Trish made my sales experience easy and comfortable. I had a particular vehicle in mind and she was very helpful in answering my questions, meeting with me even without an appointment, and working thru the negotiations. The dealership itself had a very friendly feel.
I recently traded in my 2015 Civic for a 2015 Crosstrek, and this dealership was so incredible to work with. Kiki is MY ABSOLUTE favorite to deal with. She made the process so easy, stress-free, and FUN! I would buy a car everyday if it was from her. She was very through in explaining the process to me and took me on a great test drive where she explained in great detail the features of my vehicle. There was never any pressure to purchase and she watched out for me the entire time, working hard to make sure I got the best deal possible. Naomi was helpful and responsive from the start, matching my criteria with the inventory, doing test drives, answering questions. She is thoroughly knowledgeable about Subarus and is honest when she???s unfamiliar with a different brand. She walked a great balance between following up with me and giving me the time and space I needed to make my decision. Though I ultimately did not opt to purchase from Lithia, Naomi was instrumental in my journey to get the best car for my needs.
This 5 stars in for one employee in particular. Tim Gardner in the service dept. My little story... I had recently purchased my vehicle on April 1 & had to return it on April 4th due to the speakers, window and a little idle. It was now 4/16/2018 and my car was still not finished because the speakers were missing a part that need to come from Korea, they told me my car would be finished no later than Monday and that was a promise...So long story short everyone I spoke with said they would call me back and help me figure this out and no one did, they called with the same info about waiting for a part but no new news. Thankfully I called in 4/17/18 to check on my vehicle on when the part will be in and Tim (which was my first time speaking with i'm through these couple of weeks.) and he said the part was scheduled to arrive on 4/24/18 I was furious. Here I am driving loaner cars and not even able to enjoy my new car for a whole month. He listened to me and quickly went into action and said I am going to help you, we are going to fix this. Literally in 2 hours he called back said that they can get my car to a certain place and they can do it if I agree and also offered me a couple of other things and said I will get your car to you by today or tomorrow after he explained this to a manager. All in two hours! and I couldn't get a straight answer for two weeks! Tim called me when it left car max and when it came back and tested the stereo for me himself! He completely turned my whole experience back to a positive one again and now I am truly happy he went above and beyond and keep his word! He was very kind and put actions to his words! He is definitely the highlight of my week! now I can drive my new car thanks to TIM Gardner.! Thank you TIM! You don't know how happy we are!
I went into look at a Subaru Legacy which I did not care for however I did see one I did like and after the test drive and 2 minutes of negotiation we had a deal and I was out of there 20 minutes later. They were all very friendly and helpful. The process was very easy and no pressure was ever felt.
The sales reps were very communicative with me about the car I was looking at. They gave me good comparables in the area and sent multiple emails to make sure all my questions were getting answered.
We just couldn't get to an agreeable price that would have been worth my time to come in and check the vehicle out.
Helpful, attentive and friendly staff. I had called ahead and gave a time that I would be there. The vehicle was pulled up and ready for us to test drive when we arrived. They made the whole process effortless on our part.
We traded in our Equinox in a new Forrester after meeting Curtis & Alex at the auto show. They were wonderful, positive and helpful without being pushy. Alex took a ton of time to answer all our questions and take us around the lot. He stayed with us through the entire process, even delivered the vehicle to me 2 days later (in the Salem area) and went over every detail of the car to make sure I knew how everything operated. Our sales associate was very friendly and helpful. It was my first time buying through a dealership and he made it very easy. The car was in very good condition and the miles were excellent. They wouldn???t lower the price any, or remove the anti-theft code fee, but I feel like we still got a great deal, and they were pleasant to work with. We were able to drive the car off the lot that night and it???s been a great car so far!
My purchase of a 2018 SUBARU Forester at Cascade Auto was a great experience. I was in an out in a few hours. The staff was very helpful during the process and answered all my questions. The car had a minor dent that i did not see when I first looked at it. I discovered it after the sale and Cascade Auto immediately agreed to fix at no charge. I really appreciate this. Wonderful service! I will definitely shop here again with my next vehicle purchase.
Mike was extremely polite and patient with us as we stayed way past closing time, deliberating on a car we'd seen in an ad. Then, when we weren't happy with the car, he once again was very willing to do what it took to make us happy and we ended up trading the car we bought for a different car on the lot that we absolutely love! My advice is to look through their inventory online and pick out several cars to look at and go early enough that there's still enough light to see the cars clearly. These are pretty much all branded title vehicles with a variety of backgrounds and they are happy to provide carfax for any car you are interested in, and to let you take it to a mechanic to get it checked out. I recommend you take advantage of those courtesies so you can find the best car for you.
I had a great time dealing with Art and Joseph. Courteous and straightforward, they never misrepresented that the car I was interested in was a reconstructed title and had in fact been in a collision. During the pre-purchase inspection the car turned out to be exactly as they described and was mechanically sound. I would buy another vehicle from these fellows again in the future.
