Randy Smith did an excellent job helping us out. We working out a lease for the 2018 Impreza but when it came to the paperwork there were many complications. He did whatever it took to make everything more convenient and stress free for us no matter how inconvenient it may have been for him. He drove down to Irvine, during traffic, just to get my Mom's insurance and drivers license info so all the paperwork could be done. It was made so all she had to do was come in and sign a few papers. Despite all this, he was still very positive and energetic.
