This dealership is honoring MSRP and internet prices! (Not like some others around in the area which are asking overprice). Our finance guy was George, very professional as well, he addressed our all concerns and we were able to get a great interest rate!!! There wasn't any pression at all from our finance and sales guy which is great. We purchased a VW atlas crossport and we are very happy with the car, This dealership is also including a 20 year 200k Miles powertrain warranty for free!!! I have been to many dealerships on the North Shore during the last few years buying and leasing for family. It is an experience I have come to dread. What I hate most is the waiting game they play to keep you in the dealership, whether you buy or not. When my husband needed a new car it started out badly with a dealer whose internet price was 8 thousand lower than the actual price. Again, this took hours . He went back on the net and found a used car at North Reading Subaru with low miles and an excellent price. " A come-on", I said, call before you go so we don't waste time". He called and spoke to Sarah, and we were there that afternoon assured that the car was available, and at the price stated. Sarah was amazing. We sailed through the process, including financing, with incredible ease and picked up the car the same afternoon. This dealership is the only one I would EVER recommend and Sarah was an excellent salesperson. Save time and aggravation with North Reading Subaru!

The service agent, Michael, was courteous, polite, efficient and communicative. He kept me up to date and sought me out when I was not paying attention to my cell phone. He gave accurate estimates of the time that would be needed for maintenance and brought new issues to my attention. He provided reasonable estimates of the costs. The only thing I could advise is that you should really stock the cafe area refrigerator with water bottles. And more snacks. Overall it was a very good experience and I got to see the cars. Disappointed with the ultra masculine new Outback and would have liked to see a hybrid Forester in the showroom. Michael was great!
2025 Subaru Forester review
My Forester is roomy enough for me and several passengers, yet small enough to park easily. It’s reliable, responsive, and I get 35 mpg. The safety features are excellent.

Love the personality of the reps and they are always eager to help! They don't push you into buying more than your original budget and won't bother you about it! They also will let u browse the lot on you own, and all there cars are unlocked! I absolutely love there transfer program where they will transfer vehicles to your local stores without an obligation, and many transfers are free! Only complaint about Carmax is that I feel the cars are a bit overpriced, but it's worth it in the end for there customer service!
2025 Subaru Forester review
I have had a 21, 23 and now a 25 Subaru Forester Premium and over the years they have gotten better. I didn’t think I would like the large screen but now after two weeks of driving it, I’m loving it. It is a safe and reliable vehicle for small families and seniors like me.

2025 Subaru Forester review
My first Subaru although each of my kids had a used one as their first cars. Very well made, It is quite comfortable but I wish the seats went up a little bit more. I bought the Premium model and it has everything you could ask for. Handles great, has more than enough oomph, and I am averaging around 26.5 mpg in mostly city driving. Took a 200 mile out and back trip, and averaged 34.8 mpg. I will certainly buy another Subaru when it is time, usually every 2-3 years.

2025 Subaru Forester review
Bought this car and took off for a 2000miles trip so learned along the way, Not a speed demon but enough to get into traffic and gas mileage is great...over 30 on highway. my only complaint was I couldn't see during a bad storm because the center screen was so bright it was blinding me and had to turn it off. I have over 15000miles on it and owned for over a year and I would buy another one,
