This is the way car buying should be! No pressure to buy no sales person chasing you down, ridiculously huge inventory all makes from Alfa Romeo 🚘😘, to Maseratti, from BMW to Nissan any car you can imagine they carry at a very decent price. My experience was out of this world, from tasting Cuban coffee to life's conversations.I'll definitely recommend this dealership. Alberta takes customer service and sales to a whole new level. I have pulled a 14000 pound RV without any issues. It handles well and is more comfortable than my car. I had one issue when I first got it (a pin hole in something) and it was quickly fixed. It is 3 years old, I have 64,000 miles on it. Most of those are from towing. Towing gas mileage is around 9 but, normal mileage in city and hwy is aroud 20. I have gotten 25 before, when I keep my foot out of the accelator.

Visited Hgreg Orlando last Thursday and had the pleasure of working with Alex and Sigrid. Purchased my first car and couldn???t have had an easier experience. Was worried about my credit and didn???t feel judged or pressured at any point. Their dealers aren???t on commission so there is no rushing about or haggling. Still I received a more than fair price for my car and actually found the same car at other dealers for 7-10 grand more so I got a great deal. Hgreg???s approach to car shopping is what I would like to call ???human.??? After 2 days of walking around hot parking lots followed by unscrupulous dealers, I walked into Hgreg 5 hours before they closed not expecting much. At that point, I didn???t even want to buy a car. I was greeted by a beautiful airy facility with air conditioning and relaxing music. Two hosts greeted us, took our information, and connected us with Alex Cortes. The 3 of us sat at a counter where Alex went over the mission statement of the company and then asked us what kind of car we were interested in. I had marked down some cars in advance but he took the time to show us some of their stock online. He was completely transparent and actually showed us the CarFax and v report for every car we were interested in so I could decide in advance if I wanted to even look at the car. While we were chatting, Alex???s manager came by to introduce himself. I was happy not to be in someone???s office or a cubicle- everything was very in the open and transparent- no weird back room dealing with prices. Alex then requested the cars we were interested in to be pulled to the front (their policy is that they can pull 2 at a time) so there is no traipsing all over a hot parking lot while the dealer locates their stock. Talk about professionalism! My husband and I chatted about the pros and cons of the cars while Alex chimed in with good info when necessary. He never interrupted us and it never felt like we couldn???t speak freely about the car. Alex even pointed out little dings or marks because he wants us to be fully aware of what we are purchasing- no surprises 3 days later when you see the car in another light. We fell in love with one car in particular but I needed time to think about it. We said we were going to grab a bite and Alex was so kind about it. He was totally supportive- no stressful comments like ???oh it may not be here when you come back.??? We returned an hour later and purchased the car in a very short time frame. It was near end of business but we were not rushed- everyone at Hgreg loves their job and are truly there to help customers. I???ve heard nightmares about it taking hours to purchase a car but Hgreg???s operation is a smooth one so we were in and out. My husband was trying to add me to his insurance but we experienced a snafu. We were directed to their car insurance expert, Sigrid, who at the end of business was excited to help us and found a policy that cut our costs in half. Alex stayed with us throughout the process ensuring our paperwork was completed in a quick time frame. While they took us through our paperwork, their staff cleaned our car and prepped it for us to take the same day. I will never go anywhere else.

I've owned three (3) different Dodge Durangos, 1999 SLT.., a 2001 SLT I still have and also I currently have a 2012 Citadel. I mention the history of my auto ownership so that maybe my review will not be viewed as just another random one time review of a Dodge dealership. I've experienced Dodge dealerships from North Carolina to the northern part of Connecticut to Florida roughly a 1,200 mile span. I can truly say everyone of the dealerships were clean, professionally situated to accommodate customers and efficient in their service. In April of 2017 I took my Dodge Citadel to Posner Park Chrysler Dodge for a oil change. That was the very first time I frequent this facility but by the time my auto was finished I felt like I had been there many times. It wasn't just the service representative that interacted with me, but the service tech, and service representative that greets every customer, and that behavior extended to other service techs as well. In other words everyone at this facility treated me as though I was their client. Would I recommend Posner Park Chrysler to anyone else...? I would recommend Posner Park Chrysler to EVERYONE ESLE...! I am completely elated that it is the closest dealer to my home that will be servicing my auto.

