2024 RAM 3500 review
I needed a 1 ton dually truck as I have a 34 foot Eliminator SS Continental and a 28 foot Eliminator SS race trailer, both are heavy as they are outfitted as mobile shops. We maxed the 28 out moving the shop and the truck pulled like a freight train. I have 17,000 miles on the odometer zero issues and a respectable return in fuel economy 13-14.5 considering how much in town driving we end up doing and how heavy the truck is so roughly what a 1/2 ton V8 gas truck gets. I bought the Big Horn CC 4X4 Dually with the Blackout Package body in white. The paint is good holds wax and shines nicely when clean. I got the 12" touchscreen and the Alpine 9 speaker system with the subwoofer and it is a worthy expense as it actually sounds better than the Harmon Kardon system in the wife's Durango RT Premium, she's jealous. I got 4:10:1 rear with the AISIN Transmission, I could have waited for the TorqueFlight and the additional 75 ft. Lbs of Torque with the 2025 model but I don't like experimenting with 1st year engines and Transmissions, I've had the experience. Plus we got a really great deal that with comparable options 2024 GM and Fords were more money. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one but I plan on retiring with this truck, it's a good one! The dealership and factory support are great, I've never had a problem getting anything done within reason and warranty items are no questions asked unless you chipped up your truck. These trucks don't need anymore than what they came with, @1,000 lbs. ft Torque. The post 2019 Cummins 6.7 requires synthetic oil but consider the fact that oil changes can extend two times or more of conventional oil and the benefits pay off. I would not hesitate to recommend this truck.

Peoria Ford review
I would like to add comments regarding the pleasant experience I had that involved Beverly Woodhull I purchased a new f350 ( which is bad xxx ) and missed tv giveaway by 10 days. I asked Beverly if it were possible to be part of the give away Without hesitation Beverly said she would ask the owner and get back to me. The owner was out of town for the holiday The first chance she was able to discuss my request she did and followed up immediately. The owner said yes and thanks to Beverly I was awarded a new tv as part of their thanksgiving giveaway. I cannot say thanks enough to Peoria ford , their owner and most importantly Beverly . This woman went out of her way to help and really owed me nothing since I was not entitled to participate. Peoria ford genuinely cares about their customer’s satisfaction. Thank you to all that made this happen , especially Beverly ! Sincerely Jack Vanden Bossche

Raul went above and beyond. We went in with a lot of apprehension since we’ve had nothing but bad dealings with companies since we moved here 2 1/2 years ago. He restored our faith in customer service and we are beyond happy with our new vehicle.
2021 RAM 3500 review
Well mine is a tradesman. Meaning lowest model. It is a beast. Has plenty of power for a one ton gas engine. I have taken it on a couple of long trips highway drives and I actually got good gas mileage so I am pleased. Only thing I wish I had was a larger information screen. Backup camera is too small for such a big truck

2024 RAM 3500 review
I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.

The best truck for your buck...I will tell you though...if you are thinking about getting a 2500 Cummins truck to pull a heavy load...please take my advice and go with the srw 3500 hd...We went with the 3500 and are so glad we did as we pull a 13000lb 5ther...you don't even know it's behind you...the 2500 and 3500 are night and day...If your gonna pull 20000lbs or more...i would recommend a dually afcourse...I was passing corvettes going over the bighorns pulling our loaded up 5ther at 65mph like it was nothing...Thanks Ram..and thanks Cummins for your badassery!!!

Bell Ford review
I had a great experience working with Joey Gromley. He helped me find and purchase the truck I wanted without ever being pushy or making me feel pressured. Joey took the time to actually listen to my needs, answer my questions, and make sure I was comfortable with my decision. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about helping you find the right vehicle rather than just making a sale. I really appreciate Joey’s honesty, patience, and professionalism. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a new truck and a great buying experience!
2021 RAM 3500 review
This vehicle has exceeded my expectations in every way. Fuel mileage has been better than expected, surprisingly quiet ride, as well as a good ride for a one ton pickup.

I wish i would have known about this dealership earlier. Darrell he helped my son get a truck he truely wanted at a price we couldnt find anywhere else. Exactly what they advertise no xx would recommend to first time buyers. Thank you Darrell

Built solid, tons of room in the crew cab as well as in the long bed, gets better mileage than I thought it would 15.2- City and 17.8 HWY, 8.3 with 22K lb. 5th wheel. I don’t feel the Grand Design 397TH behind it on travel days. This truck is equipped with the 4:10’s H/O, A transmission. The vehicle when bought had 10,500 on it and I just rolled 15,835 with zero issues.

First I have to say that I am NOT a review leaving person, with exception Of Lifted Trucks. In the last 6-7 years the only reviews I have written have been for this store....on with the story... I just purchased my 4th Truck from the Glendale store . This is the 4 truck in 6 six years. The staff does NOT get any better then these folks. From the warm and inviting welcomes to the store to the Superior Management. These are the best people around and I can't thank the enough. I am a customer for life. Thank all of you Sincerely Dan Hubbell

Bill Luke Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
I would like to sincerely thank Tank Wallace at Bill Luke in Phoenix, Arizona, for his exceptional customer service. From start to finish, Tank truly went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. His professionalism, product knowledge, and willingness to help made a lasting impression. We especially appreciated him arranging delivery of the van all the way to California—an extra step that meant a lot to us. This level of service is exactly why we continue to return to Bill Luke for our work vans. Every experience makes us feel valued as customers, not just another sale. I’d also like to recognize Mike Wallace in the finance department, who was equally outstanding. He was clear, helpful, and highly professional throughout the process. It’s evident that Bill Luke has an exceptional team that works seamlessly and truly cares about their customers. Overall, Bill Luke consistently delivers top-notch service, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent vehicle-buying experience.

Colton is absolutely the best salesman. Very knowledgeable and took care of our needs. It's hard for senior citizens to find trusting people. He was able to get me in a low mileage affordable car. Steve the store manager also made sure we had all the information I needed . Financing was smooth. I appreciate the care and thoughtfulness given

2016 SRW 3500 4x4 Megacab Aisin trans Laramie Pulls my 18000 pound toyhauler anywhere i point it! Other than a dishonest dealership here in Decatur Il. that put a gasket bandaid on a front end cover seal, under warranty, instead of replacing the seal of the crank, the real problem, this truck has been exemplary! 24.5 mpg at 80 mph, 14 to 15 mpg in town. Nothing goes wrong and it just keeps on running!
