i do not know or care to learn about cars. Therefore, I go to McCaddons. Jon Berry has been pro-active in caring for my car, with full knowledge that I do not know abut cars. He makes recommendations in a language I can understand and then does the needed work. Better yet he does not recommend unneeded work. I will continue to trust the personnel and service.

WE WERE IN THE MARKET FOR A USED CAR, WE WERE NOT SURE WHAT TYPE OF VEHICLE WE WANTED TO PURCHASE BUT RYAN A. MET US IN THE LOT AND ASKED LOTS OF QUESTIONS TO DETERMINE WHAT TYPE OF VEHICLE TO CONSIDER. HE TOOK US FOR A TEST DRIVE IN THE SUBARU OUTBACK AND FORESTER AND HE WAS AMAZING. HE EXPLAINED THE SPECIAL FEATURES THAT COMES WITH THE VEHICLES AND ACTUALLY DURING THE TEST DRIVING SHOWED EXACTLY HOW THEY WORKED. NOT BEING A FORMER SUBARU OWNER THIS WAS EXCELLENT AND BY HIM DOING THIS HE PRETTY MUCH SOLD US ON THE VEHICLE. BUT WE ARE NOT IMPULSE BUYERS AND HAD TO GO HOME AND THINK ABOUT IT SO WE SET UP AN APPOINTMENT TO RETURN TO THE DEALER. WE WORKED WITH ALLEN S. HE TOOK US ON A FEW MORE TEST DRIVES UNTIL WE FOUND EXACTLY WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR. ALLEN WENT THROUGH THE SALES PORTION AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO US IN DETAIL. WHEN ALL WAS SAID AND DONE ALLEN WENT OUT AND HELPED US TRANSFER OUR BELONGINGS FROM ONE CAR TO ANOTHER AND WALKED US THROUGH THE FEATURES AGAIN TO MAKE SURE WE HAD IT DOWN AND HELPED US SET UP SOME FEATURES WITH OUR CELL PHONES ETC.
WE HAD BEEN TO SEVERAL OTHER DEALERS BEFORE ARRIVING AT AUTONATION SUBARU WEST AND AT NO POINT DID WE RECEIVE THE CARE AND CONSIDERATION FROM THE SALES FLOOR THAT WE RECEIVED FROM AUTONATION SUBARU WEST.
I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY AND ANYONE ELSE FOR THAT MATTER.