Was a devotee to Ford. Owned 4 heavy duty trucks in last 15 years. Last one was traded for the 6.4L 2500 crew. This truck kicks. Towing a 5th wheel and boat combo no complaints. Plenty of power and handling is surprising. In the good way. Even my wife loves this truck, she wasn't happy with the others. Lumberwagons is what she called them. Enjoys driving even with the 5er and boat behind. Fuel mileage has been 14.8 combined city highway. Towing 9 to 11.9 depending on grade, wind, etc. 4x4 handles off road great.

So I purchased this 2016 Honda in April 2017, used...get a clean CarFax report at that time. Fast forward to now, and I really want to get a larger SUV again...preferably a Subaru Crostrek. So I pulled the most recent CarFax on my HRV only to find out that it had been in a front end collision and repaired 3 weeks prior to my purchase....I came in to Greenway, presented these facts to the used car manager, who was shocked AND agreed to give me full trade in value if I would come back and trade with them....reduced value was $2500 less. However they did not have a Crosstrek but did peespent to me some other options...ending up with an ultra clean 2017 Mazda CX-5 .... Teeko helped on the sales side and the used car manager found that the customer that traded the Honda in 2017 intentionally traded before the accident was reported to CarFax....the fact they took full responsibility speaks loudly of Greenway's commitment to do the right thing and take care of their customer! I found the Ram 3500 dually with all the features I was looking for and contacted the dealership to see the vehicle the next morning. David Ruiz was my salesman and was very professional and friendly. Phil Morton the sales manager was outstanding and is a very fair and reasonable businessman. Rod the finance person was outstanding as well, no hard selling of expensive add-ons. I loved his hunting photos on his desk as well. Everyone at this dealership was fantastic and this is the best car buying experience I've had in my 30+ years of car buying. I drove 2 hours to get there and it was worth the drive. If I'm in the market for another vehicle I will certainly return to this dealership. Feel free to shop around and do your homework like I did then go to this dealership. You will not be disappointed.

I bought a 2014 Hyundai Sonata from Sam Hackett at Off Lease Only back in 2015 and have always told people what a great experience it was. No pressure and the process was fast and easy. This time, we found ourselves needing to replace my wife's old 2005 PT Cruiser. We found a great deal on a 2017 Nissan Rogue that we really liked on the Off Lease Only web site, so we printed out the details and headed down to take a look. We walked into the dealership and spotted Sam behind the counter. I called him over, reintroduced myself and gave Sam the details of the vehicle that we were interested in. Sam told us to wait for a moment and he went and got the car for us to test drive. We walked the vehicle to see if we could see any problems and Sam even gave me some pointers on how to spot any areas where repairs could have taken place. Once I was satisfied, we took the car for a test drive and decided to buy it. Everyone from Sam to the Sales Manager, Perry Guerard, and the Finance Manager Monte Asti, was fantastic to work with. Monte made the finance part of the deal clear and easy. He showed us all of our options in a clear and concise manner so we could make the best choice for our situation. I cannot recommend Sam, his team and Off Lease Only enough. We will definitely be back to do business with them again when the need for a new vehicle arises.

