Ken Garff West Valley Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat review
We live out of state but found the van we wanted on their lot. We called the dealership, put down $500 and did the finance application online. Flew in to Salt Lake was picked up at the airport signed papers and was on our way. Such a good experience we would buy another vehicle from them even thought its a 10hr drive home.
2012 RAM 1500 review
My Ram gets great gas mileage it has the 3.6 litre V6. The Chevy and Ford F150 each got around 10mpg and I get over 20mpg. It will not pull as much as a V8 but I never pull anything. Very comfortable, smooth ride and quiet. Better than most new cars. Its crew cab 4WD, really a great truck. Must service transmission every 25k miles if you want it to last. This Ram has 170k and shifts very smooth. I drive it normal not hard and take pride in how good it looks and runs. Ram/Dodge is the one I like best over Ford and Chevy. Chevy has fuel management system shuts off cylinders-no good. Ford F 150 leak when it rains-no good. Ram does it good all around no complaints. If buying used its all about condition. Get you next truck checked out if your not sure, ask for records insist on the car fax.

AutoMatch UtahReviews
AutoMatch Utah review
I recently purchased a car from Automatch, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The process was very straightforward and honest, which I really appreciated, especially since I was buying from out of state. I was able to go on a test drive, and once I decided I liked the car, they helped me with everything I needed—especially while I was working with my bank. They guided me through the paperwork and made sure everything was filled out correctly and smoothly. I would definitely recommend Automatch to anyone looking for a trustworthy dealership, even if you're buying from out of state. Thanks again for making the process so easy! Thanks Jake and Moe

I purchased many different trucks over the years and landed recently on my new to me 2017 Ram Laramie 4x4. It does everything well and tows like a semi 5.7 Hemi with 3.92 rear gear and the 8-speed transmission.

These guys are not pushy, knowledgeable, and did a great job overall. I was in and out in a few hours when I was just there to browse. They didn’t pressure me at all, they just helped me find the right truck and got me exactly what I was looking for So I had no other reason but to get qualified and get things done right then in there. I have been looking at trucks for the last few months and went here to check out a different truck, but they actually got me a better one. Jonathan Did a solid job if you end up running into him at this Dealer.

2018 RAM 1500 review
I have about 75K miles on my 2018 RAM SLT FWD, 3.6L V6. It's the first truck I've ever owned, and I'm a big fan now. I've had a couple of very minor issues with the truck but nothing major. The first issue is the backup camera when haywire on me about 50K miles in. It turns out that it wasn't properly affixed in the factory, and I was able to fix this myself by taking off a few screws to remove the tailgate cover and then using a zip tie to hold the connection together. It's been perfect since then. The only other issue was the windshield washer fluid tube disconnected from the sprayer nozzle. I fixed that as well. Again, it was no big deal and it hasn't been a problem since. Everything else has been perfect on the truck. It's either purring like a kitten or roaring like a lion.

Genesis of Lindon review
Crazy good service from start to finish. We live far away so we called ahead with numbers and expectations already set. We arranged an official test drive for the next day and when I showed up, everything was in place. No haggling. The numbers discussed were the numbers we kept. No issues to speak of. It was shockingly smooth. My hubby didn’t even have to show up as reinforcement. Thank you for an exceptional experience. Jared, Jacob, Chris, Jared were all amazing. My transition from Tesla to Genesis was fantastic.
2018 RAM 1500 review
I bought my 2017 Ecodiesel in April of 2018 at a significant discount from MSRP due to "Dieselgate" with VW and then modified software on these. They were held up for months so that the software could be corrected, so by the time they were available for purchase there was a massive overstock on them. With the complete re-design for the 2019 models, dealers were looking to get these moved out and offered big incentives to do so (up to $20,000 off). There have also been some recalls for a few things, but nothing that has seemed to go wrong on my vehicle, but I took it in to get everything addressed for the recalls. That being said, I haven't had any issues with the truck not working at any time and it is one of the most comfortable riding vehicles I've owned, especially on longer trips. The little diesel engine gets excellent milage on the freeway (about 28 mpg) and about 20 around town. Seats have coolers and heaters, the steering wheel also has a heater, auto start, good lumbar support, a nice sound system, "Millenium Falcon" style ice boxes under the rear passenger floor spots, and a lot of other features that even new trucks don't have. Plus I am not having to "rent" services that came in my truck like a lot of new vehicles force people into. It hauls what I need it to haul, tows what I need it to tow, and drives where I need it to go. Does what a truck should and with comfort to boot.

Axio Auto Southtowne review
I recently had a great experience at Axio Auto Southtowne. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. Stephen Carey was the salesman who helped me and made the entire purchase process straightforward and stress-free, answering all my questions without pressure. The vehicle was in excellent condition thanks to Josh Webb, who did a thorough job detailing it so it looked and felt nearly new when I picked it up. On the finance side, Carson secured me an amazing rate and clearly explained all the options so I felt confident in my decision. Overall, the team worked together really well and made the experience efficient, transparent, and genuinely pleasant.

