I highly recommend making this your new dealership! As soon as my mother and I walked in we were greeted warmly, and a manager got us seated. Our sales consultants name was John and he was spectacular! He understood what my mom was looking for in a new vehicle, and helped her look through several cars. After test driving one and didn???t care for it, she found the car that was a great fit for her, and purchased a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee! I got to try out a preowned 2010 Dodge Avenger SXT and I fell in love with it! Through out the whole process, John was very accommodating and caring towards us. Tony, the salesman was very relaxed and laid back. Felt no pressure to have to purchase vehicle at that time. He spent a lot of time with us going over vehicle to make sure we were comfortable with it. First time ever, in my vehicle buying experience did the OWNER come to thank us for purchasing one of his vehicles!!! Very pleased with whole experience!! I wen into simotes apprehensive of buying a vehicle by myself, I went in and met with Derek.(who I highhhhhhly recommend) he was so accommodating, did not pressure me into buying anything, and even stayedafterwelll they closed to make sure my entire process was finalized and I was set. Stopped by to check out a van that we seen online. Our salesman Amaury was great he helped us through the process and we ended up purchasing the van. We will definitely come back whenever we need another vehicle.
My truck was in the shop longer than stated. When I returned the loaner vehicle, the service technician inspected the loaner vehicle with a fine tooth comb before giving me the keys to my vehicle. I had left some papers in the loaner so I went back. There was a gentleman returning a loaner and picking up his vehicle. The service technician asked the gentleman was everything ok and is the tank full. The gentleman said yes. The service technician handed the gentleman his keys and said thank you. The service technician did not inspect this man car before he was given the keys to his vehicle. Maybe because I'm a woman? Maybe because I'm an African American? Not sure, however, this didn't sit well with me.
This was our second car purchase from Mike and we were just as happy this time as we were last time. Our first time we met Mike we almost bought from him. We were going through financing and then decided to not buy. We felt bad for how it went down. A few months later we returned. We were a bit worried that how things went the first time might affect how he would treat this time. Well he was great and went through with a purchase of a Pacifica. It took a few trips because we have 3 kids and Mike was patient and very understanding. This last purchase took a total of 2 hours and we again are totally pleased . He has very good product knowledge and listens to what we want. We like his down to earth demeanor and that he isn???t pushy. We have given his name out to several of our friends and hopefully he will get a few sales from them. Finding a car salesman who is honest and not just out for the sale is hard to do. Mike is that kind of person. Thank you again Mike and we will be back when we need another vehicle.
