Five Star FordReviews
Five Star Ford review
I found a truck on cars.Com and did the normal thing sending a request to ensure it was available. Mel reached out to me via an email message and mentioned that he would contact me later in the day. He called me later that afternoon. After that very calm conversation, he gave me very solid reassurances that a different Ford dealership had lied to me about some things.. I already had pre approved financing at my credit union, so this was a fairly straight forward process. Mel made this process so easy. I'm not a youngster with no experience. I know how this process should go. This was not my first truck buying experience. Mel is a true professional and an asset to not only his profession, but to Five Star Ford. He's a rare find in this industry. This was the easiest and most positive truck buying experience in my life! Thank you to Mr. Melvin Seibel!

Huffines CDJR of Lewisville review
My husband & I have purchased many vehicles & worked with many different dealerships over the years. This was by far the simplest, quickest, & most pleasant experience we’ve ever had. Their no haggle pricing was a surprise & cut out much of the usual stress associated with buying a car. Our salesman, Kent, was professional, helpful & knowledgeable. He went out of his way to provide us with exceptional customer service (even delivering the car to me personally). The finance gal was super efficient & made the whole thing end on a truly positive note. Best car buying experience ever! Highly recommend this dealership!

I want to thank the team for always being so helpful. I've been going since 2022 and have appreciated every service advisor I've interacted with. Sometimes, it's challenging to feel comfortable when working with maintenance or repairs especially as a first time car owner. Everyone has always took the time to make me feel welcome. I want to give a shout out to Nathan Hauser! He gives thoughtful advice, has a particular attention to detail, and has a wonderful way of connecting to people. I'm sad to be moving away from Texas but will think of this location as a special. No other auto service place compares!

Prosper Ford review
I had a great experience buying my 2025 Ford Maverick XLT truck from Kyle at Prosper Ford. He was knowledgeable, upfront, and never pushy, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. Kyle took the time to answer all my questions, walked me through my options, and made sure I drove off in the right truck for my needs. The entire team was professional and efficient from start to finish. If you’re looking for an honest, smooth truck-buying experience, I highly recommend Prosper Ford. Thank you again Ruben.

Lewisville MitsubishiReviews
Lewisville Mitsubishi review
Do not buy a car or truck anywhere else! They'll get you any vehicle you want, any make, just let them know what you're looking for. I've bought 3 cars from them over the years and it's always an amazing experience and a great vehicle. They do not sell junk used cars!! You can 100% depend on Lewisville Mitsubishi Autoplex! This last time I financed. Saw the car on their website and called them, told them I wanted it and to please get me financing. The car was priced less than any other dealership for the same exact car, millage, etc. It took me 15 or 20 minutes at the dealership to sign everything and my test drive was driving the car home. I trust them that much!! You can too. And they got me a great interest rate for the loan. I repeat - do not buy a car or truck anywhere else!! Service is great too! Take any of your vehicles there, they are usually the best price in town.

Glenn Polk Chevrolet of Sanger review
I bought a very nice used 2024 Camaro with low mileage at Glenn Polk in Sanger TX. The entire experience from start to finish was great. Jenny Jo was the salesperson and was a joy to work with. Chris in finance worked with me on negotiating the final details. All good!!!!
2024 RAM 3500 review
I needed a 1 ton dually truck as I have a 34 foot Eliminator SS Continental and a 28 foot Eliminator SS race trailer, both are heavy as they are outfitted as mobile shops. We maxed the 28 out moving the shop and the truck pulled like a freight train. I have 17,000 miles on the odometer zero issues and a respectable return in fuel economy 13-14.5 considering how much in town driving we end up doing and how heavy the truck is so roughly what a 1/2 ton V8 gas truck gets. I bought the Big Horn CC 4X4 Dually with the Blackout Package body in white. The paint is good holds wax and shines nicely when clean. I got the 12" touchscreen and the Alpine 9 speaker system with the subwoofer and it is a worthy expense as it actually sounds better than the Harmon Kardon system in the wife's Durango RT Premium, she's jealous. I got 4:10:1 rear with the AISIN Transmission, I could have waited for the TorqueFlight and the additional 75 ft. Lbs of Torque with the 2025 model but I don't like experimenting with 1st year engines and Transmissions, I've had the experience. Plus we got a really great deal that with comparable options 2024 GM and Fords were more money. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one but I plan on retiring with this truck, it's a good one! The dealership and factory support are great, I've never had a problem getting anything done within reason and warranty items are no questions asked unless you chipped up your truck. These trucks don't need anymore than what they came with, @1,000 lbs. ft Torque. The post 2019 Cummins 6.7 requires synthetic oil but consider the fact that oil changes can extend two times or more of conventional oil and the benefits pay off. I would not hesitate to recommend this truck.

AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram North Richland Hills review
After a car wreck on Monday; Car hunting starting Thursday, AutoNation was the perfect place to buy a car. Britney was kind, patient and encouraging and when I drove away in my 2025 Honda CR-V, I felt confident I'd found the right car, and bought from an honest dealership. When my car did not have a front license plate bracket, they arranged for me to have one put on at an Autonation closer to my home. Britney called to check on me a few days later to make sure everything was good and I didn't have questions. I appreciate this dealership and would recommend them easily.

Shottenkirk Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Prosper review
Great Experience! Everyone was very nice and helpful from the beginning. The process was smooth, easy and most of all I got what I wanted! Let the team know I am a very satisfied customer!
2024 RAM 3500 review
I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.

2019 RAM 3500 review
Built solid, tons of room in the crew cab as well as in the long bed, gets better mileage than I thought it would 15.2- City and 17.8 HWY, 8.3 with 22K lb. 5th wheel. I don’t feel the Grand Design 397TH behind it on travel days. This truck is equipped with the 4:10’s H/O, A transmission. The vehicle when bought had 10,500 on it and I just rolled 15,835 with zero issues.

Shottenkirk Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Prosper review
From the moment I walked in, the sales associate was ready with the car and made the entire process effortless. The test drive was exactly what I wanted — no interruptions, no pressure. I was able to really listen to the vehicle and enjoy the drive, and it was a wonderful experience. The manager was just as impressive. He respected my time and went straight to the out‑the‑door price. No strange fees, no unwanted warranties — just the state tax and state fees. Simple, honest, and transparent. This is a great dealership, and I will definitely refer my friends.

2021 RAM 3500 review
Well mine is a tradesman. Meaning lowest model. It is a beast. Has plenty of power for a one ton gas engine. I have taken it on a couple of long trips highway drives and I actually got good gas mileage so I am pleased. Only thing I wish I had was a larger information screen. Backup camera is too small for such a big truck
