the lot, Ali greeted us warmly with a smile and a genuine sense of welcome. His approach was never pushy—instead, he was thoughtful, patient, and fully committed to understanding our needs. Ali took the time to truly listen and provided us with a personalized selection of vehicles that matched our preferences and priorities. This saved us an incredible amount of time and helped us focus on what really mattered. He was also impressively organized, having paperwork ready in advance and maintaining excellent communication every step of the way. What stood out most about Ali was not just his knowledge of the vehicles and their features, but the way he worked to ensure we received the best overall value. He proactively reviewed all available incentives and savings opportunities, including several we weren’t even aware existed. He took the initiative to ask meaningful questions, like our professional backgrounds and ownership history, which led to valuable savings we wouldn’t have discovered otherwise. Ali’s service was sincere, thorough, and above all, customer-centered. He made us feel like we had someone in our corner, advocating for us—not just trying to make a sale. That level of care and integrity is rare, and we’re incredibly grateful for it. We wholeheartedly recommend Ali Abdullah to anyone looking for a car buying experience that is honest, efficient, and tailored to your needs. He made a potentially stressful process feel easy.
2014 RAM 1500 review
Overall it's a decent truck with the 5.7 l hemi . The Goodyear wranglers that came on the truck were junk! pulled them off at 26,000 Miles. On my third battery little over 80,000 MI. Went with a Heavy Duty Duracell Battery, hope it will last better. The brakes on the truck are good and lasted more than 80,000 miles and still had a a little pad left. Had the fuel light sensor light problem. It's approximately over $1,200 to get repaired. This should have been a recalled item. Having new fuel tank straps put on at the same time as the fuel pump replacement.
