The staff at Acura Thousand Oaks was outstanding! Aaron, Steve, Frank, Paul and Bret made walking into a dealership fun! They had the car clean and ready for viewing before we signed any paperwork! That's customer service right there! UNFORTUNATELY, Acura Financial was unable to approve us! Even with a 695 credit score and $3,000 down for a 2018 standard TLX lease! The staff went above and beyond. They greeted us at the door, explained everything in detail and made us feel like humans and not just another potential sale. I only wish we would have been able to do business with them! Nevertheless, they earned the 5 star rating I gave them! Keep up the great work guys! I truly hope we can put the car of our dreams in our driveway in the upcoming future!
I am a happy customer that is consistently treated well by everyone in sales, service and finance at Lexus of Thousand Oaks. This is the fifth RX I have leased from super star Lora B! Each time I lease from her, she makes this process smooth, fast and painless. I appreciate that she is always available no matter the time of day to answer questions. She patiently takes the time needed to make sure I understand the changes in the RX from year to year. When I bring my car in for service, Steve L. is also consistently helpful. He is courteous, professional and makes each visit a breeze. Both Lora and Steve go out of their way to make sure my concerns have been met and that I have a loaner car if needed. I honestly appreciate the positive experiences with sales and service that I have had over the years. I have leased from other companies and there is no comparison when it comes to the level of customer service that Lexus of Thousand Oaks offers. I brought my 458 Italia into the showroom to be serviced last month. Bill provided me excellent service and my car was returned to be in beautiful condition. Not only do we love our new car but we are so impressed with the service we were given. Julie Kobayash was our Technolgy Specialist and helped us understand how to use the many features of our new Lexus. She made the experience fun and easy. We have had two meetings to date and love the idea that she is available to us with any questions we have. Julie is very knowledge, caring and easy to work with. The "Lexus" experience has been excellent.
This is the 4th Lexus we have purchased. Lexus is a brand you can trust and their service goes above and beyond. Our overall experience with Lexus of Thousand Oaks was just as we expected it to be. The luxury vehicle can sell itself, but the customer service we received took our experience over the top. We were not pressured or hassled, and no haggling was needed as we were given the best price from the start. And then there was Julie???our Technology Specialist. We drove our new car for several weeks before meeting with her to go over features of the car. We loved our car before we met with her, but we loved it even more afterwards. Reading the manual was daunting, so it was sooooo helpful to have Julie???s personal service and attention. She was very organized in her approach to explaining things, she was patient and thorough, offered easy and fun ways to remember things, and knew exactly when to stop to avoid memory overload. She is fun, friendly, and so comfortable to work with. We are looking forward to a follow-up session with her to learn even more about what our car can do to enhance our driving experience. Julie and the entire Lexus dealership is a class act!!!
I learned alot today with Julie, need to learn more. And will with Julie???s good guidance. The icing on the cake was getting my car washed today. Julie put a big red ribbon on my car and took a picture that I can share with my family.
I had a wonderful experience with each employee with whom I had contact while waiting for Julie to finish with her current appointment! When Julie realized that I was early,instead of taking a break for herself,she focused all her attention on me and my needs.I am 87 and need a lot of patience because of my poor grasp of todays electronics. Julie ended up spending 2 hours in her effort to help educate me ,without any frustration on her part ,but a lot of anxiety on mine. She even offered to make another appointment,but we decided to make the 2nd in about 10 days after I had a chance to become more accquainted with my new car! I have called her 3 times,since leaving the dealership,and with her smile,she again was more then happy to answer and help with my problem! She is a credit to her company!
