We purchased a used Honda Pilot from Boch Honda. The sales staff was friendly and we were not pressured during the process. On the second day after the vehicle was delivered to us we had transmission trouble, the dashboard light was flashing with a check transmission warning light. We called the dealership and spoke with Bill about our issue with the vehicle. Boch Honda came to our house to pick up the vehicle, they replaced the bad transmission and a week later returned the repaired vehicle to our driveway. They gave us a one year warranty on the work, we couldn’t be happier with this dealership.
2025 Subaru Forester review
I have had a 21, 23 and now a 25 Subaru Forester Premium and over the years they have gotten better. I didn’t think I would like the large screen but now after two weeks of driving it, I’m loving it. It is a safe and reliable vehicle for small families and seniors like me.

2025 Subaru Forester review
My first Subaru although each of my kids had a used one as their first cars. Very well made, It is quite comfortable but I wish the seats went up a little bit more. I bought the Premium model and it has everything you could ask for. Handles great, has more than enough oomph, and I am averaging around 26.5 mpg in mostly city driving. Took a 200 mile out and back trip, and averaged 34.8 mpg. I will certainly buy another Subaru when it is time, usually every 2-3 years.

This and previous experience with this dealer has been great. I just have one issue came in for an oil change at 11,367 miles chose the 6000 mile maintenance service since I didn’t need air filters and such which I’ve already replaced the final invoice shows the car was brought in at 11,367 miles and that I paid for the 6000 Service interval but then it tells me my next oil change is due at 12,000 miles. I think the system should be corrected. It makes me wonder what will show on the Carfax when the car is sold.

What I hate most is the waiting game they play to keep you in the dealership, whether you buy or not. He went back on the net and found a used car at North Reading Subaru with low miles and an excellent price. " A come-on", I said, call before you go so we don't waste time". He called and spoke to Sarah, and we were there that afternoon assured that the car was available, and at the price stated. Sarah was amazing. We sailed through the process, including financing, with incredible ease and picked up the car the same afternoon. This dealership is the only one I would EVER recommend and Sarah was an excellent salesperson. Save time and aggravation with North Reading Subaru!
2025 Subaru Forester review
Bought this car and took off for a 2000miles trip so learned along the way, Not a speed demon but enough to get into traffic and gas mileage is great...over 30 on highway. my only complaint was I couldn't see during a bad storm because the center screen was so bright it was blinding me and had to turn it off. I have over 15000miles on it and owned for over a year and I would buy another one,

He gave accurate estimates of the time that would be needed for maintenance and brought new issues to my attention. He provided reasonable estimates of the costs. The only thing I could advise is that you should really stock the cafe area refrigerator with water bottles. And more snacks. Overall it was a very good experience and I got to see the cars.
