Arlington Heights Buick GMCReviews
Arlington Heights Buick GMC review
From the moment my husband and I pulled into the dealership, we were welcomed with genuine smiles and a true desire to help us find what we were looking for. Within minutes, Cesar greeted us, took us to one of the cars we were interested in, and had us test driving. Needless to say, we were happy to make our purchase there. Cesar was fabulous with communication and showed us every feature before we drove off the lot. I felt well taken care of and ready to use my vehicle. Thanks for the awesome service!

Bettenhausen Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of LockportReviews
Bettenhausen Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Lockport review
I initially checked to see if the SUV I found on cars.com was still available to look at. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service. Keep up the great work Jamie and Bettenhausen!

Warlock trim turns heads. Nice comfortable ride, love the sound of the exhaust. Lots of standard features on this trim. Handles Canadian winters with ease.

Blue Sky Auto Sales - Crestwood review
Great experience at Blue Sky Auto Sales in Crestwood. The staff was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They had a great selection of vehicles and made the whole process simple without making me feel pressured. They answered all my questions and helped me find a vehicle that worked for me. I would definitely recommend Blue Sky Auto Sales to anyone looking for a used car.
2020 RAM 1500 Classic review
Let me start by saying, I have only put on 6,000 miles on the truck, but I have had enough time to form an opinion on it. I currently have the 2020 Warlock quad cab with the 3.6 engine. Very comfortable seats, v6 is more than powerful enough for my needs, great storage room, and overall functionality from the infotainment system. The only issues I have come across have been a few interior fit and finish problems. There was a rattle coming from the driver side door that I eventually fixed by replacing the whole panel. Another rattle arose from the passenger side upper glove box that required some foam tape along the lip where the latch and box contact. Seems to me these do not go together that well or was a fitment issue from the factory. Overall, I would buy this truck again. I plan on pulling a boat this spring and have used it to haul anything and everything in the bed. It works great. Basic truck compared to the competition, but enough features where for the price, you just can't beat it. FCA has been a little iffy to work with though when it comes to warranty, but that could just be my experience.

2019 RAM 1500 Classic review
My nephew bought a new ram in 2017 and loves it. Two neighbors and my best friend own rams and all love them. I previously owned Ford trucks and while satisfied with them I thought I'd look at the rams. Bought a 2019 ram 1500 classic with 5.7 hemi over a year ago and now have almost 10,000 miles. So far I have had no problems whatsoever. I cant even find anything to nitpick.

2019 RAM 1500 Classic review
I bought this truck new and it's been great. I have 70,000 trouble free miles on it. My first and only real expense so far was the emergency brake. You have to take the rear axle out to fix it, the line sags eventually on all of them. It was almost a grand but included changing the rear differential which needed to be done anyway. other than that this truck is the best I've owned. I get great gas mileage (25 on the highway) it looks great, minimal rust in 7 years, no complaints.

2019 RAM 1500 Classic review
I purchased a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 Tradesmen Quad Cab with the 5.7L Hemi. This is the 3rd Dodge Ram 1500 I’ve owned and this is the first new one I’ve ever purchased. Buying new is a whole new experience. Anyone who says buying new is a bad idea and you should buy a car a couple of years old; has clearly never purchased new. This truck is amazing, we tow the jet skis just fine on the weekends and it’s my grocery getter, 9-5er on the weekdays. It’s my stand down you clown this is my lane and your entry fee is a blinker, I’ve got that Hemi power with an 8 speed transmission to hold it down. It’s my hauling precious cargo, to laying rubber because the wife still digs the burnouts. It’s a 4 door safe zone for the family with a bed full of camping gear or an early morning ride with backpacks and lunches. Either way this trucks never let me down and when they all go electric (because they will one day) I’ll buy one of them too. You can’t go wrong with Hemi powered Ram!

The customer service is impeccable. Everyone is smiling and happy to help, and the service is quick. I had an oil change with filters changed, wiper blades changed, alignment, and interior detail, and there was a scuff on the paint I wanted looked at, and they buffed it out for me. I always schedule my appointments far enough ahead to be able to have a loaner and they always provide a nice, sporty civic for me to use. The prices are so much better than other dealerships I've dealt with, and I don't feel like things are being added on that aren't necessary. Or that I'm being taken advantage of because I'm a woman. This is definitely a wonderful environment and I love that they will do anything to ensure a happy customer.

Kunes Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Woodstock review
I have purchased many trucks over the last 35 years. I have never had a purchase go as smoothly and efficiently as this one! Kunes is good! Very professional, responsive, polite, fair and communicative. Great trade in value on my truck and very fair price on the new one. Love it!!! Thanks to Dan and all his effort.

Simotes Motor SalesReviews
Simotes Motor Sales review
I wen into simotes apprehensive of buying a vehicle by myself, I went in and met with Derek.(who I highhhhhhly recommend) he was so accommodating, did not pressure me into buying anything, and even stayedafterwelll they closed to make sure my entire process was finalized and I was set. I am a mother of two and he made me feel so comfortable and right at home. I am so happy I chose simotes as my firsta nd last stop . and because of Derek I will be a continuous customer and will recommend him and simotes at any given opportunity. I love my vehicle and experience! Thank you guys!!!!!
