I had a really great experience working with Michael Rose when I bought my 2021 Mach-E. He was super communicative, answered all my calls, replied fast to texts, and even got back to me on his days off. At first I honestly just came in to test drive a Mach-E and wasn’t planning on buying anything, but Michael was very honest and trustworthy and ended up helping me find a Mach-E that fit exactly what I needed and stayed within my budget. He never pressured me at all. The paperwork process was really smooth and easy. What I liked most was how Michael treated me like a friend during the whole process. He’s really funny, easy to talk to, and it never felt awkward or salesy. He even came in on his day off just to get the deal done a day earlier than scheduled because of snow, which I really appreciated. Even after I bought the car, he kept checking in to see how everything was going. When my tire pressure was a little off because of the cold, he helped get it taken care of super fast and was very flexible. This isn’t one of those dealerships where you never hear from the salesperson again. It was a pleasure doing business here and I honestly don’t see myself using another salesman in New York. I recommend Michael to everyone.

The car was as advertised and I bought the car. 3 days later I went back and took delivery. Every part of the transaction was great. Really enjoyed this car buying experience. When the car started acting up they were all over it and fo t it to a Ford dealership for diagnostics. Literally refused to let them send the car back until they were satisfied that my car is tip top. Can't say enough about Dave in sales, Phil their awesome mechanic who advocated for me like it was his own car. The customer service I received was outstanding—far better than anywhere else. We handled everything through email and phone, and within a week, I was picking up my new Jeep. The entire team—Ken (General Manager), Aaron (Salesperson), and Tim (Finance Manager)—made the process seamless. Every question was answered, and I had zero concerns walking into the dealership. I expected to spend three to four hours there, like at every other dealership I’ve visited, but I was in and out in just 20 minutes. Truly impressive! I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a Jeep. It was absolutely worth the drive and my time.
