I was greeted and shown a vehicle by Matt today. I must say that he was very pleasant and great to deal with. Although I didn't purchase the vehicle I wanted, I really enjoyed his professionalism, his patience, his eagerness to make a deal happen, and his judgement free kindness. I came in the dealership on a whim after cleaning my driveway and basement and I never bothered to change my clothing or boots. He treated me like any other customer. I just wanted to say great job, Matt.
What a great experience it was purchasing my Jeep from Tri County! It was such an easy process and my dealer Derrick Geisler took the time to help me with my needs! Derrick and his manager Mike McVeigh took the time and effort to help me get where I wanted to be in a payment! I was shopping another dealership in the area and knew right away they were trying to pull a fast one on me which did not sit well with me. This was our first experience working with Patriot. Started working with Bob Johnson to possibly purchase a Traverse but then decided to replace our 2008 Tahoe with a new Tahoe. Despite all the searching Bob did for us, we couldn’t find exactly what we wanted. So through Bob we ordered a 2018 Tahoe. From start to finish (got the Tahoe yesterday!!!), we worked with Bob for a long time and he was always kind, patient and helpful. Whether we stopped in, called or emailed (and we did all three), he always found time for us and was very responsive. We met other great people at Patriot and the dealership was always immaculate. Great experience, great salesman and we are thrilled with our new Tahoe. We now look forward to trying their service department.
I recently Purchased a 2015 Jeep Renegade, Very easy process, 2nd time dealing with Mike McVeigh , 1st time dealing with Brendon. Overall great experience. Worth the hour drive for a great deal. I did and would recommend Mike McVeigh's team at Tri County . Thanks and will be back again.
Had rear sensor problem #Warranty ran out there was a gray area about my bumper Talk to sales manger and he wanted me to be Satisfied he said they would fix everything true to there word they fixed it the fix was not cheap all the sensor bezels Had to be painted very pleased with way was handled
Needed an oil change on short notice, they said no problem, bring it on by. I dropped the truck off a half hour before they opened, and there were service people there already. They took my keys and info inside and off I went. Called me an hour later to tell me it was finished. All for $35.
Everyone that my husband and I encountered at this dealership was friendly and helpful. We are very happy with our 2017 CPO Kia Optima purchase! We dealt directly with Carl Madonna and Johnny Taylor, both of whom were very knowledgeable and patient in answering all our questions.
