I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. I was concerned about making a used truck purchase from out-of-state, however Garry Texeira made the process so easy. Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

Beautiful, reliable, one of the best looking trucks on the road today. 5 years of ownership. Had no mechanical or any other issues, just your regular oil changes. RAM had a couple of recalls, but those always have bee taken care of by RAM. I do recommend this truck.

I purchased many different trucks over the years and landed recently on my new to me 2017 Ram Laramie 4x4. It does everything well and tows like a semi 5.7 Hemi with 3.92 rear gear and the 8-speed transmission.

Needed a headlight replaced. Brian and his staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. I was in and out in no time. They even got my dirty car washed. Indeed a pleasure. thank you so much.

I've now had 3 2015 or newer Ram 1500's. I tend to out between 30k to 35k per year on my trucks, and I have had almost no issues with any of my Ram 1500 pickups. The first one and the one I am currently driving both had 5.7 liter Hemis, and the middle one had the 3liter turbo Eco Diesel. The last 2 have been Laramie editions with the first being a Big Horn edition. I have nothing but high marks to give these trucks across the board. Power-great Exterior styling- great Interior (especially the Laramies) - Stellar Reliability - great I think they are easily the best value and best looking trucks on the market.

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

My husband had been thinking about a new Ranger to replace his 2016 Ford F150 which was still in great condition. We stopped by Bob Thomas North last week to look at a new 2024 Ranger XLT. Jim Klein a salesman came out to greet us and show us the truck. We ended up purchasing the truck and trading in our F150 and Honda Accord. They gave us a great deal, we’re not pushy and followed through on everything. We would recommend Bob Thomas North and especially Jim Klein.

3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

This has been the most wonderful truck. On the frwy when it shifted to the lower cylinder usage, it was so quiet and gas efficient. Johns Trim Shop topped off with a $2500 package. I hate to say goodbye but am retiring.

I bought the 6.4L Hemi with 8 Speed Automatic transmission in an 8' bed. I love the way it drives and with plenty of power to pull most anything I will ever pull. Very satisfied with my purchase.

I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced

Oil cooler leaks bad when tempatures drop below 32 degrees. This happens on yhe 3.6 l engines. Lots of rams leak due to oil cooler being plastic having to replace it with s metal oil cooler..$1300 to repair at shop

Had 2 rear shocks replaced on my 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan. Fast and friendly! Will go there again. I would recommend their service to my family and friends

Very roomy on the interior with great interior and exterior design. Lots of power, handles all terrain well and excellent on mpg for its size.

Everyone at Shifferly Automotive was incredibly friendly. I was greeted immediately when I walked in the door. I told them I saw their Subaru Crosstrek on cars.com. He offered me a test drive, and handed me the keys. The car was in awesome shape, and the price was right in my budget. I think I met the whole Shifferly family while I was there. They made it such a pleasant experience.

This is about my 7th Ram, and it does not disappoint. Excellent fuel economy, quiet, very smooth and comfortable. I have 60,000km and zero issues.

I'm original owner sence 2018 when I purchased tge 2019 rebel, crew cab, 4wd 5.7 hemi. I now have 35k miles and have to say this truck has been the best truck I've ever owned. I've owned several in 45 years but this is my retirement best truck. The ride is phenomenal on road and off road. Plenty of HP, pulls well and most reliable. The stock tires duratrac by goodyear make a good ride but not as good in wet roads. Leather interior, heated auto seats, large GPS screen are a good touch by dodge. I've been tough on the factory coated bed liner and no ware showing. It's a tough fun to drive truck.

My only problem with the truck is when towing my 5th wheel trailer the trailer light goes on and off when the light is I don’t have brakes

I was in a bad accident and wast boned I had broken arm an fingers my 2500 turbo diesel was hit rightfront side then I was thrown into oncoming traffic and hit again after all that just body damage thank goodness frame was not affected this truck and god saved my life and the fact that god protected me the Olive said if I wasn’t in a wellbuilt truck like I was I would have been killed, thank you Dodge Ram for building these so strong I love my Ram 2500 Turbo Diesel Ivan only speak highly of it it’s a 2014 with 17,000 on the mileage and damage cost ins 22,000 to fix!! It was really great they had it already for me to pick it and drive it home when I got there. But they also found a spot on the frame and and fixed it to make sure it was perfect for me.

My family has own multiple ram 1500 2014 and newer all great no problems except for third brake light. Get daily easier to maintain and work on than most gm 2016 and newer more power than f150 love these trucks.