Went from a 2011 F150 3.5 EcoBoost to a 2016 Ram 2500 5.7 SLT. Wanted more power and better towing capacity that still had a decent 4x4 capability. Was not disappointed. Has pretty basic interior but then again its made for work. Speakers are amazing and stock wheels are good on highway but if you want to go off road id recommend upgraded suspension and some better tires. Gas milage isn't the best but then again when you buy a HD truck you know what you're signing for. Im very pleased how this truck is working for me and i plan on installing aftermarket trinkets every so often.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. I have purchased several new vehicles in my life to include some luxury ones. This has been by far the best experience I've had when purchasing a vehicle. Jaret Bishop was prepared when I arrived at the dealer at the re-established time. I was coming to custom order a 2019 Dodge Charger 392. He answered all my questions and he was able to complete the process quickly. He told me it would be around 6 weeks for the vehicle to arrive. He stayed in touch during that time and gave me frequent updates as my car was being built. When it was time to pick up the car he had it parked right at the entrance, it was an impressive sight. He took me on a thorough test drive to ensure I was satisfied with all the car features. Jaret demonstrated to be very knowledgeable when I asked detailed questions about some settings. I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. I purchased new a 2016 Ram 2500 with the appearance package in the Laramie trim. I bought at 4th of July when there was a total of 15k rebates. I paid 57k for a 72k list vehicle. It is equipped with the legendary Cummins motor This truck is like driving your couch down the road. I have not even come close to really taxing it’s capabilities. I have only towed up to approximately 15k with a 32ft V nose. I made a trip from WA-AZ-WA it pulled like a dream. I won’t say it did not notice the trailer but the only difference I noted was just an increase boost pressure while towing. I did average 15mpg and this truck is stock. No loss in performance and while towing holding 75 up the grades was no issue. Also I can not even begin to explain how amazing the exhaust brake performed. I don’t think I even used my brakes on down grades except for when other vehicles cut in front of me. There is no better truck made in my opinion. To be fair I was bitten twice by Ford on the 6.0 and then on the 6.4. I was not about to be a guini pig again on the 6.7. I will say this truck is better in every way than the previous trucks HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I have shopped for cars in a variety of ways in the past (that CAR place with a MAXimum amount of cars, dealerships, etc...), but I will NEVER go back to those other ways again. This truly was the most transparent way to do business and should be a model of how we can successfully run our own businesses by allowing passionate and knowledgeable people into the correct positions to succeed. Here is our story: We were greeted promptly when we entered the show room. From past experiences, this would have been a dread as often on a car lot, you feel like a meal to the vultures, but they just wished to know what you'd like to do (buy, trade-in, just look around, etc...). They then pair you with a salesperson. We were fortunate enough to have Sam Hackett in sales to help us throughout the process. He educated us in how best to use Off Lease Only so that we get exactly what we set out to find. He showed us the transparency the owners want buyers to have (they provide not only carfax, but a third party company called 360 to let you know about any work done on a vehicle, as well as any accident details that could help make your decision better). He was patient and allowed us plenty of time to view the vehicles with him nearby, but not standing right next to us to eavesdrop like so many past salesmen have done at other companies. He graciously answered all of our questions and for the few he didn't know, he got us contacts to get the answers we sought. Along the process, we also met Chad Wickline, one of the Managers who was courteous and willing to chat for any length of time that we needed. We also met another manager, Gil Amir who sat in the car with us and helped us figure out all the buttons as there have been many advancements added to cars since our last purchase almost a decade ago. Never once did I feel like they were rushed to speak to the next person and we even got to know them as people a little more through the conversations we had. As we are a couple with younger kids, they could relate to what we were asking about due to their own experiences and it made for a very enjoyable overall experience. Our test drive was great! Sam said if we wanted him to, he would ride with us, but if we chose to, we could test drive alone. We loved being able to choose our own options as opposed to feeling as though we were being supervised the entire time. Due to our own timing, we even had to leave before the purchase to pick up our daughter from daycare and they helped us start the paperwork process and then let us go in the middle to complete this task. When we returned, there was Sam ready to say hi and help us reach the finish line. We spoke with Will Huffman in finance who was pleasant and transparent, as well as willing to listen to what we wanted, as opposed to trying to make us do something we didn't feel like signing up for. I could see this process taking some people only an hour or two from start to finish if they know how to use their system properly and know exactly what they want. We required more time than most to make our decision and to complete our extra tasks, but never once did we feel rushed. Sam was with us from 12:30 when we arrived, through 8 pm at night. I know not everyone always believes these reviews are true online, but I assure, this one is. Today they made a lifelong purchaser and client and you better believe I will be letting anyone know that is looking for a car that the best place to start (and finish), is Off Lease Only!

The Cummins engine and recent upgrades to the 2500 Ram are a great mix. I’ve owed a Ford F-250 and while I think the general quality of the Fords may be a bit better, the overall performance of the Ram far exceeds the Ford. On top of that, I have navigation, heated/cooled leather trim, CarPlay, and tons of other features that you end up paying for in similar Chevy or Ford trims.

