I had gone to a previous Jeep dealership and was misinformed and deliberately mislead. I tried Healy and had a completely different experience. The salesperson (Nick) was understating and authentic. He empathized with my previous feelings of frustration and was up front the entire time. I can’t say enough positive things about Nick’s approach to selling cars. He was not pushy and very supportive with a passive approach which is appreciated in a field of aggressive salespeople. Finance (Anthony) was also very accommodating and genuinely friendly.
This is my first time writing a review on anything so if you are in need of a new car try Healy first.
My salesperson was Manny who was so awesome and knowledgable with the Ram Truck.. The finance manager Brian was so down to earth and made the whole experience great. Thank you Manny for everything... Goooooo Ram
Buying experience was simple. Sales rep explained options and was not pushy. He and his manager moved things along smoothly with no problems. When picking up vehicle all paperwork was ready and I was in/out in 45 minutes.
Just bought my second Mini Cooper from this dealer. From the time I walked in till the time I left everything was perfect. The sales associate Spiro Borgris is the best...knowledgeable, patient, caring, and so willing to assist me and make sure that I am totally happy and satisfied with my purchase. He is always spot on with everything. I always tell everyone I know how great Spiro is.
So I went to Healey Kia yesterday, 7/21. Looking for a pre-owned vehicle. I had already contacted Pete Finkel (Sales) the day before and basically emailed him what I wanted, what I needed, what my budget was and that was that. Pete really listened to me and did his best to make sure I got everything I asked for. Not only did he stay way under my budget......he got me great financing (with not so great credit) and got me a car that I thought wasn't possible. I walked out of there with a brand new 2019 Kia Sorento! Not only is it gorgeous and comes with all the bells and whistles....like I said, it was totally affordable. I was more than a sale to Pete. Brandon in Finance was also patient and unbelievably helpful. He broke down everything for me so that there was no surprises. And once again, thank you Brandon for serving our country. The whole dealership is really fantastic. I 200% recommend Healey Kia and especially Pete. If you need a car....go there ASAP
Matthew was very nice, and patient with me through the whole process. Understandably the sales management wanted to close the sale with me as soon as possible, but I was able to take my time and come to a deal that fit my needs. Very easy process all around. I would definitely buy a car from them again.
I recently was in the market for a Ram truck, after a short conversation about what I wanted, the salesman and general manager found me exactly what I was asking for and gave me the best deal I could find in the tri-state area. They were upfront and honest about the offer and didn't try to stretch my budget. I was super happy and will purchase all future cars/trucks through this dealership. They exceeded my expectations at every turn.
Larry was a great salesman and made the car buying experience fun and exciting. It seemed as if he was as excited as we were to buy the truck, and I???m very pleased with how appreciative he was of our business. Came in due to transmission stalling and needing to get into work ASAP on a Monday morning. Turned out I was overdue for an oil change! Thomas stepped up immediately and made sure to get me in line for this to be done ASAP! Thomas was very proactive and showed leadership skills that any team would be proud to have! Ask for Thomas J Biggie next time you go in!
I bought a Buick LaCrosse From this dealer about 7 years ago and had it serviced there during that time period. I always found the service staff to be thoroughly professional and, most importantly, communicative. The waiting area is pleasant and I was able to get a ride to work when necessary. While having that Buick serviced, I needed a loaner car and they loaned me a new Envision. I really liked the car and the sales staff gave me a GREAT deal on a lease. This was confirmed by a relative who is in the car leasing business. I continue to have the car serviced at this dealer and I am happy to recommend others there.
Brian Gehan was really genuine. Made us feel comfortable and was patient and answered all of our question. Would definitely recommend others and return as a customer
