I recently purchased a used car, Honda Fit 2017 from the Capitol Subaru dealership, and I had an excellent experience as a first-time buyer in the United Students and an international graduate student. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and attentive, and they made sure that I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. There are multiple selections of vehicles at the Capitol Subaru dealership online, and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. The staff, Jerome was knowledgeable about the car, and he was able to answer all of my questions. The financing process was also smooth and efficient. The staff explained all of the options to me and helped me find a plan that worked best for my budget. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the level of service I received at the Capitol Subaru dealership. The staff was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new or used car. Constructive Criticism: One area where the Capitol Subaru dealership could improve is by providing more information about the vehicle warranty/service contract plans offered. I had to ask several questions before I fully understood the options available and the refinancing cost, so it would be helpful to have this information presented more clearly upfront.

The dodge challenger is a great car. Backseat has enough space for someone to be comfortable back there. Front seat is spacious, which since I'm 6'4 matters to me. Car makes great power, handles well, and is overall just a thrill to drive. Interior on the older generation is a little dated in comparison to a newer car, but with mine being half the price of a new car, its definitely worth the trade off.

The sales associate, Jeffrey Rightnar, was really excellent. Very professional, yet able to balance professionalism with a casual demeanor to make my wife and I feel comfortable. I have never worked with a car salesman who knew the vehicle they were selling as well as Jeffrey did. And that's saying a lot, both from the number of cars I have bought and we were buying an EV. Jeffrey should be teaching other car salespeople how to do it right.

Really nice car I love the interior and how it drives it drives really smooth like if your gliding runs great doesn’t waste that much gas the back is really spacious one thing I really like about it engine is great and quiet sometimes doesn’t even seem like its on

I drive eighty miles round trip to work. My Legacy is quiet, comfortable and the Eye Sight is great! I’m safe and secure knowing my Subaru has my back. I’d like better mpg but at 32 on average I guess I shouldn’t complain. Love my Subie!

Had an Accident with my 2010 RX350 i upgraded to the 2015 Model and its one of the smoothest car i have ever driven, if its not Lexus then it has to be a Lexus..you can never regret the style and luxury,very fuel efficient. Kurt helped me buy my first car and he was great! I was very insecure with the process, but he put my worries to rest. Looking for a good looking car that also performed well. Did not want a cvt transmission, so that narrowed my choices. Liked the Mazda CX 30, and having owned Mazda's in the past decided a test drive in order. Was blown away with quality and driving dynamics. Performance with turbo was great. Deal done. Has been very dependable and well built so far.

We were greeted right away. We knew the car we wanted to see. We were accommodated very quickly for a test drive. We were given the purchase price details and after thinking about it, decided it was the car for us. While we were doing all the paperwork, the car was being washed so that we could take it home that night. It was Sunday, so we were surprised it could be taken home.

I really love all the safety features and the speed. It is really fun to drive, cool looking and fast. The only negative is the miles per gallon, but everything else makes up for it.

Purchased a 2015 with 23,000 miles for under $9000. The car is brand new. The battery warranty is 8 years and 100,000 miles. Super cheap to run. But nobody talks about what a hoot it is to drive. It's probably not politically correct but this little car is a blast to drive. The stiffer suspension and quick steering make it feel like a gocart, only this gocart has 327 ftlbs of torque. Everyone that's taken a ride wants one. The only let down are the tires.

Perfect little car. Just changed the oil every 5,000 miles, did the rear struts, and put on two new sets of tires in the five years I owned it. My son did jam the key in the frozen door lock, and we had to replace that. 166,000 miles and my mechanic says it's absolutely fine.

I purchased my Trailblazer new in 2008 and I'm still loving it! It consistently gets me where I'm going in any type of weather. I haven't had any major problems and keep up with regular maintenance. To be fair I drive a company car during the week so at 14 years old it has only 58,000 miles on it. I will keep it until it won't go anymore.

The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

This past weekend, I helped a close friend of mine purchase a 2017 Toyota Corolla LE Eco from Simon Dharmawan, one of the internet sales managers. My first impression of the dealership was that it was extremely well-maintained, with many offices for the finance managers to expedite the sales process for multiple customers. There is also a child-friendly entertainment area, as well as a stellar coffee machine with tons of touchscreen options. Simon was by far the lowest-pressure and most accomodating salesperson I have encountered in the car business (having worked in the industry for 2 years), and had great patience despite my cutthroat questions and desire to establish total transparency. My advice to prospective buyers would be to come in with your research in hand, ask for Simon, and prepare to fire away with questions until you're completely satisfied with making a decision. I thoroughly enjoyed the negiotations and would come again just to have fun.

Very good fuel millage. Not transmission problems yet. Have 103000kms. Starter failed in 2019, repaired under warranty. Has great power for a 5.3L. Quite and soild build

This car is very economical. Great gas mileage and very easy to maintain. Be certain to change the oil and filter. Rotate tires and check the brakes every 10K miles. Realize what this car is all about - it is not a high performance car but for transportation inexpensive cost per mile it is SUPER.

I've had my 2015 Dodge Journey AVP for 4 and a half years now and I've Never had any mechanical issues what so ever. Just normal wear and tear, like tires, an alignment, wiper blades and oil changes is all I've had to do. I gets pretty good gas mileage and handles snow like a champ, being front wheel drive. I'd recommend this vehicle to anyone wanting a good reliable SUV. It's not like my Denali that I lost in a rear-ended crash, but it's a solid vehicle!!!
