2025 Subaru Crosstrek review
My first car from an auto manufacturer in Japan. I really like everything about it! It's brand new - so no problems. The only thing I wish was better is that the computer takes a very long time to boot up. It's not instant when you start the car. Sometimes I have to wait to turn on the AC and other features.

2025 Subaru Crosstrek review
I bought the 2025 Crosstrek even though the gas mileage wasn't great and I am glad I did. While sticker said to expect 28-31 miles per gallon, I am getting 32-35 on the highway and definitely more than 28 in stop and go traffic. It is also a good car for older drivers like me. I didn't realize I was often outside my lane. The lane departure function has improved my driving. The Crosstrek also has a large screen for maps and apple car play, so I am not looking down to navigate. I highly recommend this car for older drivers who need the safety features and don't drive enough to make a hybrid worth the extra money.

2021 Subaru Crosstrek review
After two years, all I can say is, well done. The car has been solid. I only have 18K miles, but no complaints. It is a bit narrow, and can be a little "economical" in appearance, but not a single complaint. It is a low end car, but the ride and comfort, overall is very good. Gas mileage is always subjective, but I average 32+ MPG overall, and it is at least as good as the Camry I got out of. It has taken me through places I probably should have not ventured. It didn't complain or give me any drama, hardly missing a beat the whole way,,,, with factory AS touring tires. The AWD seems top notch. People complain about the windshield being fragile, but so far so good. They complain about engine performance too, but I have never felt like I was going to be run over or that the engine was underpowered. If you want a "Fast" car, look elsewhere. It does what it does well.

I will begin by saying that I really enjoyed my experience at the Mercedez of South Florida - Service Center. Viktor was outmost pleasant, patient and courteous throughout my experience at the service center. I was visiting family from New York and my engine light came on as I was driving down to Florida. I drive an IMG Mercedes GLC 63S Coupe. I called up Mercedes of South Florida - Service Center and spoke to Victor and he told me to bring my car in for a check up. When I arrived I got to sit down in Victor's office and explain how and when the car started to show the engine light. He explained that he would like to put the car in the Mercedes Diagnostics to see what codes the car registered when the engine light came on. When I purchased my vehicle I got the extended warranty of 75,000 miles. After a few minutes, he came back and explained that the car had leaks in both the turbos. He continued to assure me that he would take care of the issue with no problem. The service center looked very busy since it was the day before New Years Eve. He kept coming back to me periodically to make sure I was being taken care of. That showed me that he really cared. After the repair was finished he apologized to me for the time I spent there waiting away from my grand-son that I was visiting. They replaced the two turbo clamps so that there is no more leak. I in return thanked him for his support and care that he showed towards me as a customer. My car now runs smooth and is in great shape. Viktor you are a great person and wonderful human being for showing me great patience and respect. Mercedes of South Florida - Service Center will be proud to have you in their staff. I would not be surprised that you someday get promoted to a higher leadership role because of your patience and communication skills you have with your customers and people around you. I had one of the best experiences away from home in car service center. Thank you Viktor and thank you Mercedes of South Florida for this wonderful experience. I rate my experience a 5 out of 5.
2025 Subaru Crosstrek review
I love my crosstrek limited.I only have 2 complaints but it not really the car its my prefrence. I have always had cars that the doors locked automatically when you left it as long as you had the key.The cross trek doesnt have that and it drives me insane.I am forever forgetting to lock it by the door handle or key fob.My second complaint is it has heated everything except the steering wheel.I like that in the winter but other than that its a great car so far.I have only had it a month so Im not sure how it handles in the snow yet.

1st time in a Subaru so far so good only problem no sure how a long drive will go no arm rest that are comfortable on either door or center console looking into after market foam rest to make long trips comfortable!! Only had the car a month now but so far so good avg about 28 mpg !!

2024 Subaru Crosstrek review
This car is perfect for me. It reminds me a lot of my 2002 Forester which I liked very much, but with all the new technology and a lot more pep. It also rides a lot smoother. It just so happens to be one inch longer than my Forester. So, the visibility and spacing is exactly what I want. The variable cruise control and lane control virtually drive the car by itself. I no longer get stressed driving in rush hour traffic and I no longer get tired during long drives. The ground clearance and all wheel drive make it easier to drive in snow. It's the perfect car for anyone, not just an old guy like me.

2023 Subaru Crosstrek review
Great dependable car. comfortable driving, the 6 speed trans is awesome(same as in the wrx) so stop talking stupid. People who don't like this doesn't know how to drive a manual. handled great in snow, and remember you are controlling this car not the computer

Marcos even gave us a tour of the service department, where Fidel took the time to explain how servicing works and what to expect moving forward. That extra step meant a lot and made us feel really confident about owning our new car. We had such a great time test driving the Crosstrek—it exceeded our expectations in every way. Marcos was incredibly knowledgeable and walked us through every feature of the vehicle. Even though we had already done our research, he still showed us new things we didn’t know, which we really appreciated. Car buying can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Marcos and Jon made the entire process seamless and straightforward. There was no sales pressure, and the condition of the car is exactly what we were looking for. We always felt like we were in good hands, and most importantly, we felt they were honest with us throughout—something we value a lot. Because of our experience, one of my immediate family members is already planning to buy a Subaru from here as well. Love this dealership! Had another fantastic experience buying two vehicles from them over the weekend. We needed a second vehicle and looked at another dealership first, but had one of those old school, high pressure sales experiences and it turned us off. So, we headed to Sport Subaru where we bought our Outback several years ago and had a terrific experience. AJ met us at the door with a friendly handshake and a bright smile. We told him we wanted to look at a Crosstrek and gave him our price range and mileage preferences, and within 10 minutes he had two vehicles waiting and ready to test drive! Then we mentioned our terrible experience prior to stopping at SS. We were looking for a Hyundai Santa Fe originally. He found us two on their lot and we ended up buying the first one we test drove. The price was seven thousand less than the other dealership. After completing financing for the Santa Fe we joked about still wanting the Crosstrek. AJ quickly procured a trade in value for our current Outback, and with a loyalty reward and a little negotiation, we bought that car too! We financed both cars for the price of one at the first dealership we stopped at! Every step of the process was smooth and easy. We were there until 10pm, but it was a busy Saturday and we came in late in the day, not expecting to find two vehicles that suited our needs. We can't thank AJ and Marc enough for their patience and for going above and beyond. This dealership is a whole different experience. They listen, they respect their female customers and they make every step of the process easy. It's a whole different level of professionalism that you'll truly appreciate. We'll never buy a car anywhere else.
2024 Subaru Crosstrek review
I love my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek! It's great in all weather conditions, which is one of the main reasons I bought it. I live in the Buffalo area and I needed a good car for the snowy winters. It's roomy enough to hold plenty of luggage and even my dog's large crate but easy to maneuver and park. I love all the safety features and special features such as the large media display.

Was a bit put off by the fact that there’s one number for all Carmax is and. It’s hard to tell which location you’re talking to and if you’re talking to a person at that actual location. I understand they’re trying to consolidate things and make it easier, but I want to be able to reach someone, boots on the ground, at the location instead of talking to The call center. That said it seems even when talking to two different dealerships somehow the system sort out the messages but again it’s confusing. Overall, they were fast and friendly, we haven’t done a transaction yet but one thing that was surprising is the offer they gave me 10 days ago has now gone up by $1500. Much better experience than I had braced myself for frankly. So far the two cars that I was hoping to purchase turn out to be duds as they had some excessive wear and tear in spite of low mileage and otherwise good conditions. Maybe less discriminating on their inventory than the other dealers?
