2025 RAM 1500 review
I got hit in a snow storm and pushed into oncoming traffic then hit by a 60,000 lbs snow plow. Truck was totaled had to be cut out of it because all the doors were stuck but I walked away with minor bruising from the seat belt. Just got my new 2026 last week. Definitely recommend for safety and 24 mpg on the highway with the twin turbo hurricane and plenty of power.

2021 RAM 2500 review
I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. I came for oil change and spark plugs when they told me it would be 3-4 hrs I said I had an appointment at 11:00. Could I get a ride if it was going to be that long. They said no problem but we will see if we can get you out in time to make your appointment. 2 1/2 hrs they had the work completed. Only reason I did not give them 5 stars is they pass the credit card fee back on the customer. At the price of parts(twice of after market) and labor they should not have to do that or at least let the customer know when making the appointment that is there policy. Cash and debit cards do not carry a 3% fee
2022 RAM 1500 review
Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

2018 RAM 3500 review
Only complaint i have is why does it take so long to make a recall.My truck is for mostly pleasure so miles are low.Its out of bumper to bumper warranty and now abs pump hcu is out and they dont have one available or will not recall it knowing its been a problem for alot of trucks!!!!! CHRYSLER YOU NEED TOO MAKE THIS RIGHT!!!! THANKS!!! ALOT OF MONEY FOR THESE VEHICLES TOO BE SO FLAWED!!!!

2025 RAM 1500 review
2026 Limited with Hemi. When you accelerate it sounds and feels like a warm buzz in your belly. It isn't a street racer, but it still goes like xxxx. They are getting rid of the eTorque in 2027, but who cares: it is fully covered until 2036. The 5.7 is the most reliable engine they ever made, and 19 mpg overall is pretty good milage. The Limited ride is so smooth it feels like it floats. The 1/4-3/4 rear bed-door and ram boxes add convenience for all sorts of things. It wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for. It is a luxury ride.

2019 RAM 3500 review
Built solid, tons of room in the crew cab as well as in the long bed, gets better mileage than I thought it would 15.2- City and 17.8 HWY, 8.3 with 22K lb. 5th wheel. I don’t feel the Grand Design 397TH behind it on travel days. This truck is equipped with the 4:10’s H/O, A transmission. The vehicle when bought had 10,500 on it and I just rolled 15,835 with zero issues.

I highly recommend going in and asking to work with him! He won't disappoint you! Kyle which is a manger I believe; he was very nice also and got me to the price I wanted. Darcee is the finance manager. She is great; we had to go back and forth with paper wok due to some stuff. Which I'm sure was annoying; but she was always professional about it and kind! Overall the whole experience was amazing and it all started with Tuan and being such a kind and understanding gentlemen!

Frank's customer service and ability to keep in touch and follow up is a treasured trait. He was upfront and transparent with the build and deliver of my car. He ensured everything I wanted was on my car! Frank found that my lug nuts had not been changed to the black ones and made sure those were on before I drove away. Frank took the time and went over every single feature of the care and even programmed my seat during the inspection. Because of Frank and this car buying experience it has forever changed the way I will buy a car in the future. Working with Adam in financing was a breeze and zero pressure to purchase add ons. Upon processing the contact I paid exactly what Frank quoted me prior to my arrival. The most amazing thing is there was zero dealer hidden fees! 2019 RAM 3500 review
Has not left us on the side of the road, but electronics are unstable, including trailer brakes and engine management software. Have had several re-flashes to correct issues that happened or caused by recall re-flash. Examples: low power, excessive DEF usage and bad exhaust smell, Extremely high idle and cold engine Regen, repeated trailer brake controller failures when towing. Dealer has been excellent in repairing issues.

I've been getting all of the routine service on my 2016 Jeep Patriot done here since I bought it new (from a different dealership in a distant city) and have never been disappointed. Staff have all been great and have never had any issues. Free coffee while waiting and a decent waiting room too. They even have a cell phone charger in the waiting room, which I had to make use of on my most recent visit.
2019 RAM 1500 Classic review
I bought the 2019 dodge ram warlock in fall of 2019. It’s the beginning of 2025 I have 116,000 miles, and I have NEVER had any major technical, mechanical, electrical issues at all. It has to be the most reliable vehicle on the market. I love this thing

2019 RAM 1500 Classic review
I bought this truck new and it's been great. I have 70,000 trouble free miles on it. My first and only real expense so far was the emergency brake. You have to take the rear axle out to fix it, the line sags eventually on all of them. It was almost a grand but included changing the rear differential which needed to be done anyway. other than that this truck is the best I've owned. I get great gas mileage (25 on the highway) it looks great, minimal rust in 7 years, no complaints.

2015 RAM 3500 review
Exactly what we wanted. Very hard to find a low mileage, clean diesel with 8 ft bed. The dealership held this vehicle for us until we were able to get home and test drive it. We had a 2007 Ford 350 and traded for 2015 Ram 3500.

I was looking to replace my Saturn but had no idea what type of vehicle I wanted. I dread car lots, pushy sales staff and haggling on price. CarMax is different and a joy to work with. After checking out over a dozen different makes, models and features on their lot, I zeroed in on a 2015 Subaru CrossTrek. My brother checked the mechanics and after test driving we both felt this vehicle was a perfect fit for me. CarMax is unique. There is no pressure in purchasing. Rick Baker was excellent in answering our questions, helping with paperwork and providing me with 1.95% financing. Outstanding! I would definitely purchase another car here.
2023 RAM 1500 review
Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.
