2019 ram 1500 classic love the truck but the rear bumper is starting to rust how can it be fixed. Any help would be appreciated

I bought this truck with 100000 miles already. Beautiful truck! I only have a couple of complaints. The ride, one can feel every pebble in the road! Shocks and better tires may help. 2x4. Need to add more things like memory seats and adjustable pedals, to the Lonestar truck and it would be perfect.

the 1500 ram with the diesel engine has tons of power and gets as good as 33 mpg on the highway, and 25 in town milage, the air ride is great also, love this truck

Laramie short bed with air ride. Would not know you are riding in a truck. Zero complaints. Average 18-20 mpg on roadtrips. Nothing bad to report

I'm on my third RAM in ten-years. The first two, a 2014 and 2016 did great; but then, about a year later I started having anomalies with sensors/check engine lights that would not reset. Simple stuff like windshield-fluid reservoir empty, or exhaust O2 sensor dirty. New vehicles should not do that. I did not give up on RAM. I've had a 2019 RAM 1500/LongHorn/Crewcab for two-years now. (Knock on wood), 2019 runs great, with no major problems. One of the best things that happened was when RAM 'broke away' from Dodge. I recommend the new generation of RAM from 2019+.

Chris Benson was very good to work with - I would ask for him if doing business here. He is on the ball, responsive to text/calls and upfront/honest. I pestered him for about 4-5 days while looking at trucks and he always got back to me and answered all my questions. Now the negative- the dealer charges a $599 "ETCH" fee which you do not hear about until the end. If you google it this simply makes the vehicle easier to find if it is stolen. They etch every window with the VIN to make it harder to scrub. However, an etching kit can be bought for $20 on amazon so they are definitely padding their profit margin. This is of course on top of the good old $150 dealer doc fee. So basically- when you look at their advertised pricing be sure to add $600 to avoid the shock and pain. In all other aspects they were good to work with.

I have about 75K miles on my 2018 RAM SLT FWD, 3.6L V6. It's the first truck I've ever owned, and I'm a big fan now. I've had a couple of very minor issues with the truck but nothing major. The first issue is the backup camera when haywire on me about 50K miles in. It turns out that it wasn't properly affixed in the factory, and I was able to fix this myself by taking off a few screws to remove the tailgate cover and then using a zip tie to hold the connection together. It's been perfect since then. The only other issue was the windshield washer fluid tube disconnected from the sprayer nozzle. I fixed that as well. Again, it was no big deal and it hasn't been a problem since. Everything else has been perfect on the truck. It's either purring like a kitten or roaring like a lion.

This is a great all-around truck that blends luxury features with a solid truck. With coil suspension on all wheels, it makes for a very soft and comfortable ride, while being able to tow anything you can throw it's way.

I’ve had 2 5th gen ram, a 2019 bighorn and now a 2021 limited. 2019 I had almost 50k miles w/ only having a flickering LED issue in the passenger upper glove box. My 2021, i have 38k miles on it and it’s been great. I do get some uneven tread wear and wheel vibration, even after alignment but I’m kind of used to it now. But always feel like it’s very well made and reliable.

I own a 2023 ram 1500 ecodiesel with 4x4 and off road packages. I ordered the truck with the taller rear end gears and larger off road tires. 13,000 Mile avg fuel economy is 23.4 mpg On long hwy runs avg 26.9 mpg gears have a impact here if over 70 mph Good truck no problems so far

I bought my 2020 Ram 1500 Limited Edition used with 15,000 miles. The leather dash was coming unglued and the back window was leaking but both were replaced under warranty. My 4th Ram and this one rides like a Cadillac with the 4 corner air suspension which isn't recommended for cold climates. Great truck so far.

In 55 plus years of driving and buying pickup, my 2014 Ram 1500 is far and away the best truck I have ever owned. Mileage in town averages 17 mpg, and highway mileage hangs around 20 to 21 mpg while towing my 17 foot boat. I have owned several Fords, Chevys, and GMC trucks, and none can compare with my Ram 1500. I am 73 years old, and when I kick the bucket, this one is going in the hole with me. John O’Neil.

Sales people were friendly, especially the man from NY, and the sales guy, I bought a Honda Odyssey from them the next day I took it right into the dealer for an inspection, all the fluids needed to be changed, that's something i think they should have done before putting it on the lot, but other than that the van seems fine so far

So far it’s been a good dependable truck! The truck drives well around turns and really sticks to the road. Inside is very comfortable and roomy.

Recently just bought an Audi S5 from West State Motorsports and my experience was amazing. The dealership was extremely nice and all of the staff was very professional and knowledgeable. I was able to test drive the vehicle the same day I came to check it out and they didn't pressure me at all into purchasing it. The overall process was very easy and I would highly recommend this dealership.

I love the truck, but the drivers seat is UNCOMFORTABLE. The outside edges on the seat are at too much of an angle up, they are hard, and cut into your legs/butt. VERY disappointed in the seat. Called multiple times, no one can figure out how to fix it.

My customer service agent could have been more attentive. I had to go up and ask if my car was ready and it was so who knows how long I would have waited.

Love my truck, interior and exterior. Would not give up the suspension, and comfortable ride. Yes with gas prices now it does take more $$ to fill up but it's still a better ride than any other car I have owned.

I have had ford, GM, And Dodge Ram. I will say this, ALL of the Rams that I have had out preforms any of the rest! I have purchased all of them new, I take care of whatever I drive. The only xxxxx I have with Ram is the tires, 20,000 miles is about all I can get out of them. I feel that if you pay 50k for something, you should get more miles out of the tires! The MPG is better than the rest. the 2016 I had, got 38 MPG and it was a 5.7, I made it From Dayton, Ohio to Tuscaloosa Alabama on 1 tank of gas, 26 gal tank!

For those who don’t want to read: Summary – Tiki Motors was the absolute ‘Best’ car buying experience I’ve ever had. I purchased a used AEV edition 2015 Jeep Rubicon. Honest, reputable and respectful of my time… and… they proved their integrity. Full version: I started off by having a horrible experience with a local dealer in Yakima, which is where we are from. We decided to look out of our market and found ‘Tiki Motors’… for us, over 2 hours away but… we really liked the vehicle we found on their very professional Web Page. We called Tiki Motors and Trey quickly got back to us. Trey provided me with expertise in communication and knowledge of the vehicle I was calling about. He also worked hard at helping us find a solution with our schedule so we could see and test drive the vehicle which was 2 hours away. Trey was not pushy and respected my time knowing that we’d need to get all of the details regarding a ‘possible’ purchase done over the phone. Trey set an appointment for us to drive the vehicle and spent as much time as my wife and I wanted as we extensively inspected the Jeep. When we decided to purchase the Jeep, Trey worked with us directly… NO FINANCE manager trying to upsell us. We bought the vehicle. Side Note: Bobby (the owner) also spent time getting to know us and was a great person to talk to regarding the purchase. Nice guy. After the sale, we got the vehicle home and discovered there were some minor details that we did not notice. Bobby, returned a call ‘after hours’ to help us work through the questions with absolute satisfaction. Tiki Motors is a solid company and has shown us that they are people of integrity. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle! I would gladly drive to Seattle again if I ever found myself needing another vehicle.

A little disapointed in fuel economy. Getting 15 to 16 in the city and 18 to 19 mpg on the road. A great ride and very good interior. The active speed control works excellent, and slows down as needed and then returns back to set speed when available.
