The last two times I have been in for service the customer service reps act like they are doing you a favor by helping you. They sit behind their desk and don’t come out into the garage to greet you when you drive up. When I walked in to where they are seated they all just sit there and act like you are interrupting them. My lease is up in a few months and their customer service has me thinking about going elsewhere for a new car
I just wanted a simple oil and oil filter change and tire rotation. Had to wait 4 days for an appointment, and even then had to bring it in for all day because the only appointment was in the middle of the day. They don't have a quick lube like most dealers do. Their service reps were friendly and helpful.
We worked with Dylan to purchase a Subaru Outback. We were very impressed with his knowledge about all of the Subaru cars. This being our fourth outback, Dylan was great to teach us about the different features on the newer models. He also had very helpful questions to walk us through the process of choosing the best car for us. If anyone I know is ever interested in a Subaru I will be sure they work with Dylan. We have purchased several new vehicles over the years and found our experience with Dylan to be exceptional.
It was great that Groove definitely had the lowest price on the vehicle we purchased. Even better that Zach was our sales contact. He kept in touch with us over the buying process and ensured all was right. I think Groove Toyota is one of the few dealers that realize that the old rules don't apply in the new internet age...as customers are well informed on their purchases. Other dealers were playing the same old deception games. Great job Zach and Groove Toyota in South Denver!
Slow to have a salesperson help us. Wouldn’t even walk us to the car, just pointed to the far end of the lot and said “it’s over there by the Carmax sign.” Sales guy didn’t listen to our needs at all and just kept repeating his script.
I had a great experience with Shortline Mazda! I live in Loveland, which is a quite aways from Shortline. I had talked to Courtesy in Longmont, and Spradley Barr in Fort Collins, but felt they weren't helping me. Jake Fuller at Shortline was very helpful, and knowledgeable. I bought at Shortline since it was no nonsense, and they by far had the best price. It was well worth the travel distance. While I waited for my paperwork Zaki Abunada made me comfortable with the car and the features, which are substantial. He has always been available for any questions. I highly recommend Shortline.
Amazing courtesy and respect from a used car dealer. They honored a price I saw on the internet the day before, even thought the sticker was higher when I came in. Professional, polite, knowledgeable and a very efficient buying process. The used warranty they sell is outstanding and their no-document financing is second to none. I was just blown away on how great everything was.
Their is no other company like this on the face of the planet. I'm dipping hard in 2016 Yukon. More than anything I appreciate the team there. They are great, funny and easy to deal with. All that crap channel 7 is saying are lies. I stand 100 with sharpest rides.!!!!!

Dean made the purchase of a used vehicle as painless as possible. It was s fairly quick and easy purchase and Dean was pleasant throughout. Pablo in finance was also helpful. We never felt any pressure. However, we at first opted for the extra warranty. We were not told until The final signing that it is a 50% (them) 50% (us) coverage. Also, it is advertised as a three year/100k mile, and much of this period was already covered by the manufacturer at 100%. In the end we purchased the vehicle without the extra protection. We are happy with our minivan!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Everyone at this dealership was friendly and helpful, but especially Ari, who was patient and informative throughout the whole process. Jayce was also very kind, and I had a very positive experience here and left happy and with a new car!!
