Had rear sensor problem #Warranty ran out there was a gray area about my bumper Talk to sales manger and he wanted me to be Satisfied he said they would fix everything true to there word they fixed it the fix was not cheap all the sensor bezels Had to be painted very pleased with way was handled
Needed an oil change on short notice, they said no problem, bring it on by. I dropped the truck off a half hour before they opened, and there were service people there already. They took my keys and info inside and off I went. Called me an hour later to tell me it was finished. All for $35.
Took my Challenger Scatpack in for its third oil change on 9/19/18 and as usual Daniel my service advisor and Christian my technician treated me with respect and courtesy. The car was returned to me just as clean as it was when I arrived including under the hood. Customer for life!
My buying process was exceptionally quick as I walked in the door knowing exactly which car I wanted but my salesman was very helpful and friendly. My only disappointment was that I asked if he though it smelled like smoke because it had a definite odor to it. He told me he didn’t think so but the minute two other people sat in it they said it did and a minute later I saw a cigarette burn in the passenger seat.

I was shopping another dealership in the area and knew right away they were trying to pull a fast one on me which did not sit well with me. I recently purchased a new vehicle through Rob McVeigh and was pleasantly surprised. He wasn't assertive but was very knowledgeable with the vehicle we were looking at and made an offer that was nearly impossible to walk away from. Very no nonsense type of person. Went to Ciocca knowing we wanted a new Forester. Milton Obando saw that we got the Forester we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. They did not have the car in the color we wanted on the lot, but he reserved one from their incoming inventory. When it did come in he even sent me pictures. He also gave us a tour of the facility so we'd be familiar with the service dept, etc. Also thanks to Drew in the financial department as he customized an extended coverage package for us and Gigi who did the 2 week post purchase review. I would definitely recommend Ciocca and Milton.
