I had an awesome experienced purchasing my car at AutoSource this past weekend. Nisho went above and beyond to get me the best deal and car I was looking for. He was very professional and patient with my wife and me. He was very thorough while giving me the history of the car. He even offered me to take care of some cosmetic repairs on the car! The cool thing about the whole experience was I never felt pressured into buying anything that I didn't feel comfortable with. I have been looking for a Subaru Baja fora while now and I finally did at carmax in salt lake. I was three hours away and couldn't get out there quickly so they held the car for me. FOR A WEEK. They had people come in and was wanting it.But they still held it. I wish they would negotiate on the price. But I got it at a good price. The car was in top shape and the interior is awesome. I was talked into coming in even though I told the Sales person I was not ready to buy, felt very pressured not to leave and to right up an offer, and that if I did not I would lose an incentive given to me for this day only. Shopping on my own I felt I needed to bring a man with me, felt I was being taken advantage of in my situation.
I was hearing weird noise coming from the engine area and wanted someone to look at it to see if there was a problem. I set an appointment and was prompt at starting. I am a widow and have to do all those manly things now. We have dealt with Larry Miller Jeep for many years and have always been treated well. I never hesitate to ask for help and that is why I knew they would help me. The workers are very kind and respectful.
We just bought a truck from Ron at State Street Truck Stop and I cannot begin to tell you what a great experience it was. We live in southern Utah and tried to keep our business local, however our local dealer puts one price online and then when you get in there, they tell you a whole different price “oh that price is if you use a certain finance company that charges 17% interest even if you have a credit score of nearly 800” needless to say it was a terrible experience. That was not the case with State Street, they were completely transparent from the second we got there. When it came to financing, rather than having to wait until the contracts had been printed to see a cost breakdown he showed us right on his computer exactly what we were going to pay, which BTW was the best price we found even looking at private party sellers! This is the 3rd truck we have bought from them and it won’t be the last. We will be recommending them to all our friends and family. Thanks Ron we are totally loving this truck! You guys are great!
I was thrilled when we found two possible vehicles at Ken Garff Ford because how much some of our family members loved other Ken garff locations, but sadly this one was not a good experience. Aside of the lack of assistance in finding a vehicle where we had to physically reach out to a worker passing by and ask for some help to finding the vehicles on the lot to those that were presented to us, they were filthy and we were told we would get an "IOU" on a deep clean and any fixtures that needed to be done after purchasing the vehicle. Bummed we had the experience we did.
Got a postcard from GMC saying that my truck needed to be brought in for a recall and that the service *re-programming the ECM* would take anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes. I made the appointment and it took nearly 1 1/2 hours to get my truck done and pressing to get back to work. I could see the service men and customer service weren't motivated nor eager to please their customers from the moment I walked in. I was rather disappointed when I got that treatment.
I recently purchased a low mileage vehicle from Gage. I was treated as if I was a long time returning customer. I purchased the vehicle online and Gage made the overall experience a breeze Thank you Gage and Performance Ford. PS. I enjoyed my visit to the SLC area, that I am considering re-location. Louie
Highly recommend for a long distance purchase. Was the easiest and quicker purchase I have ever had, lots of deals and inventory to choose from. I've bought many classic (& near classic) cars over the years. My goal is to do whatever cosmetic and mechanical improvements needed, drive them for a year or two...then, selling the car to another "good home"..... in better condition than when I bought it. (I don't always make a profit but I don't care...I love old cars!) When I bought the 1979 Mercury Z-7 Zephyr Sport Coupe from Carson Stinson @ Antion Auto, I may have ended that record. Simply put, the Mercury, (w/46,000 miles,) is so nice that I may not be able to find anything to improve! (But I'll still try.) I'd suggest anyone looking for a nice car at a fair price call Carson at Antion Auto. You won't be disappointed.
This is the best car buying experience ever. I have bought many, many cars over the years and each time, I came away feeling like I got taken advantage of. I feel that Doug Smith Auto does have the best prices around. And from experience when we have used their repair shop, they are honest.
