Great place to take you car for service I did a 40k mike service on my Jeep Wrangler I came out from dealer my Jeep was running better than before I was very satisfied with service and customer service was top of line,Kenneth wa las excellent at explaining everything he will do to my Jeep call multiple times to keep me posted.The price was fair,i rather have professionals to work on my car than anybody else.

I have had other trucks “gas” and BMW’s ! With gas prices soaring and extremely expensive I traded in the gas for the New Turbo Diesel Cummins 6.7 ! On the highway this motor gets 20-21 miles per gallon with a range of 400-450 miles per fill up! Verified with my own eyes! This Ram 2500 gets better gas mileage than any vehicle I have ever owned ! A bit more expensive, but you’re going to make up for it in fuel! Extremely happy with this Truck! Feels powerful , sounds great, comfortable with a lot of options, cameras all around it so you can see everything surrounding you! I haven’t towed anything yet but what I have heard it even gets better with more weight behind it

I was driving by this dealership and was happy to find it here on Cars.com too and now have a hub to their inventory on my favorite Car site! I am an online car shopping junkie of a sort and when I do decide to move on my next Used vehicle I will check Dover Used Car Center first because when I walked in I was treated as a person and not a target! Just returned from having my 2010 Escape serviced. Chaz was outstanding with her usual bubbly personality. She explained everything in detail and told me how to get a rebate from Ford on my service. She is a gem. Was able to watch the servicing of my vehicle thru the observation window. The tech "Nick Sporer" did an excellent job, was very thorough and kept the car clean. I was very pleased with the entire service experience. Will continue to have my vehicles serviced here.

Our Jeep Wrangler 4XE had an issue with a recent update. Even though they had a dozen other vehicles to deal with, they were able to take ours on a Saturday and get us a loaner car. We had our Jeep back on Monday! Courtney and Briana are the best! Thank you for taking care of us! We love you guys!

When our Jeep engine had a major issue, Johnson Dodge Chrysler Jeep quickly checked into what they could do to help us looking into warranty coverage and taking care of it all from start to finish! Briana oversaw each step of the process, keeping us up to speed on the progress until completion! This was the second of two jeeps she handled in the service department and both cars while in the service department were handled with professionalism, care, and overall top quality management! I cannot thank Briana and the service team who worked on our Jeeps enough for all they did! Briana is top notch and a priceless member of Johnson’s service team!

It was amazing! Having two toddlers with me and the bf lol is a lot of work but Tristan was amazing and worked very quickly with me since this morning before even coming in....pretty much when I arrived I had to sign documents get insurance, test drive in parking lot (only bc the area, I was unfamiliar with) and th3n sign some more paper work and off I went. And the kids did get a little fussy but no complaints from anyone which is always so nice. I mean 2 under 2 is a lot already and they worked their magic and got me a car even with low credit and a repow.....repo..... thanks so much guys!!!!

We love our new Jeep it’s so clean and so nice for a 2021 we got a Jeep compass he personally delivered it with a pink bow in memory of our 15th month old daughter (which was her favorite color) and flowers. He’s personal and professional. Easy to work with and gets the best deals and insurance rate topped it FULL coverage through geico. I was shocked at my insurance rate.
