Nicole Vieira originally called me about Subaru's Upgrade Program as my 2015 Forester could be upgraded to a 2017 model. She was quite friendly and helpful over the phone and spent all the time I needed to ask questions and clarify the whole process. She then handed me over to Nick Spiezio as I had spoken to him before about the program and finally decided to get serious about it. I also spoke with AJ Marvelli at that earlier time. AJ spoke to me about the lease program so I could consider that path also. Both AJ and Nick were very friendly and patient, making the whole process informative and pleasant. When I revisited Nick on 6/22/2017, he very patiently went over what we had talked about earlier and went into much more detail. He spent literally hours with me! Since AJ was not available at the time, he went over the leasing option with me too. I decided that I wanted to go the leasing route. He also brought in Kyle Booser to give me more I put on the leasing path as Nick said that leasing was not his area of expertise. Kyle was equally friendly and helpful. In the end, I decided to go the leasing route, so Nick looked at my 2015 Forester and worked out the numbers for leasing. Then he handed me back to Kyle Booser handled all the financial and legal paperwork (a LOT of documents!). He explained each document to me before I signed it, allowed me to read whatever I wanted before I signed it, and was very helpful throughout the whole process. He stayed until after 10 pm to get everything finished so that I could drive out with the new vehicle! Moxk stayed also to help finish everything up. Plus Nick also moved most if the "junk" in my old car into my new car--no mean feat! Both Nick and Kyle went over and above the call of duty which I appreciated very much! Great people to work with!! I haven't found one person at this dealership who isn't friendly and very helpful. Great dealership!!'

Dear Mr. Glanzmann, We, Alex and Marina Vishnevsky, would like to share with you our great experience with Glanzmann Subaru in Jenkintown. We live almost across the street from the dealership. In 1998 we decided to lease our first Subaru and, of course, we visited your dealership first. However, it was not a very pleasant experience because people there were not friendly to us, and we had to find another dealership. When our lease had expired, we came again to your dealership. Unfortunately, after 3 years, the story repeated again. Since we are fans of Subaru, we have a new lease every 3 years. Before 2014, we got three Foresters and one Outback. In 2014, we had to lease a new car and we decided to try your dealership one more time. We were really surprised! The entire atmosphere there was completely different: sales consultants were friendly and knowledgeable. We remember that in the middle of our conversation with a consultant, Robe Shintaku (sales manager) came to us. He asked a few questions about the options we would like to have in our new lease, and then he went to check out our car. In 15-20 minutes, he came back with an excellent offer. We could not believe this is the same place: this team completely changed the business for better. We remember final part of our business ??? it was a very pleasant meeting with Gary Segal. Three years passed quickly. Several weeks ago, without any scheduled appointment, we came to Glanzmann Subaru again to get our Subaru #6! Our sales consultant was a very nice young man Scott Fields. We began our conversation and suddenly we saw Rob Shintaku. He came to us and after a short pause, he said, ???Are you Vishnevsky? Sorry, I don???t remember your first names???. We were completely shocked ??? after three years, he remembered our last name. It is impossible, especially with the last name like ???Vishnevsky???. All procedure took no more than 20 minutes: we got an excellent deal; by our request, Rob promised to add several features to our new Outback. In a week we got a beautiful Subaru #6! Dear Mr. Glanzmann, we would like to thank you and your fantastic team for an excellent service and understanding of client???s needs, being professional and courteous and willing to satisfy a client. Our special thanks to Rob Shintaku, Scott Fields, and George Sheffer. We hope to meet these people in 3 years in Glanzmann Subaru dealership in Jenkintown. Sincerely yours neighbors

At the end of June my daughter and I were travelling from Philadelphia back home to Buffalo in her 2015 Suburu Legacy. We hit a large piece of wood on the Turnpike about an hour west of Allentown, PA going 75 MPH. The Suburu, very fortunately, handled the impact extremely well, but we knew there had to be some damage. This was INCREDIBLY FRIGHTENING. We thought we only had a flat tire. Called AAA who put on spare But told us we needed to get a tire to travel back to Buffalo. Went to tire dealer who told us rim too damaged to replace tire. Called all area Suburu Dealerships. Ciocca was the only t have the rim we needed. When we arrived at Ciocca, we were greeted by Assistant Service Manager Maura Janicki. She immediately could see that we were both very upset by these events. She was amazing. It was like she was welcoming us as family into her home. She gave us water. She arranged for us to take a loaner to get something to eat nearby while they worked on the car. While we were eating, she called telling us the damage was much more severe under the car and parts not availalbe until next day. We returned to dealership and told her we had to return to Buffalo for work and would be renting a car and returning on Saturday to pick up car. Maura wouldn't hear of it - she arranged for us to take home a brand new loaner to insure a comfortable ride. This woman deserves the customer service award of the year! When we returned to pick up the car on Saturday, we were told that after the repairs were done, the test drive proved that the wheel bearing needed to be replaced as well! All said and done, we looked over the bill and were astonished how fair and reasonable the pricing was. I wish we lived closer to Ciocca Suburu. They would HANDS DOWN have every bit of auto business from us in the future. I must also give praise to Chris Hatsis who also assisted me with this ordeal and Jess Miller. Both were just as caring and kind. THANK YOU MAURA, for your care and kindness. THANK YOU CIOCCA for your above and beyond service.