I've had my share of poor service at dealers. Mr. Ken Littlefield is absolutely the BEST TOP NOTCH service center repair rep I have EVER dealt with in my 14yrs of owning a car. Always professional, knowledgeable and NEVER misquotes a price. Stays in communication while my car is in the shop. I always go to him if I have any issues with my car. Getting service on any car is not fast nor do you want a poor service on your car. I have always left the dealership very pleased and will continue to come here while I own my Chrysler T&C and continue to speak with Ken. Absolutely a 10 when it comes to scores...200% is more like it!! Thank you very much for making me feel that this is a one stop shop and for not taking advantage because I am a female. Places are known for that, Not at Posner Park CJDRF!!!! Thank you again!

I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! They are a very good company and I look forward to making another purchase with them for my girlfriend???s Christmas gift! Thanks Shannon and Vroom!!!!

I went to service and spoke with Tony, he was knowledgeable about my crazy electrical problem I was having. I took my PT Cruiser to 3 other dealership and spent over $1500.00 in repairs, and the problem still not fixed! Tony was honest and they found a wire that was half broken. I paid $300.00 and my car has been fine with no issues for 2 months now! Pisner Park is the only dealership I will go to! Great service, everyone is happy and you always feel welcomed!!

I’ve always had a truck. Now that I have kids my previous extended cab wasn’t cutting it. Kids had trouble getting in and out and forget the whole kicking the back of daddy’s seat. This time around I settled on the ram mega cab. Day and night. If your a truck guy with little ones, this truck is a must. The kids can recline the back seat and knock out, giving you a pleasant drive. I’m truly shocked that Ford or Chevy haven’t come up with their mega cab version. The only other truck I considered was the tundra since they also have a roomy crew cab but unfortunately they don’t make it with a diesel. I bit the bullet and spent the extra 10k for the Cummings, occasionally pull a camping trailer. Hope this helped.

I will say that I was a bit apprehensive after reading some negative reviews; but due to the volume that this dealer ships out, I can only assume that poor experiences are a small percentage of their business practice. I visited Vroom???s website in the evening and decided to purchase my wife a Cadillac SRX. Within minutes I received a call from a sales rep. Within an hour of that initial call, he collected my $500 ???hold fee??? that was later applied to my down payment. The following day, my sales rep called to inform me that financing was secured, even with blemished credit. (Required an additional $600 down payment which I had wire transferred). 3 days later, I received my contract via FedEx, completed it, and shipped it back. Once they received and reviewed, I was sent an email with an expected delivery date. From start to finish, the entire process took 10 days, and we received a used Cadillac SRX in EXCELLENT condition. The interior was spotless. The exterior needed a wash, but it was understandable because the car was shipped from Texas to Florida. I have already recommended this service to others, and will likely use them again. *Car does come with a 60 day temp tag, and I have not heard back from Vroom about acquiring my actual registration and plate. - However, I believe that I still have a couple of weeks left on the current tag.

The Tradesman 2500 is a great work truck with solid power and load capacity, while having tons of comfort and design features. I do wish the Hemi had better fuel economy...it’s basically the same as my 2002.

Awesome prices and great experience. Saved thousands and got a better expedition than I was looking at elsewhere. Dale ( poor guy ) was so helpful as I looked at 3 before I saw this one and fell in love with it. Dale was so paitient and calm thru the whole process. He didn't try to sell us the expedition, he tried to make sure it was the right one for our needs . It's crazy until you shop here you won't understand. His words were " buy something that you will be excited to drive not just something to drive " NO PRESSURE . I wouldent title Dale really as a salesman , rather a guide . I know this sounds like BS !! This is my second 2017 I bought here and saved tons of money !! .. just look online before you show up and it's super simple after that . Vroom personnel were thoroughly professional and I received great value in my trade and new car. I took my car to the local dealer for a through inspection upon free delivery. (Vroom offers a 7 day free return policy.) The BMW service manager told me my 2015 X3 Xdrive28i was in such good shape, it would qualify as a certified per-owned on their lot. I easily could have paid $3K more for the car than I did from Vroom.
