I purchased my vehicle from them over three years ago (which was a wonderful experience) and only go to this dealer for my services and repairs (prices are reasonable). The facility is clean and the people who work there are friendly and helpful. It also a bonus that it's close to a mall that I can walk to if I don't want to stay at the dealership while my car is being worked on. They will call me if there are any issues or when my car is ready. If I do stay, the lounge area is big with a nice size tv. There are free refreshments available.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

Mr Wong . This service rep has been taking care of my service needs for years. He is my goto guy. He ensures i am doing the rights things with my car and gives me great advice ensuring grear outcomes. . the job is always good.
Had a service appointment for routine maintenance, and check on a broken glove box. Camille was super courteous and helpful with getting everything taken care of, and saved me some money by showing me a way around having to get my glove box fixed. Great communication and great service!
Thank you Danny and Toyota of Hollywood. I pulled into the service department the day after Halloween and was helped by Danny. I came in to get my tires changed and he noticed that my truck was egged. I had completely missed it and he had pointed it out. He took my truck and got it washed before the mess damaged my paint. Really cool guy!! Thanks again, Danny!!!

This dealership's service center is consistently pleasant in customer service, and Ms. Chanin always is helpful. She gives great advice to what updates/fixes/upgrades I need for my vehicle, I trust her recommendations, and she is friendly and professional. She is knowledgeable and reliable. I appreciate the new waiting area for customers with the upgrade in snack/deli area, comfortable seating options, and vehicle drop off/pick up services. Maria Flores was great - had to get a tire replaced quickly and she offered options and got me in fast. Also was able to repair a recall issue!