Our first experience with Flemington Subaru came in September 2014 when my wife purchased a 2014 Crosstrek XV 5 speed in Orange. The salesman at that time was Alex Leist. He gave us a terrific deal and guided my wife through all the details upon delivery. The car had no real issues, except that it needed a quart of motor oil between changes. I mentioned this to the service department and they did an oil consumption test. The result was the engine did use excessive oil and they installed a new short block at 45,000 miles without any charge to me. When her 60,000 mile checkup came due we went into the sales office and met Dan Keane. He provided us with the same level of comfort that Alex did and we ordered a 2019 Crosstrek Premium 6-speed. We had to wait 4 months for the car to be built, but it was worth the wait. I took delivery of this vehicle last week and except for not being informed about the reverse lockout :( everything has been wonderful. We are now a very happy two Subaru family.

This car is amazing and so much fun to drive. Too many features to name here. Can’t even pick a favorite. For a three row seater it handles like a sedan but has room room galore. The third row is so comfortable and has its own vents. Cup holders everywhere. This is a must drive. You will be blown away. Subaru has thought of everything

So I was in immediate need of a car after my old but beloved car broke down, needing a plethora of repairs, and was browsing different sites for months. When I sent my request for information about my new Vibe via the website, Jim got back to me in literally less than 5 minutes! I was totally blown away!! Really the quick response is why I bought my car here vs another dealership that took ages to return my call...and it ended up being after I bought my new Vibe at Fred Beans. All were great and friendly at the dealership, and they worked to ensure I was financed and ready to take the car home, even though I didn't make it up there until the evening. Jim was nice enough to stay late to make sure everything was swell and to my satisfaction. When I missed my bus home just after filling out my paperwork (to give time for a good detail before I took my new Vibe home), Jim was also kind enough to take me to the transportation center so I didn't have to wait a long time in the rain and the dark for the next one. There was no pressure, including to take the upgrades, but everything was explained to me clearly. All my questions and concerns were answered in a friendly manner too. I'm thrilled with the rewards program too. All in all, I'm pleased with the experience and purchase of my 2nd car (my second Vibe), and Fred Beans will definitely be on my list of dealers to check out when it's time for car number 3, whenever that may be!

The only reason I didn’t get this car was because it hasn’t been on the market long. I’ve had a past purchase of a new model jeep in the past and ran into all sorts of issues. So I did lease an Acadia. I can’t wait for the lease of my vehicle to be up though because by then it will have been on the market for longer and I will Definitely will get the ascent!

My Forester would not start on Friday night , 9-21-18. I was 25 miles from home and I called the Subaru Roadside Assistance. The Operator was wonderful and we made arrangements to have my car towed Saturday at 8:30 am, when the Glanzmann Service Department would be open. Eric Wilson meet the tow truck driver at the dealership and called me to reassure me that my car had arrived and that the technicians would evaluate the problem. I received a call on Monday at 8:30 am from Eric who informed me that the problem was the alternator. My car was repaired and ready to go be 10:30 am on Monday. How fabulous is that turnaround time? Thank you Eric and Stephanie for the EXCELLENT service and keeping me informed. Also, kudos to Nick in Service who also helps me with the phone system in my Crosstrek, since I am a major technophobe!

The Subaru Ascent is a pleasant surprise, even though all of the reviews I read about it were positive. It's a very comfortable car, and to me drives more like a car than an SUV. I was a Honda owner previously (Pilot, Accord), and thought that I would end up with another Pilot, but the Ascent blew me away. Great features for the price, comfortable seating, and plenty of room in the back for the kids and dogs. The controls and technology are exactly what I wanted - comprehensive, yet easy to operate (and reach). Great design. Plenty of USB ports for the kids. Very happy with the decision to buy, and love this car so far. The only shortcoming so far is the acceleration (where you can feel that this is a turbo 4-cylinder), but the Ascent does get up to cruising speed relatively quickly - and the ride is so comfortable I have to remind myself to slow down because I'm going faster than it feels!

