I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.

Just bought from out of state. These guys have fair deals and are not looking to get rich on one sell but look for lifetime customers. Best dealer i have delt with in 30 years of buying trucks.

Great service, wonderful environment and very reasonable prices. I recommend the dealership without reservation. Staff is amazingly friendly and the facility is comfortable and offers some recreational activities such as table tennis and a small basketball game.

Built solid, tons of room in the crew cab as well as in the long bed, gets better mileage than I thought it would 15.2- City and 17.8 HWY, 8.3 with 22K lb. 5th wheel. I don’t feel the Grand Design 397TH behind it on travel days. This truck is equipped with the 4:10’s H/O, A transmission. The vehicle when bought had 10,500 on it and I just rolled 15,835 with zero issues.

I recently had electronic work done on my Jeep Cherokee and was very pleased with the service at Auto Nation Katy. The service rep kept me informed of findings, provided a timely quote and repair and in the end the repair cost was less than quoted. Only complaint i have is why does it take so long to make a recall.My truck is for mostly pleasure so miles are low.Its out of bumper to bumper warranty and now abs pump hcu is out and they dont have one available or will not recall it knowing its been a problem for alot of trucks!!!!! CHRYSLER YOU NEED TOO MAKE THIS RIGHT!!!! THANKS!!! ALOT OF MONEY FOR THESE VEHICLES TOO BE SO FLAWED!!!!

The rebuilding started around 8 months ago with chime and a capital one quicksilver secured card. I had $8k in student loan and $7k car loan. My scores were around 587-650 depending on the bureaus. Charge offs: Apple Card-$2k Capital one Platinum-$4k Discover-$1.5k. Collections: $2k. Even though bad credit reports prevented me from getting a loan on time and losing jobs, my happiness remains that the problem was given complete solution by this great hacker called PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST; after explaining the problem I was facing to my best friend Charlotte, she decided to introduce me to Pinnacle Credit Specialist. Has not left us on the side of the road, but electronics are unstable, including trailer brakes and engine management software. Have had several re-flashes to correct issues that happened or caused by recall re-flash. Examples: low power, excessive DEF usage and bad exhaust smell, Extremely high idle and cold engine Regen, repeated trailer brake controller failures when towing. Dealer has been excellent in repairing issues.

Bought my 3500 Ram about a month ago so far runs great. I'm happy with it . Haven't got to pull the camper wit it yet.