Purchasing my car at Woods Cross turned out to be an incredibly smooth and satisfying experience. Jarel, Vuk, and Steve were fantastic in guiding me through the options and ensuring I got exactly what I wanted. I felt well taken care of throughout the whole process, and the atmosphere at the dealership was quite inviting. I couldn't be happier with my new truck from Woods Cross, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free car buying experience! This is the 2nd purchase that I make at an Auto Savvy dealership and will definitely be my to go place in any future vehicle purchases. Thanks to the entire team, my apologies if I missed anyone!!! Awesome experience and super happy with my new truck!!!

We didn't end up purchasing our vehicle here, but we really appreciated the professionalism of Brayden they were patient with us over multiple visits. Answering all of our questions and giving us the time we needed to make a decision. Smoothly, we're grateful for their time, flexibility and willingness to treat us with respect throughout the process.

I bought the 2021 Ram with an 5.7 Hemi new and I have never experienced any issues with the Ram. 2 recalls witch were taken care of while I waited. I have owned Chevy and Ford pickups in the past 50 years and I have had issues with the Fords and will not buy another Ford truck again. I would buy a Ram again as long as it has a V8 engine.

2022 RAM 1500 review
Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

Super pleased with this dealership in their speediness of service at the Quick Lane, helpful honesty in recommendations, and offering Uber transportation to and from home while our car was serviced! Love it!!
2018 RAM 1500 review
I bought this truck with 100000 miles already. Beautiful truck! I only have a couple of complaints. The ride, one can feel every pebble in the road! Shocks and better tires may help. 2x4. Need to add more things like memory seats and adjustable pedals, to the Lonestar truck and it would be perfect.

My first truck after doing lots of research. Love the ride and room in it. My wife likes the ride and how high you ride to see ahead. More affordable then the other brands out there. Palmer Dodge was great to deal with.

Purchasing my new vehicle from Woods Cross was a smooth and enjoyable journey. Jarel helped me find my perfect first car and Brayden went out of his way to ensure I understood each step, making the buying process seamless and efficient. The dealership had a welcoming atmosphere that put me at ease immediately. I drove away thrilled with my purchase, feeling confident and well-informed thanks to the excellent service. If you're in search of a new car, Woods Cross is definitely the place to check out!

Love the truck But, why in the world does Ram not offer the advanced safety group (adaptive cruise, in lane guidance) and the 4 corner air suspension in after sale install kits? At this time: there are 4 - 2023 ecodiesel Rams equipped with advanced safety tech group in the ENTIRE country. There are 3 equipped with air ride. Why isn’t this more widely available?

Went in for oil change and tire rotation, but John looked up and realized I haven’t already paid for tire rotations for the life of our tires and pointed that out to me. I had been taking it to grease xxxxxx, but it was not any more expensive at the dealership. He was very friendly and professional. I never felt he was trying to sell me something.
2023 RAM 1500 review
Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

2014 RAM 1500 review
In 55 plus years of driving and buying pickup, my 2014 Ram 1500 is far and away the best truck I have ever owned. Mileage in town averages 17 mpg, and highway mileage hangs around 20 to 21 mpg while towing my 17 foot boat. I have owned several Fords, Chevys, and GMC trucks, and none can compare with my Ram 1500. I am 73 years old, and when I kick the bucket, this one is going in the hole with me. John O’Neil.

We had a great experience with Southtowne Mitsubishi. We purchased an electric car from them and had it shipped to our home in KCK. The team took their time, answered all our questions, and made sure everything worked perfectly for us. We really appreciated their patience and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
2015 RAM 1500 review
I bought this truck new in 2015 outdoorsman 3.6 pentstar and immediately the transmission modulator was bad and there was welding spatter on both front doors and the fixed it and a year later the wiring harness for the coolant fan was replaced.I will say the 3rd back cab brake light was leaking and one corner of my headliner got a tiny water stain but I fixed it myself with clear caulk.I have now done the transmission service 3,000 miles ago even though they say lifetime it’s not true but you can’t do it under warranty because it voids it.I have only used 5w20 super tech full synthetic in my truck and it currently has 80,000 miles on it and knock on wood it’s still smooth .I cleaned the throttle body myself last week and going to do plugs in a year.I attempted to do the serpentine belt with the throttle body cleaning but it takes 2 people so I’ll do it later.Truck had some hiccups but I’m happy with it and for those do it yourselfers, I have sprayed the weep holes on the bottom of my doors, fenders, hood and tailgate with wd40 in any hole I could find for years and never had rust problems .A General Motors body shop guy gave me that tip years ago.

Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!

2014 RAM 1500 review
Overall it's a decent truck with the 5.7 l hemi . The Goodyear wranglers that came on the truck were junk! pulled them off at 26,000 Miles. On my third battery little over 80,000 MI. Went with a Heavy Duty Duracell Battery, hope it will last better. The brakes on the truck are good and lasted more than 80,000 miles and still had a a little pad left. Had the fuel light sensor light problem. It's approximately over $1,200 to get repaired. This should have been a recalled item. Having new fuel tank straps put on at the same time as the fuel pump replacement.