From the moment that I contacted the dealership, I knew this was going to be the place that I purchased my newest vehicle from. When Ilona took my call, she made me have a feeling that I was in the right place. She was very knowledgeable and when she did not know the answer to something she was completely honest and advised me that she would get the answer. Ilona scheduled my appointment for 1145 AM and set me up with Alyssa Bragg. As I was about to depart my residence for the dealership, I received a phone call from Alyssa who wanted to make sure I was aware of their location and she also wanted to know if I had any questions or concerns she could address before I arrived. I have purchased other cars in the past but have never had a favorable experience as such before arriving at the dealership. Once I arrived at the dealership, I was promptly greeted by Alyssa as she led me to her desk to have a brief conversation. Alyssa is a very upbeat and energetic person and will make you feel right at home and comfortable. She was easy to have conversation with and she was also very knowledgeable. The one thing I appreciated about my experience with Alyssa is that she personalized it. From having the car ready to show and to go with my name tagged on the mirror. Alyssa also made this a superb buying experience because not one minute did I ever feel a bit of pressure from her nor did she try to "upsell" or change my mind on my selected vehicle. I have purchased vehicles ranging from Ford to Cadillac and I have never had an experience quite like the one I experienced today. The sincerity in the dealership is second to none as it has a "family" feeling as everyone is so courteous and friendly. Alyssa made this experience worthwhile and I was in and out the door in about two (2) hours. There is no question of where I will be buying my next vehicle from and the associate that I will be dealing with. Ciocca Subaru and Alyssa with be who I recommend to anyone that I know that is in the market for a new or used vehicle. We just bought the Ascent a week ago but it has already proved to be a very versatile and family-friendly SUV. Our kids outgrew the passenger cabin in our Forester so the Ascent was a great next step for us because we love Subaru's reliability and ability to go almost anywhere. Our 16, 14, and 12 year old fit very well in the Ascent with room to spare.

Miller Ford has been the best Ford dealership I have ever done business with. Have been a loyal Ford customer since 1974, and have dealt with many Ford dealerships. Everyone at Miller Ford was kind, courteous and went out of their way to please. Especially our salesperson Randy Taft. Randy went out of his way to ensure the deal we made was the very best. My Wife and I never felt rushed or pressured into a deal. Randy answered all our questions and if we asked a question he did not have the answer to, he found the answer for us. It was well worth the extra 2 hour drive to do business with Miller Ford (even though there is another Ford dealership only 10 minutes from my home.) The condition our new vehicle was presented in was awesome. It was quite apparent that Miller Ford strives to make their customers happy and it shows. My family will continue to do business with Miller Ford and our salesperson Randy Taft.
Best car ever except for mud

I currently own two Subaru models. A 2016 Forester and about 3 days now a brand new 2019 Ascent premium. The only problem that needs to addressed on both cars is muddy road conditions. These cars are mud collectors. The undercarriage needs to be smooth with added mud guards to protect the brakes. Alloy rims should not be so deep inside. The Forester will hold mud in the rims making them go out of balance. Mud will also get under the lower door seals. When it feezes opening the door damages the seals. And they are very expensive to replace. Mud collects under the rear bumper. Wheel wells also. The Ascent is not as bad but mud still gets under the door seals. For an off road capable car this should not be happening.

I own an '09 Subaru Impreza, which I bought new and have taken great care of the car since my purchase. A few years ago, I began having a problem with the car steering being tight and it had a squealing sound associated with it. I took the car to different mechanics to resolve it, to no avail. I brought it to Miller Subaru service and they resolved it right away and accurately by replacing one of the belts. This year my coolant line burst while I was traveling on the AC expressway on Mother's Day. I had the car towed to Miller, as there is no other mechanic I trust as much as them at this point. It has been a frustrating experience going to one mechanic after another who is either not correctly solving the problems or trying to take advantage of you when you're in a bind. Miller Subaru was able to work with me to resolve the issue that far exceeded my expectations. Service Manager, Dan Dewey was exceptionally helpful, communicative, and knowledgeable. I can't thank Dan Dewey and Miller Subaru enough for helping to get my car (and livelihood) back on the road. THANK YOU!!!
Powerful a few really poor issues

The car is powerful, handles really well. Having owned five Subarus, I expected nothing less. That said, after six months, several annoying trais have emerged, which I consider to be game changers:1) dumb auto locking doors drive me nuts. They have been set, to supposedly unlock all doors when driver's door is opened. Only half the time, rear doors remain locked. 2)The radio can not be turned off. Consequently, unless you just leave it on, and turn volume to zero, you are confronted with scresming radio, seconds after you start the car. 3) interlock on tranny is sorely screwed. If you accidentally take it out of park before starting, you are screwed for about five minutes, begging it to start. Just returning to park doesn't work. Gotta tirn off ignition (another joke), open and close doors, wait for it to actually go off, then try to restart. 4) oh screw it, suffice to say, electronics are half baked. THEN, there is a flap to hide the trailer hitch. If you ever take it off, good luck ever getting it safely re attached. Finally (I hope) the glove box is a joke. Think it might be a good car in a year or two.
